I’ve spoken with Gus [redacted] also in regards to this as we have never had a complaint. Gus was very clear that something fishy is going on with this claim. [redacted] was supposedly [redacted] television was stolen while he was [redacted] from his girlfriend’s house. Which if that is the case it wouldn’t be covered by his policy, it would be covered by his girlfriend’s policy. That all said, Gus did go ahead and file the claim as you can see and payment were sent to Mr. [redacted]. I would like to know the final outcome of this complaint. I highly suggest Mr. [redacted] remove this complaint or we will be forced to take him to court for slander. According to the letter his complaint was filed on 8/12 this is long after he received the first payment of over $3,000. The claim looked fraudulent to begin with and now it would appear he is trying to get paid yet again. In addition his policy lapsed after the first month, because he never made the second payment. I will be informing Integrity the insurance company that this is something they should look a little deeper into. We are in the business of paying claims, but nothing about this claim makes sense. With that said he was paid, because everyone here did what they were supposed to. Please let me know what the final outcome is. I did copy Gus [redacted] on this email as well, if you would like to know more. Thanks, Oliver [redacted]
