Academy Mortgage Corporation

Academy is the reason we could get our Home! Ted M at Academy was able to work with us and structure our loan that worked for us. We have always chosen to work with people who took the time to get to know us and our plans for our home. Ted took the time to connect with us and our experiences and we felt he was just as happy for us getting our home as we were. We believe in doing business with people who help people, and Ted is one of those professionals.
We could not get anywhere close to the reception and education provided by Ted and the rest of the team at Academy with the larger lenders. This was our first home buying experience and even though it may not have been conventional, we feel like we have a better understanding of the normal and not so normal process, all thanks to Ted.
They also went out of their way to be available, day and night. That sounds cliche, but on some of the days after our work hours and trying to stay on track with purchasing a home, it was necessary to sometimes have a 10 p.m conference call and without fail, Ted delivered.
Thank you.

I had a positive experience with this company. Staff was very helpful and informative. Mr. D answered all my questions and helped me through every seemingly complicated step of the home buying process. We closed much sooner than expected and he had insightful knowledge and experience I was very thankful for.

The entire team at Academy Mortgage did a wonderful job from the very first phone call I made to the final phase of closing the loan. I couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience, you guys made it super easy!

I've gone through the mortgage process several times and Academy by far was the smoothest, most enjoyable experience. Underwriters were very communicative and personable; they helped me get over a few tricky hurdles with the property itself; and they got me to closing on time even though I came to them later in the process than usual (as I was dissatisfied with the lender I had been using before them). Great experience overall!

Thoroughly enjoyed working with Tammy G in Hattiesburg, MS. She made the experience easy and painless! Several things tried to delay our closing that was out of her control, but she was able to make it happen on time! Highly recommend her to everyone I know!

First time home buyer Zach knocked it out the park. Personal and professional we did all but the closing remote. This was a great experience and I would highly rate it.

Academy Mortgage Corporation and division office in Canby, Oregon is an outstanding source of financing or refinancing your home mortage. My husband and I just completed the refinance transaction with Academy in Canby and couldn't be happier. We were handled with professionalism and the experience was quick, simple and complete in a short period of time. It was our pleasure to deal with the entire staff of super friendly people at Academy. We give this company our highest recommendation.

I worked with the Rolling Meadows location and Chris E’s team. I had a great experience with Chris and his team. Chris often called to give updates and see if I had any questions, and Christine and Dawn were great with the pre-approval and processing. I highly recommend them!

I have nothing but good things to say about Lynda! She was more helpful than could’ve ever hoped! She answered every single question I had (which was MANY) in the most timely manner! She made sure we closed right in the time frame our sellers were looking for!

Overall I was not only satisfied with the service, I was also impressed! I would also like to add that Dacia went out of her way for me in helping me through the process and I could really tell that she cared and wanted to make sure she provided the best service possible.

Jeff H was fantastic! He was very helpful throughout the process, always available & answered all my questions. The process was fast but thorough & it really felt like everyone on the team was working hard to make the process go smoothly, which it did. I would highly recommend Academy Mortgage to anyone looking to buy a home & especially if they have had difficulty getting approved elsewhere. Thanks Jeff & everyone on my mortgage loan team!

Leon made this experience seamless and easy. highly recommend him and Academy Mortgage.

I had major issues with an experience with acadamy mortgage. I filed a complaint with Revdex.com for this already. This complaint is regards to the deceitful practices of this company and their representatives. I was asked by their representative what I wanted to make this go away. They constantly ignore emails and make excuses and broken promises so the Revdex.com will close the case against them. The situation has gone on to the point where I have no choice but to seek legal consul and take them to court using the compelling evidence I have against them.

It is just the start of my journey with Academy, but Erich in the Rockford IL location was very friendly and professional. He was there every step of the way and made sure we were aware of all the steps and nothing came as a surprise.

Brian H was fantastic. Everything went better then I expected. Easy to work with.

As a Realtor, I have sent countless clients to Wane (and Sheri) over the years, but it was a very interesting change of scenery to have them doing my own personal loan. It did, however, confirm the reason why I have recommended them so many times, and will continue to do so! They were absolutely WONDERFUL to work with! Sheri is incredibly on top of things, and Wane was always available to answer questions from this anxious buyer. :) Thanks, you guys! You really are incredible!!!

Devry D & Wendi S were fantastic! Wendi was always there to answer any questions and to let me know right away of any changes or items needed.

Without much credit or experience, It was difficult for me to find any lender that would even consider financing me. Academy was willing to learn enough about me and my situation to understand that I was actually a good investment. They worked with me all the way up till closing and made the process as painless as possible.

Dawn, Todd and everyone at Academy Mortgage were great to work with and made the home loan process very easy!

Had the great pleasure of working with Jess & Brett in Layton. They both were awesome to work with. They keep the process simple and understandable for both me and my wife. We are first time home buyers and the whole process can be overwhelming at times but the team at Academy really helped us understand everything and made sure we got what we wanted. Many of my friends are at the age where they are buying their first houses and I will let them all know who we used and how they should be using them too for their future loans.
