The installer - Anthony - was the BEST! He took extra time to explain thoroughly and demonstrated things to me for maintaining the door opener and system. VERY PROFESSIONAL and personable. I would recommend him to anyone!

This morning we were having difficulty opening our garage door, so called Academy Overhead Door to request a service call. To our surprise, about 30 minutes later the door bell rang and [redacted] went to work repairing our door. He was very helpful, efficient, and certainly a serviceman we will call again!

I had Academy Overhead Door out to do an inspection and tune-up on my Garage Door and Opener. The service provider [redacted] was on time(gave a courtesy call before hand so I knew he was coming). He was obviously very knowledgeable and gave me great maintenance advice specific to my door/opener combination. A very smooth, quick, and helpful experience overall.

[redacted] and [redacted] showed up exactly when they said they would. They got to work and performed their tasks with great efficiency. They made some recommendations which made sense and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of what they were doing. I would highly recommend these folks.

Called on a Sunday to make an appointment to replace the broken springs on my garage door. Actually talked to someone in the business and was able to set up a time. Shawn, replaced the broken springs in a timely manner and inspected the entire garage door and performed maintenance on the system. Shawn was very friendly and professional, showed me the written estimate up front before the work commenced. He explained to me what we was going to do and he took care of everything. Shawn even dropped the price when he didn't require to replace a bearing. I would highly recommend Academy Over Head Door to my friends and neighbors!

On October 1st. I had a cable break on my garage door and caled several repair companies, no one could come out, BUT, then I called Academy Overhead Doors and explained my situation to a lovely person by the name of [redacted] and she understood my urgency and was able to send me an ANGEL, by the name of [redacted] whom was able to come to my home, even earlier than the appointment time that I was given. [redacted] diagnosed the problem and wrote up work invoice, explained the job to me and the cost AND after I agreed went right to work. Had all he needed on his truck, even did extra work I asked if he could do while he was at my home, instead of rescheduling for another day. [redacted] did a wonderful job, he made my garage door seem new again! When we raise the door we can hardly here it going up or down, which is awesome. Can't say enough other than GREAT SERVICE, I will use this company as needed. Thx, [redacted]
