Completely unprofessional crew who were rough with my belongings and walls. Left equipment at my property then called me at 6:30AM on a weekend to retrieve. Follow up from office regarding damageed items spotty at best. Can't in good conscience recommend this company based on my experience.

Far most the worst moving company EVER. Do not ever use thia company. They are crooks. They are not on time they are very slow and make their money by wasting time taking one box at a time. The manager or boas is very mean and told me to shut up when I was talking with him over my TV that they stole or are holding for ramson because they tried to over charge me so they purposely left my 65 in smart tv on the truck after telling everything was off then ran to the truck so I couldnt chexk it and drove off without even given me a receit.

I just read your review of A&C brother and can relate to almost everything including THEFT. My Apple computer was stolen by A&C brothers and I have all my daughters pictures since birth on it as well as very important document. My move was on Oct 20,16 and I have called Art Lopez ( owner) almost every week since, just to get the run around. I've read all the nightmares they have put their costumers through on yelp and other review sites. These people need to be stopped they can't go on stealing, conning, forging, damaging and hiring criminals and get away with it. They still have not even send me a claim form for my stolen and damaged property. My name is Mahsa and I'm trying to see if some of us can unite we might be able to do something about this.

Rebuttal to complain [redacted]. Company responded to Revdex.com so I did research and provide a new claim form on March 15 with original sales receipts for the furniture that was chipped/scratched along with invoices for the stolen Art work and frame. On March 23rd Art Lopez responded that it is taking awhile since they don't have any invoices. I then resent the claim to him. I have since sent an email every week but now have no response from Art or A and C moving and Storage. The first time I submitted my claim they denied my claim in less then a week. It appears this company is now not responding to avoid responsibility for the stolen items and damaged furniture. I would like a refund for the stolen items and either compensation or repair of my bedroom furniture.

Horrible, a nightmare. Warning!!!! I hired them for a simple move from 85208 to. 85207. Their 2 workers showed up and started loading the truck, moving like a bar out of [redacted]. Not taking care of my belongings. My husband finally had to tell them just move certain things and leave the rest. When they arrived to unload they banged doorways and slung my belongings around. Were not very careful at all. I may not have the best of furniture but it is mine. Pieces were broken off of items. On my husband's oak dresser 3 of the drawers were broken, the door was tweaked so it wouldn't close and the bottom drawer was shoved in so we had to pry it out. I called and explained what happened, was told that someone can come out and fix it but I told them that my husband hassled with it until it was decent, they them told my "then why are you calling us for". No concern whatever for their customers. I will never do any business with this company again and will let everyone I know NOT to do business with them.

Great moving experience! these guys were awesome they took great care of my furniture everything was wrapped and protected. They were very careful but at the same time you can tell that they are very experienced at what they do. My movers James, JT, and Carlos worked their tails off and did not stop until the job was completed. The office staff was very courteous and responsive to my questions. They also checked in with m throughout my move to ensure everything was going smooth. Overall excellent service at a competitive price.

On 10/26/2016 I contracted with A & C Brothers Moving & Storage. What I thought was going to be a very professional move turned out to be a bust. First the employees showed up in a truck that had no business name on the sides. I should have known something was not right at that very first moment. I asked one of the movers why it didn't have A & C Brothers Moving & Storage on the sides and his response was I don't know. As the movers, there were 2 of them, proceeded to move my items into the truck I was hearing and seeing a lot of uncaring action regarding my items, some of which were collectables and fine china. Because I was having to downsize my moving items I rented a storage unit close to my new location. So we had to stop there first and then proceed to my new residence. As the movers were unloading at the storage facility the youngest started just dropping my packed boxes on the lift at the back of the truck. I have an antique German Chime Clock and he dropped it to where you could hear the chimes. I told him to please be more careful. Even his partner said he heard the chimes. Once completed at the storage we continued on to my new residence. That was a mess. On unloading my items again they were very careless and rough with my packed boxes. They broke my computer desk slide out for the keyboard, and several glasses. There were also missing items such as my shoe stand, and some ceramic planters. I called the company and spoke to Art who sent me a claim form which I filled out and have yet to hear from anyone. In the beginning I spoke at a Candice from the moving company and she told me that for 4 hours it would cost me $420.00 and the $21.00 for every 15 min thereafter I had to put a $50 deposit down which would be deducted from the total at the end of the move. Art on the other hand said it was $84.00 an hour the total cost was $516.00 + and that was with the $50 deducted. Art stated that he would refund me 30 min which was $42.00. One of the movers from the truck actually asked me for a personal tip. Apparently A & C Brothers Moving & Storage does not pay their employees very well when they ask for tips. I have called several times and Art has stated that he would check with accounting and get back to me. Haven't heard a word from Art. Very poor customer service. If you say you will call someone back you should follow through with it. If anyone plans on moving I am recommending that you steer clear of A & C Brothers Moving and Storage.

