Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted] That was not the case I said to the lady that it was hard for me to afford more then a hundred dollars a month towards the bill and she said totally unacceptable I said well I guess I'm out of luck cause I clearly cannot afford the bill she then proceeded to ask me questions on my bills and basically be littled me saying I should go get another job I then responded I don't have a car so what would you like me to do and then I said she was very rude and then she went on to then give more of an attitudeThen when the lawyer called I did not demand him to call me back I was at work and said can you pleas Call me back after pm I don't want to deal with this law firm at all anymore they're nothing but rude people and I read their reviews they are always rude to people massive amounts of complaints I do not wish to speak to them anymore I want my collection sent to someone else because I don't feel be littling someone is apporiate at all

workI told him to call me if he wanted to discuss further and he didn't bother to call backIf he wants to resolve this amicably he can call me

How could I pay something that I only just received the bill in mail THIS AFTERNOON? I was told I would receive the bill last week How can I be charged almost 2x the amount for something I was never made aware off until this past summer,And have waited over months for additional information that was requestedI will gladly pay the amount on the bill I received today for the original amount However the incompetence, the rudeness, and lack of communication on the part of the lawyer, is appalling

The process server is an independent contractor. But, in his defense, he served the summons at the defendant's last known home address, and is probably told over and over they are not the defendant when they are or never heard of the defendant when they did. He was just doing his job. I will...
