ACC was very efficient and quick setting up an inspection. They set up a time to clean the basement sooner than expected. They were thorough, professional and finished before they said they would be.

I appreciated the quick response to my call for carpet cleaning service. Two workers showed up on time (as promised) and quickly moved about taking care of business--my carpet hasn't looked that good in 9 years (even after another carpet cleaner tried two years ago). I appreciate quality and efficiency, and now I'm recommending this company to all my friends.

We found a ray of sunshine during the recent flooding in Oregon, OH. By Sunday morning 6-28-15 we had over 2 feet of water in our basement from the rain storm. The destruction and mess were overwhelming. Our sump pump worked as hard as it could to pump out the water. My cousin recommended ACCS, LLC and I called them first thing in the morning to request help in the clean up. [redacted] added my name to the LIST She was positive, friendly and reassuring. I received a call a couple of hours later that they were on there way. By dinner time they had not only pumped out all of the water, but had hauled out 50-60 bags of wet garbage and other items, ripped up of the carpet that was destroyed and steam cleaned the floor and stairs! They returned nearly everyday for 1 week, placed industrial drying and dehumidifying equipment and treated the basement with multiple applications of anti-microbial spray. The crews were amazing! We cannot thank them enough and plan to hire them for other services!

I have used Accurate Carpet Cleaning Service several times. Each time they are very professional and friendly. They truly care about the job they do. They want the customer to be very satisfied with their work. I will continue to call Accurate Carpet Cleaning to clean all of my carpeting.

I LIVE IN SYLVANIA OHIO, ON 12/10 HAD A FIRE IN ONE BED ROOM AND SMOKE DAMAGE THROUGH OUT MAIN FLOOR. ACCURATE WAS THERE AND WITH IN 48 HRS AFTER FIRE THEY HAD JUST ABOUT HAD ALL REMAINS OF FIRE REMOVED AND STARTED REMOVING ALL WET AND SMOKE DAMAGE AREA AROUND FIRE, ACCURATE FAST AND EFFICIENT WITH WORK SITE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ACCURATE RESTORATION FOR ALL UNFORSEEN EMERGENCIES.

Last Saturday our city received more than 6 inches of rain causing our basement to flood with sewer water. [redacted] and [redacted] and all their guys were wonderful. They were here on Sunday and did a terrific job. I really appreciated [redacted] communication, she kept us updated at all time, explaining the process. etc.. It is very apparent this is a locally owned family business they appeared to really want to help us and do a great job.
