I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . 
[Why would their first response try to deflect and deny the issue by diverting attention away from them and direct it toward another company?  I think Mr. [redacted] has quite a  different perspective of what a good conversation  entails from start to finish - one apology does not a good conversation make.  ]

I have confirmed with [redacted] that we did speak with Ms.[redacted]. His perspective on the conversation was that he had asked for information to see if she qualified for our services and she was not willing to divulge any of the info that we needed. We need to direct the conversation on a consultation to be sure we are getting all of the info that we need and she was not willing to do that. Once this was explained, Mr. [redacted] apologized for the misunderstanding and he thought they had a good conversation. We have closed her file and she will not hear from us again unless she reaches out to us.
