I am rejecting this response because:
They did not do a good jobI had spoken to the person that gave the quote for the work and verbally consented to do what I had mentionedBut, he was not present the whole time the men were working until the endI want my roof to look presentable and it does notThere are again cracks in the wood and the trim molding is chipped and looks badEven if painted it will not look goodI paid for a good job and did not receive itI was told that this they were doing me a favorWhat does that mean? The company is to supply the material for a good jobI should not have to plan to pay someone else to fix the workI am still requesting a refundI do have photo's to prove the work before and afterI feel that I was cheated for the money I paid

Able Construction came to my home to clean my chimney in January There were gentlemen who were not at my home more than minutes to clean my chimneyI paid them $cashAbout a week after they performed the cleaning, our metal chimney cover blew off onto the groundI called the company back and asked them to please come out and fix itThey agreed and sent of the original guys who performed the workThey looked on the roof at the chimney and said that the cover falling off wasn't a result of their work, because the area they were working on was the chimney pipe NOT the furnace pipe which is where we lost the coverThey offered to charge me $to fix it (as if they were doing me a favor)! I told the man it was quite a coincidence that we have been living in the home years and a week after they performed a routine maintenance, the cover just magically blew off!
We have since had a professional come out to reattach the coverThis new gentleman assured me that the cover was in fact put back on incorrectly, and that it was actually from the chimney pipe NOT the furnaceI called the company this morning and asked to speak with a manager who tried to convince me that sometimes the win can blow the covers offAgain I reiterated what a coincidence this all was and let her know I was extremely disappointed in their services and that I would be reporting them to the Revdex.comI would strongly recommend NOT using ABEL Construction, as I am certain they are more concerned with making money than doing a good job and fulfilling their customers needs/expectations

I am rejecting this response because: The solution of refunding 500$ does not replace or fix my deck and items that are damagedI will accept the 2000$ deposit I am paying for my insurance and nothing elseI was willing to negotiat this until you came to my home and informed me that you are not losing money on the job and wished me luck in getting my problem fixedThe "minor speckles" of paint have some how found their way to 2500$ worth of items of mine and to every single deck boardboardsSo 2000$ is a fair amount to fix the problemIf you would like to see the receipts and pictures I will gladly send them.

We feel she is complaining for the wrong work,We explain it that it needs to be painted and the painter will use putty to repaint area which we explained to homeowner We have no problem working to a fair conclusion, we feel everything was explained to homeowner and did exactly what's on the contract,We understand there is a misunderstanding somewhere and she is not happy, Hopefully we can come to a fair conclusion to solve this problem Thank You have a great day, Sandra S Office Manager

We came to Mrs *** house for a free estimate,Upon inspection of home we notice damage shingles and siding.Mrs *** agree upon work and sign contract.We Performed the work 100% ,it seems she is upset with the way we handled the work and upset about the price .Still she got a roof and

Do yourself a favor and don't deal with this company/people. They came to give me an estimate to close two skylights on my roof. We signed a contract and I gave them the initial deposit. They didn't show up to do the work as promised. They rescheduled me 4 times and I had to take two days off work. They showed up the 4th time and did the work. A couple of days after it rained and there was a leak. I call them. They said they are going to come that day which was a lie. I called them again. The girl on the other end said I will call my technician and will call you back which was a lie again. I call them again and same answer. Now it is going to rain again and they never showed up yet.I don't know how they can be in business with this kind of customer service.
