Called about a broken garage door springHad a next day appointmentAnthony arrived early (he called first to check that was OK), was extremely courteous and professional, identified and explained the problem with a complete estimate and finished the work perfectly in about half the allotted timeWhat more can I ask for?

The techician (james or Shawn ??) was the greatestHe determined the problem and while it was late in the day and he did not have the part needed he did return to the shop, aquire the part and return later that day/evening and completed the work .He did alos get one care out of the garage until he could returnbecause of the approache and dedication of this techician I very much would recommend this company

Our garage door was damaged accidentally by my son Academy Overhead Door sent someone out first thing the following morning Shawn was courteous and listened to my concerns questions completely before responding and before beginning his work He provided the cost for the repairs prior to beginning any work and didn't push any unnecessary products/parts/upgrades He understood that we just wanted to get the door back in working order for as good a price as possible He worked swiftly and the cost stayed true to his estimate He gave me a thorough rundown of his work and provided a detailed invoice to accompany it I was very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely be reaching out to Academy Overhead Door when needed in the future, and will ask if Shawn is available to do the work!
