They have cancelled my lease, monies was not refunded. I sent the terminal back to them in 2016.  The customer service agent was very polite and pleasant to work with. Thank you

The contract was underwritten by her merchant service provider, [redacted], LLC.  [redacted] sent the signed documents to Ascentium Capital, and in return, Ascentium Capital financed the lease amount to [redacted] and initiated the lease agreement with the customer. Ascentium Capital has no record of any extenuating promises being made to her on behalf of her merchant service provider; all we have is her signed contract and Delivery & Acknowledgement form, which both go over the terms and payment amount for her lease agreement, number [redacted]. Ascentium Capital is currently in talks with [redacted] to see if [redacted] can reconcile the situation with the customer, however, the customer has not been able to provide us with any documentation substantiating her claims of misrepresentation, fraud, or promises not being kept on the merchant service provider’s side.  Ascentium Capital also has no dealings with or knowledge of the transaction fees or processing rates offered by the merchant service provider, [redacted], and our lease agreement is in no way contingent upon the merchant service provider offering satisfactory rates. At this time, Ascentium Capital is working with [redacted] in order to hold them accountable for fraudulent behavior on their sales representative’s part.  This will take approximately fifteen days, during which time [redacted] will be given the opportunity to rectify the situation, and if they are unable to do so, the customer will be released from her lease with Ascentium Capital, contradictory to her signed contract’s non-cancellable verbiage. The customer's lease is now cancelled with Ascentium, and they have no further obligations to Ascentium in regards to this lease “[redacted]  *  [redacted]” As per our verbal agreement with the customer, the customer will go ahead and update the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) complaint  to reflect positive, and with a comment that we have resolved your issue to your satisfaction.   The customer has also agreed to return the credit card equipment to:  [redacted]

business in reference to complaint [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  The COF from Ascentium Capital looked into our situation and agreed to cancel our lease agreement due to "misrepresentation" from the 3rd party company Reverse Partners/Capital Processing LLC.

Ascentium has spoken with this customer and we have agreed to terminate the lease for the credit card processing machine.   Thank you.
