It is a really ***, who can stop this [redacted]

[redacted] I was lead to believe I was paying each, for creamsI did not receive an invoice or email describing what I was going to be payingI was then charged more than the and 89.95, that they snuck In thereI was sent out more products and charged againAlso no invoiceIt was not until I got my Mastercard bill did I see what a horrendous amount of money they were charing meThey will not take back this product and refund itSounds like a very sneaky and shifty way to do business [redacted]

The day trial is unclear as the shipping almost took that longThere was no chance to cancelThe website I used said woul you like to add all skinIt definitely was not clear you would be being charged full price for bothThe operator said I could have 75% off on next order, then why couldn't she refund 75% of the cost of the unwanted product***!!!!!!!!

[redacted] "Your products are a total [redacted] and you should be ashamed of yourselves for your [redacted] business practices A free sample should be a free sample not a gimmick to fleece people of money I will return your product, but people should be aware of the [redacted] you pull."

[redacted] My wife, after seeing this product on the internet, ordered a small tube of skin care which was supposed to be Free Trial She paid circa $ A short time later I looked on my credit card through Internet Banking and noticed a billing of $approximate I phoned Visa to not allow this company to use again However, a second charge for about the same amount got through before we finally cancelled our Visa card completely So, we were scammed for over $ We never did accept delivery My wife visited a friend recently and found that she had been scammed by the same company for circa $1, This company should be reported to Consumer and Corporate Affairs Canada Too bad to see other Canadians just waiting to have their money stolen

I ordered a facial product sample online for $from Abella MayfairTo my horror, we I received my credit card statement I found three consecutive charges from this company for a total of $432.83! What makes things worse is that I did not receive any of these product! I contacted their number shown on my credit card statement, and after a lengthy dispute the customer service person said she's gonna refund me $dollars! I have not even seen this refund as yet I had no other choice but to at least complain to Canada Post (where I live) and look for these unrevealed $that I did not getCanada Post requested the sender's postal code, so I contacted Abella once more and after a lengthy wait, and their customer service person taking all my credentials, he literally shoved me saying "someone is gonna contact you" and hung up on me! So basically I paid for products that I did not order and did not receive; [redacted]

I ordered a trial sample of all skin serum an the accompanying lotion There is no info on the pkg as to who to reach them I rec'd the trial offer and long before I'm through it much to my surpriise along came two more packages and billed to my credit care I did not authorize subsequent billings and I do not want these products as they are too harsh for my skin In addition this appears to be a scam who would they send and bill for more product and make themselves unavailable to their customers How do I reach them?

I got to the Abella Mayfair site thru a "free trial' 'pay shipping only' addI thought, what do you got to loose? Now I know, lots I received the 'free trial' sample, after noticing a charge of around $on my Credit Cardwhich was about 10days after I supposedly signed upI went onto the Abella Mayfair website and was surprised how everything was twisted around, no free trial and I supposedly signed up for monthly subscription (I never did, and noticed that the company called me after adding my Credit Card info and personal info) I emailed the company and cancelled the subscription and asked for a refund as I have not used the product yet and their terms states a day return policy in which a refund will be given They emailed back that they would not refund after their 14days trial periodI reminded them off their cancelation terms stated on their website and was given a partial refundI just sent the unused 'free trial' product back, cost me $16!!! Wonder if I will get reimbursed for that? The pages on the website you order your 'free trial' from, also never stated that it was in US currency [redacted] [redacted]

[redacted] They are dishonest in their online advertising regarding their Free Trial...no where is it indicated that the product has to be returned in order to not be charged This is NOT FREEI Before ordering I looked to see if their was a catch and I did not see anything written to warn me about this so I went ahead and bought their trial offer I then assumed once I received it and "had a chance" to see if it worked out, only then would I make a decision to call them to place an order the products Now I have been charged twice! This is advertising at its best Since losing my job, I do not have the funds to be spending $+ dollars per month on skin care products [redacted]

*** Deceptive terms and conditions, hidden Not advised on terms and conditions Cannot return products*** Unable to resolve disputes, etcsame experience as everyone else

Good product but misleading practicesThey trick you into joining a club and charge your cardThen they say it was not a free sample that you have to send it back and pay for shipping or they will charge you $19USD on your cardI spend an hour on the phone trying to resolve the issue and then they hung up on me*** they will add additional charges on your card and make it difficult to get out of future transactionsWhen you dispute they send you all these terms that you were not aware of at the time if paying for shipping for a FREE trial ***

***, advertises for a free trial for one product where you have to pay the shipping fees, then ship you different products, charges you shipping fees and you are enrolled on a auto-ship program where your credit card is automatically credited for the full price of the product