We hired A&C Brothers to help us with a major move across town. We called several movers and the customer service A&C provided went way above and beyond anyone else that we dealt with. Theybmade sure to answer all my questions and we're clear on their pricing structure and services. On move day the 5 gentlemen that moved our home where careful and respectful of our belongings. They were professional and effecient. This company takes customer services to a higher level. I would greatly recommend A&C Brothers Moving to anyone looking ton have any type of major move.

We apologize for the damage of caused to the waterline and as previously mentioned we do not have any record of any complaints and or issues from this relocation services.  This is the first time that we hear about this, it has now been over six months
since this relocation service occurred.  I am not understanding why you waited 6 months to report this damage, this is unclear to us.  We also provide a quality call 2 hours into the move and we show not record of dissatisfaction with our movers performance at that
time.  In the contractual service agreement it clearly states that we are not plumbers or electrical experts, meaning we do not disconnect or reconnect any appliances.  As mentioned in the previous correspondence our claim department has sent out a claim packet
for you to fill out completely and return back.  Once we receive the packet completely filled out we will be able to settle your claim.

Sir, we do apologize about the miscommunication that you are having regarding our services.  However, the contract that we have signed by you indicates the hourly rate of $149.00 plus a one time trip fee of $149.00 
I can send you a copy of the signed contract as we keep the original on file, now there was a credit sent back to the payer of the move.  If would like we can contact the payer and ask if they would like for us to cancel the check and
send it to you instead.  However our policy is that refunds go back to the payer of the service, in this case the payer was not you.  Please contact our office if you would like for us to speak with someone directly from the office that provided
payment for the moving service.

Your complaint had already been closed in fact we provided a settlement offer in which you signed and agreed to.  So I am now confused as to why you are now not satisfied.  I have attached a copy of the signed settlement form which you signed and agreed to.  At this point there is nothing else A&C Brothers Moving can do other than have you honor the settlement form.

This is not the first I have called multiple times and have sent multiple emails which I have saved.  I have copies also of all the changes you kept making to the estimate.  Originally the estimate was for 312.00 for 3 guys for 2 hours.  The rate changed from 104 to 149 with the addition of another guy plus another hour and the initial travel fee was also 104 not 149. Supplies used was only tape rolls no shrink wrap. I was asking about using shrink wrap and the driver advised tape was better. The truck literally traveled 100 yards down the road.  With my son's help and myself I signed the agreement which was completed in exactly 3 hours.  The movers were helpful and courteous.  Its the Salesman trying to get one over on veteran who was getting emergency relief.  The credit was to be mailed to the customer which is myself within 7-10 days but according to your constant modifying of the charges had yet to mail anything as of the last price hike made on Nov 24th which is stated clearly on your own form producing software.  So why till over 3 weeks after the job was completed was the price still going up.  This is due to the obvious attempt to keep as much of the amount you could.  No check was or has been sent.  I have contacted the MERF office and nothing was sent to them either.
The actual charges should have been : the travel fee 104 3rolls of tape 9  4 guys for 3 hours at 149 total = 560.  You instead changed rates to first have a credit of 188.  Then changed again by adding another half an hour and changing travel fee.  I seen other similar complaints made by other customers and believe them.  Again your movers were not the problem it's your crook salesmen.  This is not how to conduct a business by being dishonest with your customers. For shame.

