Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My complaint filed with the Revdex.com has not been discussed nor resolved with Decksteriors owner, [redacted] *** [redacted] offered to pay and I have yet to receive $toward the replacement of my ruined grass which cost me well over times his $The damage his company did also cost me weekends prepping and laying down the grassHis only offer which I accepted was contingent that I remove online reviews sharing my experience with his companyThe reviews were immediately removed only to have [redacted] fail to honor his end of our agreement Regards, [redacted]

Ascentium has spoken with this customer and we have agreed to terminate the lease for the credit card processing machine Thank you

Ascentium has reached out to the company the customer signed the lease agreement with and inform them that we are going to cancel this lease as a misrepresentation and refund the customer all payments made to Ascentium

Ascentium Capital has received this customer's complaint and reviewed the matter entirely.  Although not required to, Ascentium Capital will be issuing the customer a refund today in the amount of $1,099.00, via a check that will be mailed to them.

[redacted] offered to pay and I have yet to receive $240 toward the replacement of my ruined grass which cost me well over 3 times his $240. The damage his company did also cost me 2 weekends prepping and laying down the grass.. His only offer which I accepted was contingent that I remove online reviews sharing my experience with his company. The reviews were immediately removed only to have [redacted] fail to honor his end of our agreement.
