After checking with our office where this patient was seen, we are happy to have him come back and in and find out exactly what the challenges are. I have a problem simply replacing the hearing aids as this patient has not come in for year for service or anything. We have not received one call...

stating the issues that were outlined in this complaint. We are happy to service the hearing aids to the best of our ability and have this patient hear as well as he possibly can with the hearing aids he purchased a few years ago. Our practitioner is reaching out to schedule a visit to resolve these complaints.Thank you,[redacted]

In an effort to support our patients, we have partnered with Hearing [redacted] to offer a hearing aid center that can service our [redacted] patients moving forward. Their address is [redacted] and they look forward to working with all of our former patients from our [redacted] location.
Although we realize patients purchased their hearing aids expecting to receive support in our AccuQuest location, business factors have forced to close our doors. We are working closely with Hearing life to create a smooth patient transition into their hearing aid centers.

We provided [redacted] with supplies (domes and batteries) at no cost so that [redacted] can avoid some future trips to the office for supplies.
We believe that [redacted] is pleased with the solution.

I have heard from Mr. [redacted] from the corporate office of AccuQuest. The company has agreed to refund the purchase price of the hearing aids sold to my terminally ill father. I returned the hearing aids yesterday and the refund was processed. I am satisfied with the outcome of this complaint and am withdrawing it. Thank you for your efforts in addressing my complaint. It is clear that the involvement of the Revdex.com was instrumental in a resolution.

This is a duplicate complaint....patient has had his financing issues resolved and is aware we are more than happy to take care of him going forward out of our Gastonia clinic. We have also partnered with a non-accuquest clinic in Shelby that the patient can see as well and is aware of. No further...

I am rejecting this response because: the hearing aid is still under warranty so that should mean I can get my mothers money back. I have already purchased new aids for her from a Dr. that really cares about her hearing. My mother paid $5500 for something that had to be replaced 4 times and ended up not working. This is ship shoddy work. The product you sell is worthless, continues to fail, and had to be placed 4 times in 2 years. What does that say about Accuquest products? It tells me the product is defective and faulty. I want my mother’s money back.

Our West Columbia AccuQuest office is open to switching out the current hearing aid style into a style that is more comfortable for the patient.  We are committed to helping the patient adjust to her hearing aids.