*** You have to be consistent and bug them everyday with an email for a replyState that you have a day return period as stated in their websiteShow them the URL as wellhttp://abellamayfair.com/terms/ I had the same problem with products in one orderI emailed them immediately when I saw $151.xx (approx$112USD) posted on my credit card online websiteThe rep quickly reply that they had cancelled my monthly subscriptions (products, each about $USD) - which would start day after the $112USD was billed to my credit cardThe rep stayed silent about my request to return and full refund the unopened productsI thanked them for cancellation my monthly subscription and re-stressed that I want to return and full refund of $112USDThe rep next replied that they would refund me $40USD as I agreed with them on their support lineI replied that I never talked to anyone and told them explicitly it was a FASLE statement and asked them to show proof e.gtime, day, duration and content of my callNext a manager offered me $USD refund for each product therefore $50USD x in total asking me to agreeBefore I agreed the $100USD refund, I asked them to confirm $112USD they charged on my credit card was for productsAnother rep replied that they forgot to charge me the second productThus they would only refund me $50USD and allowed me to keep the second product freeI was so annoyed that they had played a trick on meImage the scenario that had I accepted $100USD refund and subsequently they would charge me whatever sum they forgot to charge me on the second product***I pointed this out to them straightway - they *** about I agreeing a $40USD refund, then tricked me with $100USD with subsequent unknown charge for the second product, and then re-offered $50USD refund and even dared to say offering me a free product to keepI restated my position that I am sticking to their day return ruleI would not allow the deadline to pass me so they keep all the moneyI said I would raise a dispute with my credit card company with this series of emails with them if they do not reply within a dayAt the end, the gave up on me, agreed to refund $112USDGave me a RMA and return P.O.Box address in North York, TorontoI sent them images of the products with shrink wrap intact to prove unopened products, and my return parcel with Canada Post Xpresspost Tracking number and their RMA# on the boxThey then sent me an email that $112USD has been processed and would appear in my credit card in to business daysWhat a farce and lots of hassle to get my money back on a free trial which is not free at all

*** My complaint is very similar to everyone elses Didn't realize their free trial meant their product would come every month I quickly cancelled, and demanded my money back They said they cancelled my subscription, but did not mention any refund Is there anyway that I am entitled to a refund That's a lot of money for me, as I am retired

*** *** "Your products are a total *** and you should be ashamed of yourselves for your *** business practices A free sample should be a free sample not a gimmick to fleece people of money I will return your product, but people should be aware of the *** you pull."

I am a Canadian consumerI did not even complete my confirm my request for these productsUnfortunately, I had entered my credit card numbers on their websiteBecause I did not get to the conformation point of the application for a "free trial", I did not see their supposed "terms of agreement"Someone from their company called me within a minute asking me to complete my information, and I said I was no longer interestedI received the products a couple weeks later
Note: I stupidly thought I would try them as they were "free"
I have never received any other productsTheir eye product made my eyes break out in red hives
On my last credit card bill, I was charged multiple times for over $Canadian
I called the company immediatelyNo answerI left a message
I will try to get reimbursed with my credit card company

We are senior citizens and live in Campbell River BC Canada We got what we thought was an email from *** asking us to take a survey about *** and then as a thank you we would get our choice of some free products shipped to us Talking to *** today we found out that this company, Abella Mayfai cut and pasted logos and information from *** to make people believe they were really dealing with a legitimate *** email but it was all a *** soon to get worse My wife filled out the survey and then chose the supposed "free" gift from Abella Mayfair She was to get two items free but had to give out her credit card number to pay for shipping and handlingGuess what? Surprise! she was charged $150+ for one item and $130+ for the other item The *** paid these charges on our behalf When we contacted *** they said there was nothing they could do to help us as my wife had voluntarily given out her credit card number They acknowledged that this was all a scam but said there was nothing they could do about it except cancel my wife's credit card and issue a new one to herSo it really had nothing to do with *** The bank refused to offer us a refund or any real help whatsoever We contacted Abella Mayfair and they refused to refund us saying that weeks had passed and that there was nothing they could doOur next step will be to contact the RCMP but we don't believe this will help us get our money back I guess we're stuck Being senior citizens who are not wealthy and living on a fixed income these *** charges really hurt ***

This business promoted their product through a social media link, using different or various celebrity endorsements that are misleading. In October, I clicked on a link to what I thought was an anti-wrinkle product by Christie Brinkley. It was a video of her demonstrating her anti-wrinkle product. Below the video was a link to purchase what you thought was her product. I believe this company falsely led me and other consumers to think that their product was either her product or endorsed by her. After I clicked the link I was forwarded to a weblink that offers the free sample offer "Limited quantities available" for a 15ml - 30 day supply of Rapid Wrinkle Control for $0.00 and all you pay is shipping & handling $3.95. Enter your credit card and then complete the purchase. I have a screen shot that shows there is nothing advertised about a subscription. Then, when you think you have completed the transaction, you are directed to another screen that asks if you would like additional product eg. Moisturizer for a special $29.95 (regular price much higher). I ordered the additional product. I went to proceed and was directed again to more products which by this point, I started feeling uneasy but I went ahead and clicked "NO" to the additional products.

A month later I received the same product in the mail, and I didn't understand why. I called them to enquire and it was then that I was told that I had subscribed to a monthly order. I spoke with a Renz E. who just tried to confuse the situation when I requested a copy of my original order and where it shows I had agreed to the subscription. "Surely, you must be an informed customer and know to always read the terms & conditions on your payments in this day and age with the internet"....etc. I asked if he could send me the contract again, that I had signed or agreed to, and he said he could not because it was on the terms and conditions I had agreed to and that they clearly labeled on their website. But I never purchased the product from their website - it was a link from a social media post - that never explained this. I ended up having $450 US in charges for products. I called my credit card company and they explained that I should be able to call them back and get a refund or at least an 80% refund but I called back an was only able to get a $100 refund. He said he "escalated" the issue to his management and was able to get the $100 refund. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, he claimed he was the supervisor and there was no one else I could speak to.

Even if, when I accept that I have ordered the subscription, the charges on my credit card to not match the order I would have made, and I tried to explain this and ask for clarification of why some charges are higher than others and which charges are for which products. The charges do not add up to the products I ordered. When I started pushing for clarification, Renz threatened to take away my $100 US Credit claiming I was being difficult and that he didn't want to deal with me anymore. It was very stressful because I couldn't get any straight answers or get specific order information.
