Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Everything that [redacted] said was to cover up his and his drivers mistake. The driver DID ask me to give her my credit info. The driver also said she called to tell [redacted] that I was out of the car at 11:58 and sat in my diveway for 5 minutes pretending to call him! Not once did he say anything about a deposit and I am sure he would have charged me $360 like he said in his complaint if I had that amount in my prepaid debit card. The first time I called [redacted] was at 3:30 am but he didn't answer, he didn't start answering until 5am. If he checked his GPS (and mine) like he said he would he would have known I was home at 11:58pm and wouldnt be tying to charge me for services I neber recieved. [redacted] and I agreed to $50 later thatday he said he CHANGED it to $60 and "I must not have heard him". His story has changed several times and I'm sticking to the truth. It is not decimation of character if it is the truth!

The price that we gave her was $for the hour not $Also the dispatch explain to her that she will get charge for a extra half an hour until she call us and tell us what time the ride was doneThe CUSTOMER CALL US AT 5’ O C*** IN THE MORNING TO LET US KNOW THE RIDE WAS DONE, SEVEN HOURS LATER !!!! to saying the ride was done at 12:amWe told her that we are gonna check the GPS system from the company car and we are gonna charge the right amountWhen she call we are at home at that momentWe are going to be heading to the office to confirm with the car GPS and the driverShe insisted to follow her personal GPS phone information and we told her we have to go by the company GPS“NO CUSTOMERS GPS OR PERSONAL PHONES”We told her to be patience in a nice way, but the only thing that we hear from her in the phone was insulting ,screaming and threatingShe was demanding a FREE RIDE, plus the full amount returned in less than an hourI don’t have control on the credit card, once I did the refund customers have to wait until it amount is process back into their cardOtherwise she was going to report and comment to all my websites, ( yelp, local dispatch, Facebook, youtube) and Revdex.com Serving of New JerseyShe already took action leaving bad comments about our company and employees The reason why we charge her an extra $dollars (security deposit ) which is refundable, and was refunded early that morning September 15,on (visa ***, receipt # *** from square) , is because some people when they call for a Taxi service to rent by an hour they don’t have enough money to pay for that extra timeI assume that she was in rush that she didn’t listen to what we was telling her about that extra money that we are going to be charge until she call us and saying that she was done with the service She was picked up on September 14, at 11:pm at *** *** and *** Stin *** going to three different stops *** ***, *** *** and after that to her house in *** When the dispatch spoke to the officer from *** she explain to him the situation and also she told the officer that we already refund the $ dollars back to her credit cardThe dispatch also told the officer that if she continues calling and texting the company insulting, screaming and threatingWe will press harassment charges against her Also, about my driver she is very responsible, honest and respectful workerWe explain to her once the customer is inside the car to call company so we can process the paymentShe doesn’t have any access to any customer credit card informationThis company has been in business for over years Our policy when we hire any drivers is to check their backgroundsThis is a family business and we make sure that our customers are satisfied with our service and pricesThe price for renting a cab that night going to three different locations is $dollars per hourThe extra $ dollars was refundable to her on Sept 15, About the tip I don’t have any control of that, if you tip the driver it is your decisionIf she continues with the defamation of character I will sue herI already spoke to my lawyer and we will be suing her for defamation, company reputation, and any future money lossesDesired Settlement: Customer rent the car for $per hourCustomer is responsible for calling the company and letting them know that their service is complete, like every other rental company (cars or items by hours)The pick up time was at 11:pm until she call at 5:amI will need her to pay the company $plus all the legal fee from the attorneyIf you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me Regards, *** *** ABC Taxi
