These people are trash, I would not recommend them to anyone. And yes I agree with a lot more people Frank the manager, And Suezie are lairs and frauds. They use the most cheapest material and equipment.

We understand that the lift you received has been non-functional since installation and we have done all we can with the manufacturer of that lift to resolve it. We are very sorry this has occurred and are working as fast as we can to get it rectified. We are not the manufacturer, only the installer so we cannot make a new lift ourselves. We have agreed to supply and install a new lift from a different manufacturer at no cost to you. The holidays have created delays in getting the new unit to you but we are working diligently to do so. Susie has worked tirelessly with the manufacturers to get this done for you as quickly as humanly possible.

Do not let these thieves do your bathroom remodification. My daughter had funding through the state and this company took advantage of it. They have handy men to do the work. They put down vinyl floor instead of tile. It took 3 months to install my grab bars. The shower leaked into my basement from day one.Too many problems to list. I had to fight and get state people involved to fix these things. And somehow they submitted their work as being complete to the state and our case was closed and they never fixed the drain leak. I think the guy was Frank (a.k.a. liar) who I was dealing with through this whole process, never answered my emails and that's when I called the office and they said our case is closed. I never signed off that the work was complete as I still had a drain that leaked. So I am assuming they forged my signature. It took a long time but they did fix the leak. Worst decision of my life. And I've made a lot of them, but going with this company, made it to the top of my list.