The workers left the premises at 7pm.  If they are saying 7:30pm, they are padding the hours so they can get paid more.
When I spoke with Art about removing 2 hours of time, this was for their tardy arrival in the morning and for their standing around talking to each other, standing around, period, and each spending time on their cell phones.
That was discussed at approximately noon.   That compensation was for the slow and lazy schlocky work, and not sending a professional piano mover as promised, and a separate mover had to be hired who actually knew how to move a piano.
Art agreed to remove 2 hours.  I stated during that lengthy and unkind discussion, "I am also not paying for this time that we are sitting here on the phone discussing this and you have instructed your workers to sit and not unload the truck."  Art communicated that we would address that later.  I also questioned how they could write down and charge me for 9:30 to 7:30 when they didn't even know their ending time yet?  He said that would also be adjusted later if they finished earlier.
 
They did NOT work until 7:30, they LEFT at 7pm.  Guaranteed, I looked at the clock because these guys were lazy fools goofing around on my clock all day.  They left at SEVEN P.M.
 
So for that additional 30 minutes, AND the HOUR taken for lunch during Art's unfriendly discussion about the schlocky crew, that is an ADDITIONAL 1.5 hours that is to be deducted, on top of the 2 hours we agreed upon for the late arrival and chit chat time!
 
And, let us not forget you are charging $48 for supplies when you did not use supplies!  Your crew used OUR cello wrap!!!  And your crew did NOT blanket my furniture as promise or it wouldn't be broken and gashed all over!!

I would like to clarify why we did not want them to reassemble the refridgerator.
The movers did not heed our warnings to take off the doors or measure the exists. Instead, they got and running start and tried to force the refrigerator through the narrow space between the cabinets and the kitchen island. During this process. We have over 6 scratches to the sides and two noticeably large dents to the refrigerator doors.
They also cut the water line to the ice dispenser in the door as they claimed to have never moved a refrigerator before and did not know to simply depress the connector. We knew we would need to repair the damage before reassembling the fridge.
This moving company claimed to have experienced movers who knew how to move a fridge. This was obviously not the case.
They also scratched and chipped our dressers and caused irreparable damage to our marble top furniture.

I never recieved a claim form for the clock and I dont think I should have to pay for the movers hour break.

The credit has already been processed however, it typically takes anywhere from 3 to 10 business days for the issuing bank to complete the process.
Also, a claim form has been mailed to the customers homes, if she has not received it, she will need to call our office to ensure that there is...

no discrepancies to the address that we have on file.

Art, Neither my husband nor I ever signed off on the final delivery of our items. Our stuff was packed properly as shown in the pictures we sent you. The boxes were smashed on the corners and top, resulting in the broken items. The boxes were in perfect condition when your movers packed them from the first house. If they were not its your job to call that to our attention or note it on our paperwork for you to avoid liability. The broken and scratched items were barely opened from the bubble wrap they were packed in. I called your lead mover Sunday night and expressed my concern for the condition of some of our stuff and the over charge, and again called you the next day. You had many excuses why you took days to return our call. You and your lead man were on the phone when we were forced to sign the credit card charge or you refused to unpack our items. We were also told that an estimated end time was charged along with extra charges you failed tell us before signing. You and your lead man agreed if the charges were in excess of the time spend you would credit us back. You put us off and called me a liar when I told you your men did not work the time charged. Your men also stood around and did nothing while you charged us for those charges. I watched your movers bounce down our stairs totes full of trophies that were wrapped excessively in bubble wrap. As was all of our breakable items. NOT NEWSPAPER as your movers would have used. You are responsible for all the damages done to our items and the over charge you charged to our card, that was more then the credit you refunded us. You lied and your movers damaged our stuff. Your scammers and should be put out of business. At this time we still request a full refund!!

Also forgot to mention that when the crew was caught smoking Marijuana they decided it was a good Idea to then offer it to us...UNBELIEVABLE!

will provide you with a settlement form for the missing item.  In regards to the damaged walls, the movers indicate that they advised you that the piece of furniture that you wanted upstairs could potentially cause damage as the space was too narrow.  They indicated that you told them to go ahead and try it anyway, we most certainly understand your frustration however, when our staff is given a directive by our clients it is our policy to follow the directive.  We will be sending you a settlement form for you to fill out completely and return to our office so that we may move forward with getting this squared away with you.
