Customer service is great, but superficialThey didn't work that hard to get me a good settlement, and their fees are astronomicalI ended up with a crappy settlement that cost me more then my original agreement with the bank because of the company feesThis service actually ended up costing me thousands of extra dollars instead of saving me anythingThey really just didn't get that hard, very disappointed

I did not have a positive experience with OCCA after being with them for months This has been going on for months with no means to a settlementA lot of the banks do not want to deal with them which is true and therefore, you wonder if negotiations are even working in your favour and at the end was not the case Their membership fees are also expensive too and a common complaint is about their product and service that they provide which is not in the best interest of the consumer The communication at the beginning is good because they want to keep as a member and then fades off I would look at alternative companies for debt relief in future as disappointed for a company that has been years in the business
