If I could give zero stars I wouldThe communication is non-existent (except Lisa who was the ONLY competent person we spoke to), the owner is unprofessional, and will upcharge you unreasonable amountsThey said we needed new field lines (how they knew this I'll never know as they were not checked) but I've since had two companies out who say our lines are fineThe owner cussed out my husband when we said we would not work with them anymoreThe owner also threatened legal action if I posted any negative reviewsHe also likes to use the Health Department to intimidate his clientsHe will tell you if you don't let him finish the job he will send the Health Department's inspectors out to come and condemn your homeThis ordeal began on 11/10/and is unfinished as of 11/21/We ate our deposit as he would not refund it, though no more than hours of work was donePlease feel free to contact me if you'd like the full timeline of horrible service

Scheduled service months ago, work still not doneThey refuse to refund my deposit
I scheduled a septic pumping in NovemberWhile they were there pumping they told me I was having problems with the field lines(they did not dig up the lines or inspect the tank to come up with assessment)They said it would be a $fix and I would need to put $done on deposit to start the processIt is now almost three months later and the work has not been completedI have called them multiple times a week and they usually don't return my callThey now refuse to return my deposit and cussed me telling me they don't work with dumb is and they will be keeping my money

Do not use this companyThey always find a way to upcharge youThey pumped my septic tank in November of and charged me $to repair a lineI had problems again in June of this yearThey pumped my tank again, added another upcharge and said it was my field lines this timeThey didn't admit to misdiagnosing my issue the first timeBased on the other complaints/reviews, they use the same tactics on all their customersThe company that came out today says my field lines don't need replacingHowever, I will have to pay them to make the necessary repairs

You can't beat their service, especially for the priceNo one else I called even came close

I have had many issues with my septic systemfrom the first call to jonathan coming times to fix my issuesI was taken care of over and above my expectations

horrible customer service didn't explain things thoroughly ended up never getting septic tank pumped I was so put off by the way we were treated and spoken to we ended up giving up on the $we paid on their first visit to tell us we can't find your tank You can pay another $for them to send a camera down OR they could have told us from the beginning-- if you don't know where your tank is go to the health department and pay $to get your survey Call us to schedule visit after that They get you for the $and have you roped in to use them to come back We lost $ --- we were not going to do business with them Never been spoken to like that --from the owner too Will get someone else to come out and do business with but not Absolute Environmental

Septic tank was backed up and I called around absolute had the best price they even came out after business hours pumped my tankThey were very professional and polite will recommend

Absolute Environmental came out to my home to drain my septic tank When they arrived, the price increased from the amount that was quoted on the phone Then they told me that my field lines needed to be replace and gave me a very high quote for that to be done After draining the septic tank, my plumbing was still backing up, so they charged me an additional $to jet my lines, which they jetted the pipes from the tank towards the house A couple of weeks later my plumbing was backing up in the house again They told me it was backing up because the field lines needed to be replaced I called someone else out to look at the problem That someone else said there was nothing wrong with my field lines, jetted my lines from the clean out into the septic tank, and I haven't had any problems since that day When I called Absolute Environmental, Bo H*** would not listen to my concerns, kept cutting me off when I was trying to talk, and told me I was just trying to get something for free, which could be considered a racist statement How am I trying to get something for free when I had to pay someone else to fix the problem?
