I LIVE IN SYLVANIA OHIO, ON 12/ HAD A FIRE IN ONE BED ROOM AND SMOKE DAMAGE THROUGH OUT MAIN FLOOR ACCURATE WAS THERE AND WITH IN HRS AFTER FIRE THEY HAD JUST ABOUT HAD ALL REMAINS OF FIRE REMOVED AND STARTED REMOVING ALL WET AND SMOKE DAMAGE AREA AROUND FIRE, ACCURATE FAST AND EFFICIENT WITH WORK SITE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ACCURATE RESTORATION FOR ALL UNFORSEEN EMERGENCIES

ACC was very efficient and quick setting up an inspectionThey set up a time to clean the basement sooner than expectedThey were thorough, professional and finished before they said they would be

To whom it may concern: Freedom Credit Union has not sent me any documentation stating that they needed me to update any informationI took it upon myself to update my own information, I have NEVER had a conversation about them contacting [redacted] in order to resolve this issueLikewise, I have spoken to several rep from the bank, including the CEO's secretary , and he has yet to contact meI'm not satisfied with them trying to make me pay for their error, and US Equity is taking money out of my account bi-weekly for the current payments, however the June payment is the one in question for the bank's errorIn addition, the bank has refused to take ownership and has attempted to give me a letter waiving the late fees, but [redacted] will not accept that due to the payment not being received

I appreciated the quick response to my call for carpet cleaning service Two workers showed up on time (as promised) and quickly moved about taking care of business--my carpet hasn't looked that good in years (even after another carpet cleaner tried two years ago) I appreciate quality and efficiency, and now I'm recommending this company to all my friends

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] The loan agreement sent on December 14th was the correct amount but with a $credit attached to my accountIn having a $credit attached to my account , that left the original loan in place which meant that I would still be paying interest on $1,I rejected that offerOn December 21st, I was sent a new agreement by Freedom Credit Union electronically with the $credit removed from my account which generated the correct monthly loan payment On December 22nd, I signed the document The new loan agreement had the correct loan payment amount and the correct monthly payment , this resolution is satisfactory to me.Thank You for helping me solve this dilemmaI am impressed with your agency and deeply appreciate your hard work.Regards, [redacted]

July 24, 2015Dear [redacted] :We have been communicating with [redacted] regarding her loan payment with [redacted] [redacted] submitted a request through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) to withdraw money from [redacted] ’s accountHowever, [redacted] did not supply the correct account number so the request was returnedWe did send a letter to [redacted] advising her to contact [redacted] to correct their information[redacted] contacted us regarding her past due payment with [redacted] We offered to contact them directly to explain why their request was returned and to correct their information to prevent this from happening in the future [redacted] will not provide us with contact information.The money for this loan payment was never deducted from [redacted] ’s account at Freedom Credit UnionIf she would like, we can cut a check from her account and forward it to [redacted] to complete this transaction.If you have any questions regarding this matter please contact me at [redacted] .Sincerely,Victor D Senior Vice President/COO

We found a ray of sunshine during the recent flooding in Oregon, OHBy Sunday morning 6-28-we had over feet of water in our basement from the rain stormThe destruction and mess were overwhelmingOur sump pump worked as hard as it could to pump out the waterMy cousin recommended ACCS, LLC and I called them first thing in the morning to request help in the clean up [redacted] added my name to the LIST She was positive, friendly and reassuringI received a call a couple of hours later that they were on there wayBy dinner time they had not only pumped out all of the water, but had hauled out 50-bags of wet garbage and other items, ripped up of the carpet that was destroyed and steam cleaned the floor and stairs! They returned nearly everyday for week, placed industrial drying and dehumidifying equipment and treated the basement with multiple applications of anti-microbial sprayThe crews were amazing! We cannot thank them enough and plan to hire them for other services!
