[redacted] They are dishonest in their online advertising regarding their Free Trial...no where is it indicated that the product has to be returned in order to not be charged. This is NOT FREEI Before ordering I looked to see if their was a catch and I did not see anything written to warn me about this so I went ahead and bought their trial offer. I then assumed once I received it and "had a chance" to see if it worked out, only then would I make a decision to call them to place an order the products. Now I have been charged twice! This is false advertising at its best. Since losing my job, I do not have the funds to be spending $89. + dollars per month on skin care products. [redacted]

[redacted] I was lead to believe I was paying 4.95 each, for 2 creams. I did not receive an invoice or email describing what I was going to be paying. I was then charged more than the 99.95 and 89.95, that they snuck In there. I was sent out more products and charged again. Also no invoice. It was not until I got my Mastercard bill did I see what a horrendous amount of money they were charing me. They will not take back this product and refund it. Sounds like a very sneaky and shifty way to do business. [redacted]

Total fraud
Charged my cc without my knowledge
Beware

[redacted] I ordered a trial cream for $5 and was shocked to find additional charges were made to my credit card for $190+ apparently there was something in the fine print (even though I am sure I said no to everything on the online order) that allowed them to charge my card. I called to cancel and was given a hard time, but they did cancel the account and forwarded me an email confirming cancellation... lesson learned!

Abella Mayfair is very sneaky with their trial offer and cost associated with the trial and continued product autoship. Although everything is in their terms and conditions, purchasing the trial is very misleading and if you aren't careful, unfortunately you will be paying an arm and a leg for the product. Gladly I caught it right away but still have to pay for the shipping. I will NEVER recommend this to ANYONE. It's interesting that this company, says you can't take them to court as well. They are basically saying...we'll screw you over but wait...you can't sue us either! Worst business practice ever!!! If you are legitimate about how good your product really is, then get it into a store! Stop misleading people with microscopic terms and conditions. It's very sad!

The 14 day trial is unclear as the shipping almost took that long. There was no chance to cancel. The website I used said woul you like to add all skin. It definitely was not clear you would be being charged full price for both. The operator said I could have 75% off on next order, then why couldn't she refund 75% of the cost of the unwanted product. [redacted]!!!!!!!!

I got to the Abella Mayfair site thru a "free trial' 'pay shipping only' add. I thought, what do you got to loose? Now I know, lots.
I received the 'free trial' sample, after noticing a charge of around $130 on my Credit Card. which was about 10days after I supposedly signed up. I went onto the Abella Mayfair website and was surprised how everything was twisted around, no free trial and I supposedly signed up for monthly subscription (I never did, and noticed that the company called me after adding my Credit Card info and personal info).
I emailed the company and cancelled the subscription and asked for a refund as I have not used the product yet and their terms states a 30 day return policy in which a refund will be given.
They emailed back that they would not refund after their 14days trial period. I reminded them off their cancelation terms stated on their website and was given a partial refund. I just sent the unused 'free trial' product back, cost me $16!!! Wonder if I will get reimbursed for that?
The pages on the website you order your 'free trial' from, also never stated that it was in US currency.

Not impressed at all. When it was delivered it was frozen. Tried it and just made a white film on my wrinkles. A waste of time for sure. I should be getting my postage fee back for sure. Hope they don't decide to mail me more and charge my card because I charged my card for that reason.
Thank You
Peggy W.

I ordered a facial product sample online for $4.65 from Abella Mayfair. To my horror, we I received my credit card statement I found three consecutive charges from this company for a total of $432.83! What makes things worse is that I did not receive any of these product!

I contacted their number shown on my credit card statement, and after a lengthy dispute the customer service person said she's gonna refund me $100 dollars! I have not even seen this refund as yet.
I had no other choice but to at least complain to Canada Post (where I live) and look for these unrevealed $432.83 that I did not get. Canada Post requested the sender's postal code, so I contacted Abella once more and after a lengthy wait, and their customer service person taking all my credentials, he literally shoved me saying "someone is gonna contact you" and hung up on me!
So basically I paid for products that I did not order and did not receive; [redacted]

It is a really [redacted], who can stop this [redacted]

[redacted] My wife, after seeing this product on the internet, ordered a small tube of skin care which was supposed to be Free Trial. She paid circa $4.95. A short time later I looked on my credit card through Internet Banking and noticed a billing of $153.00 approximate. I phoned Visa to not allow this company to use again. However, a second charge for about the same amount got through before we finally cancelled our Visa card completely. So, we were scammed for over $300.00. We never did accept delivery. My wife visited a friend recently and found that she had been scammed by the same company for circa $1,000.00. This company should be reported to Consumer and Corporate Affairs Canada. Too bad to see other Canadians just waiting to have their money stolen.

Like all the other complainants, I received the product & was almost immediately charged full price for the product. I had ordered the "free Trial" in October and expected a $10.00 charge on my *** visa. Instead my bill has up to more than $500.00. I called *** visa to cancel my card. I
I think *** Visa should take more responsibility for cancelling this transaction.
They by their own admission said they had received lots of complaints from this company that works out of Peru.
