Email response from our District Manager on 2/3/17: We failed to follow through with what we said we’re going to do on the front end, and have now taken care of the issue after the customer complained We were to mail a hitch plug the customer and never did, even after the customer followed up we still failed to get it doneThe hitch cover has now been recovered and on the way to the customerCustomer apologized to me for having to report this to the Revdex.com and thank me for getting it resolved

This is the message from our District Manager We have been unable to reach the customer Update from 9/1/16: I left a message for [redacted] to call me backI was unable to locate the claim information with name provided but I did call GM at Federal Way for an updateThe customer is a claimant and it is believed they do not have coverage themselvesThe carrier covering the claim found the customer 70% liable for damages so they are 70% responsible for paymentThere is a supplement for air bag module and seat belt and the customer feels they have paid enough and these items should be coveredSense the customer has not agreed to pay parts have not been orderedI will update again when I have a conversation with customer and confirm her concerns and we find a way to resolve this situation

This was a retained total loss by the customer The shop made the vehicle safe to drive for the customer prior them picking up the vehicle I attempted to reach out once again to the customer and their contact information is no longer valid (phone has been disconnected) I will continue to try in the coming days to see if we can do anything further for the customer at this time

In addition, ABRA’s district manager has spoken to the employee who dealt with the customer and will be providing coaching to this individual

I hired Alpine Heating and Cooling to replace an original oil boiler, after reading their excellent on-line reviews and after meeting Mike N*** for the in-home quote I have nothing but outstanding things to say about this Mike and his colleagues They installed an excellent boiler in my house at a very reasonable price, and their workmanship and reliability went beyond my expectations My only regret is not hiring Alpine earlier!
