I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

although this a a bill for my insurance company to pay with Health Republic that went out of business and didn't pay this bill  but since I am being summons now and their legal action in my name I am willing to pay it off.  I would like to work out a pay off balance since this is a bill for Health republic and with no way to contact them it can't be resolved properly. One top of the 20$ I am willing when I have any extra money I will pay down the balance on top of the 20$ I would appreciate if we can cut the balance down to 350.  I ask that the summons be removed from where it was filed and a new agreement of payment is mailed to me it would be greatly appreciated.
