Review: I ordered a batterycharger cell phone case for an iphone4 , called a [redacted]. Acctown debited my account 39.99. I ordered it on Nov. ** 2013. I emailed them three times and left at least four voicemail. No one ever answered the phone, no on ever answered my email. This was suppossed to be a Christmas Gift.Desired Settlement: Desired Settlement: Refund-Credit Card Credit

Review: On 07/**/2013 I ordered an ipad mini cover made by Twelve South. The item is called "Bookbook for ipad mini". The photos on the AccTown website were the same photos as on the Twelve South company's website showing the leather binding, zippers etc. On August *, 2013 I received a package from USPS from AccTown. The item inside was not what I ordered. What came was vinyl and ressembled knock-offs I had seen on the web for sale from China. I phoned the Twelve South Company in South Carolina and they confirmed that this was not one of their products and that AccTown is not an authorized retailer of their products. I e-mailed AccTown to ask if I could send the item back and get a refund. They responded the next day with an e-mail saying that they could not. They offered instead a store credit as per their refund policy. I am writing to you for help because I feel they misrepresented the product on the web. I have a screen shot of their web page and photos of what they sent me. I did not get what I paid for and now can't get my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back . I paid $39.95 USD for the item, $7.99 USD for shipping for a total of $47.94

Review: I orded a cell phone case online, I never received the product. There was no contact information to inquire about my missing merchandise. There was no email address to complain to 2 phone numbers came back as not valid. A google map searched conducted revealed the address was a mailbox store. I called the mailbox store and they stated that acctown only has a mailbox there and they are not a legit company.Desired Settlement: this establishment is a fraud, I belive I was scammed by this company.

The order is set to be delivered soon or is delivered at the time this message is being posted but tracking did not update yet in the system. I am not sure why this person did this, but if the customer contacted us, which is not only the logical step, but is very easy to do, we would have gladly helped clarify any misunderstanding.

Review: Ordered a otterbox defender on Jan. ** 2015 delivery in 3-7 days. It is now 20 days later ,still have not received items. [redacted] said I had to get ahold of them because they have not sent product through mail as of yet. They wont answer e-mails and their phone always rings in busy.I would like either my product or my money back. They need to remove the false credentials that they post at the end of their order page. There should be a law against false information. Please advise as to what I can do. Review: I purchased a Mophie juice battery case for an IPhone 4s. This was delivered far later than the website estimated and I was sent an email to "be patient". I did receive the product and it worked fine for a week or so and I charged the case nightly. The last time I charged the juice pack and unplugged it the metal charging port pulled out with the charging cord. I sent an email which I saved asking what should I do, the response was an address and instructions on where to return it. I fallowed the instructions of name address, RA number etc. in the box and shipped it back priority. I then sent an email with the tracking number. I received a response saying they would get to it by the end of the week and I should check back the next week. This was two weeks ago and I have sent many emails just asking for a response to more recent saying I would be forced to filing this complaint if they didn't at least respond. I have asked for a phone number and no response.Desired Settlement: I would be happy with a new Mophie juice pack or a refund back on my credit card.

Review: I ordered 3 Otter Box cases for my 4S iPhones from AccTown. The cases came today and they are FAKE!!! In other words they are copies, not real Otter Box cases. Maybe some people would not notice the difference, but I have a real Otter Box Case I bought at Best Buy last year, and there is a BIG DIFFERENCE in the real case and the ones I received today. I have already disputed the entire charges including shipping with Discover Card (my form of payment). I am waiting for a RMA number from AccTown so I can return the cases to AccTown. BUT YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT THEY ARE ADVERTISING REAL CASES THAT ARE FAKE WHICH IS FALSE ADVERTISING! I really resent that!!! I expect to get ALL OF MY MONEY back including the shipping charges, not just the cost of the cases. The company needs to be STOPPED from either selling these cases altogether or from advertising the cases in the manner they do.Desired Settlement: I expect to get ALL OF MY MONEY back including the shipping charges, not just the cost of the cases. I will pay for the shipping of the cases back to AccTown.

Review: I ordered a Lifeproof case. It came,I opened it and put it on my phone. Within the first week the bottom flap that covers the charging port came off. I told them what happened and the told me to send it back and mark whether I wanted a new one or a refund. I said I wanted a new one. I never got one. I have contacted them multiple times and nothing is being done.Desired Settlement: I would like a new white Lifeproof case for the iPhone 4S.

Review: I ordered a Lifeproof case for my Iphone4. It states that it is a real lifeproof case, it is not. No serial number, and after investigating other complaints and comments online by other users, it is not a lifeproof case. I contacted the business for a refund and they stated that the case is not a fake, and it only refurbished. Which is why there is no serial number or packaging that came with the phone. I went to a local store here in town and bought a Lifeproof case, and the two cases are totally different.Desired Settlement: I only want them to acknowledge that the product is not as described and to refund me my total amount paid.

The customer purchased an item which was not new, it was a reconditioned item without packaging and without serial. The terms clearly stated it is exchange only and not eligible for manufacturer's warranty. Further, the item is old stock, since it is a used item, previously returned and then restored/repaired. The price reflected this. We offer returns and exchanges. There is no need to contact any third party since we offer prompt replies and customer support. Further, exchanges or returns must be carried out through our website, not through a third party system such as this. The customer must contact us to make a return according to the proper procedure.

Review: I purchased a cell phone case for my iPhone: 1x Lifeproof Case for iPhone - SALE - IPHONE 5/5S - BLACK - ONLY A FEW LEFT! for $36.95 each from True Accessory on April *, 2014. Because it was approximately half off, it stipulated no returns. The cell phone case is reputed to be one of the most durable available. When I received it, it fell apart and was unusable. This was clearly not a Lifeproof case.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $42.94 credited to my American Express.

Review: I placed order #[redacted] on 1/**/2015 in the amount of $22.98 for what was being shown as Younique 3D Fiber Mascara; $16.99 for the product and $5.99 for shipping. I received an email stating that a shipping label had been created, yet I was never sent any further information. We are coming up to a month having passed, and I still have not received my product, nor have I received responses to my emails requesting information on my delivery. The tracking # still states "Shipping label created", but nothing further showing delivery or shipment. The website states it is undergoing maintenance for 24-48 hours ever since I placed my order on the [redacted] of January. I originally placed my order through NY Accessories, which shows to be a sub-store to Acc Town.Desired Settlement: I would like my complete refund back; total of product plus shipping.
