The amounts charges you provided were what it suppose to be (also shows on the receipt), however on Amex GC ending####, there were two charges. One for $20.74(correct charge) and another for $41.47(falsely charged).  I have attached screen shot of the card statement showing that and the sales receipt.
 
As of today, the customer service has been ignoring my emails.  Never follow up with the resolution.  I was told they will have it fixed in two weeks.  I have patiently waited over a month and a half, no contact whatsoever.  I even email them again, and no response from them.

Review: I have 11 orders for sale clothes online from [redacted] NOV to [redacted] Dec.

I waited more than 3 weeks and did not get any items.I called the customer service,they told me,all of my orders were cancelled!After I placed the order,I only got the confirmation letters but there is no Cancellation letters been sent for me.

The customer service email to me that I can contact their principal Danielle only with email.I sent email to her several times but no reply.Desired Settlement: Please help me to reorder them and ship to me ASAP.I will very appreciate that.

Review: I ordered two jackets online on Oct. 31 (order # [redacted]). But when I received the package on Nov 8th, I found that A&F packed completely wrong items. The packing slip and the shipping label is correct, but the item inside the box is wrong. Only one sweater pant was inside that big box, which was not what I ordered. After called the customer service several times and spent a lot of time to explain this problem, they shipped me the grey jacket. But they do not have the navy jacket any more, and they do NOT want to refund me as well! This is so ridiculous! The attitude of the representative who answered my call on Dec. 17 was very bad. He refused to admit they shipped the wrong item. I have taken a picture for the wrong item I received. If necessary, I can upload the picture. This order has wasted me a lot of time, and I am definitely unhappy with this experience.Desired Settlement: Refund me for the navy jacket. And appologize to me for their unprofessional customer service.

Review: Order # [redacted]After multiple attempts of trying to find out why my credit card was charged $14.53 I have yet to find resolution. After a complaint regarding items purchased not being marked backordered, a refund for the shipping was supposed to be made which is still pending. Then on 4/13/13, this charge for $14.53 appeared on my bill and not one customer representative can tell me what it is for. I was given a ref # [redacted] that was intended to be used by the accounts team to research and resolve however I was never contacted nor was I able to get any follow up information on this. Also when asked to speak with a supervisor or someone else that may help, I was told that option was not available and that I had to take a picture of my receipt and email it back.Desired Settlement: I would like to know why I was charged this amount and promptly refunded. I would also like to know how not one customer service rep can tell me what this charge is for. After all the trouble this has caused, I would like to be compensated in a manner which tells me my time is valued.

Review: I bought two pairs of sandals from abercrombie and they will not replace them, the keep ripping at the toe, I provided them two card numbers that I would have used for purchase and the store location and they still will not replace after emails back and forth... I did all they asked and still no solution. when I spoke with customer service they said throw the first pair away and send in pics of the second pair and I did that!Desired Settlement: want two new pair of sandals...

Review: On or about 6 months ago I had a men fragrance from this company. As the rest of all my fragrances I had it stored nearby my shower, over a mirrored surface where I keep all the others also.Seems like this one, the container is a little fragile in its design, cause it had a normal fall within the container and crashed and all the liquid (fragrance) was lost. I called several times to the company s customer service number spoke to several people about this, I have an incident number and the last rep I spoke treated me so so bad.
