the issue is resolved and I received the refund on USDCan you please update the complaint # [redacted] that we reached a resolution

The questionnaire is available for immediate download upon purchaseThe website specifically noted this and provided directions for downloading the questionnaire when the purchase was completed by the client in question in October The company shut down in late May 2016, so when the customer called (months later) in July, of course nobody was available to take her calls given that all other orders had already been filledThe customer has been offered a partial refund to be mailed immediately, or she may submit a claim to the company owner's estate and, pending approval of the request, may receive a full refund once the estate is no longer in probate Given the amount of time that has passed since the purchase date, the amount of time it took the client to inquire about her package (which exceeds the days given on the site), and the fact that the client did not submit the questionnaire despite it being immediately available upon purchase, it is possible that the estate will find no grounds to issue a refund for this purchaseA representative from the estate beneficiaries (the founder's daughter) took the time to explain the situation to the client despite having just lost her father and the fact that she was never employed by the company and therefore did not have to answer such requestsShe relayed the two options mentioned above and recommended the partial refundThe client did not respond to her and has not accepted the partial refundAt this time, the client can either accept the partial refund to be issued immediately via check, or she can submit a claim to the founder's estate to receive a full refund after the probate period

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Apparently there was some confusion here which has been fully resolvedWe do not send the final formats, Thank You letter and list of job boards until after the resume has been approved and we had not received that.We did refund his monies that same day for the job boards , but we got an error message we never received before and missed thatWe have been in touch withthe customer and have provided the refund requested and all is well now

The client signed up for our service in June of 2014.We use a comprehensive process to develop a resume. First they fill out a questionnaire that tells us what they have done in your career. Then we follow-up with an in-depth telephone interview to truly understand the best way to market them.The... woman never sent in the questionnaire (the record for returning one is 4 years) so we will provide the refund she requested. I spoke to her and she is sorry she did not contact us before reporting us to the BBB.

We had some issues with my writer connecting with her - he said he called - she said she did not get any messages and so on
In good faith, I assigned her to another writer who completed the package and she is now very pleased

The customer in question purchased a package in October but did not submit her questionnaire in order to move forwardPackages cannot be filled until the questionnaire is received, which all customers are notified of upon purchase where they are instructed to submit the document within
daysIn May 2016, *** *** passed away and the business shut down in order to explore options for restructuringGiven the amount of time that has passed since the package was purchased (9+ months), the amount of time that customers are eligible for refunds (days) and the shutdown of the business months ago, the customer in question is not eligible for a refund

I hired About Jobs a 2 months ago to rewrite my resume, and I completed the survey and had the telephone interview. The resume was written and 2 months later not one call from anyone. I called [redacted] 5 am PST because he asked me to call him because the resume was not working. After speaking to him he asked that I send two job examples, I did as he asked. 3 weeks later he sent me an email asking me to call so we can discuss the resume. I was so upset, I said forget it; I felt so scammed. After losing my Job, I lost another 300.00 with this service. Truly Disappointed!

The questionnaire is available for immediate download upon purchase. The website specifically noted this and provided directions for downloading the questionnaire when the purchase was completed by the client in question in October 2015. The company shut down in late May 2016, so when the customer called (9 months later) in July, of course nobody was available to take her calls given that all other orders had already been filled. The customer has been offered a partial refund to be mailed immediately, or she may submit a claim to the company owner's estate and, pending approval of the request, may receive a full refund once the estate is no longer in probate.
Given the amount of time that has passed since the purchase date, the amount of time it took the client to inquire about her package (which exceeds the 90 days given on the site), and the fact that the client did not submit the questionnaire despite it being immediately available upon purchase, it is possible that the estate will find no grounds to issue a refund for this purchase. A representative from the estate beneficiaries (the founder's daughter) took the time to explain the situation to the client despite having just lost her father and the fact that she was never employed by the company and therefore did not have to answer such requests. She relayed the two options mentioned above and recommended the partial refund. The client did not respond to her and has not accepted the partial refund.
At this time, the client can either accept the partial refund to be issued immediately via check, or she can submit a claim to the founder's estate to receive a full refund after the probate period.

Admittedly this order suffered from issues including ice storms, power and internet disruptions that created unexpected delays. I could argue that this was certainly not a cut and paste job and we did receive positive feedback from the client - I only wish he had contacted me directly so I could...

have remedied this situation.Nonetheless I am more interested in customer satisfaction so I will process a full refund.

the issue is resolved and I received the refund on 518 USD. Can you please update the complaint #[redacted] that we reached a resolution.
