I was forced into a contract because I was not told my options and told I would lose $if not acting today a SATURDAY afternoon I called for a septic pump I was one told that this service is $(it's not), once he arrived I was told that my take was too full and this was a extra chargemaking the pumping $Then a few minutes later I am told that my field lines are bad and need to be replacedhe never saw the lines he also never looked deeper in the tank to investigate the issueI told him I have a home warranty and that I need to call them Monday and see if the repair is coveredI was told that I can either pay $today (saturday) and lose it no matter what, or pay a $deposit and get the pumping covered in the total repair cost of $3,AND I could call my warranty company mondayNEVER was I told about no-refunds and NEVER was I allowed to review the "contract"/Invoice BEFORE he took the payment First thing Monday I call my warranty company, I find

Scheduled service months ago, work still not doneThey refuse to refund my deposit I scheduled a septic pumping in NovemberWhile they were there pumping they told me I was having problems with the field lines(they did not dig up the lines or inspect the tank to come up with assessment)They said it would be a $fix and I would need to put $done on deposit to start the processIt is now almost three months later and the work has not been completedI have called them multiple times a week and they usually don't return my callThey now refuse to return my deposit and cussed me telling me they don't work with dumb is and they will be keeping my money

I really appreciated the great attitudes of Absolute's staff when they came outWe had to work through a little situation in order to find the septic tank and they worked very hard to find itWe finally had to resort to calling the Health Department to get a map emailed to me and the guys were very patient instead of jumping in the truck and leavingAfter they found the tank, they were very efficient and thorough in their work

I had an issue with my septic tank I contacted Absolute Environmental and they had a service technician to my house the same day The office staff was very helpful and pleasant, and the technician was very knowledgeable and respectful I was informed of the fees upfront and everything was handled very professionally I will be using them again for the regular maintanence of my septic tank

Approximately seven (7) months after the new tank was installed, *** began having issues with the yard flooding from the contents of the septic tank*** called another septic tank

I was very happy how I was treated and would recommend Absolute Environmental to all my Friends and Family

These guys are really awesome.....I've called alot of places and had many come out but no one has done a great job as these guys did....I will be using them in the future....Thank y'all at Absolute Environmental

Poor results!! Came out charged me down payment to fix septic lines and never came backCalled several times to get my money back but won't give backSaid they were coming to fix every time but never show or call backAnd was very rude on phone

I have used this company several times for my septic needsEach time I get a different technician and they have all been excellentFrom the beginning to the end the whole experience has been excellentThe office staff took all of my information on what was going on and was very helpfulThe technicians explained everything to me as they were doing it and didn't charge me an arm and a leg to do the workI will never use another company again after using them There services were amazing

This was the worst experience everThey did not bother to examine the site first and ruined my water linesThey halfway tried to fix it and we are still experiencing problemsThey don't want to make the issue rightThey charged us $for us to have more issuesWe have been calling for the last month-and-a-half since they tried to fix our septic tank problems and all we have gotten was disrespect and blame for something that we do not specialize inThey blamed us for them damaging our pipeI would not recommend this company to anyoneI am very disappointed with the service that I have received and now I have to dish out more money to get the issues resolvedThanks for nothing!

Absolute came out same day, but charged more than quoted because they said there was excessive water and grease They indicated that there may be a problem with the field lines and wanted $2,to repair, before even evaluating the situation further They did not check to see if the field lines had water in them, did not even uncover the access port closest to the header on my septic tank - I have subsequently learned that there even is another port on the tank They did not check to see if my tank had a filter on the T before the header So, I had a problem again weeks later Calling someone else who will evaluate further before trying to extract a flat fee from me before they even know what the problem is or how extensive it is

Absolute Environmental was the worst company I ever had a chance of dealing with I call them to get my septic tank clean and when they left I ended up with more problem then I had before they came out they bust my water line because they didn't properly examine my yard and we paid them dollarsThey was very rude when I tried to contact them to get my water line fixed and it took them a month just to call me back if I could give them a rating of -I would but for anyone who is thinking of using them I advise you to please don't because they will over charge you destroy your yard and cause problem then you had before they came outP.Sthey never fixed the problem either

My year old father called them about pumping out his septic tankHe was told it would be $plus a $fuel feeWhen crew arrived they informed him there was a $service fee and it would be $250-to pump the tankGreat job of scamming someone out of $

I used Absolute Environmental in January to do an air duct cleaning and coil cleaning They were highly rated recommended by a neighbor and I was very impressed I had the option of having my coil cleaned in placed

They lied twice about what day they would be thereThen when they got there the price doubledAbsolute lies
