I signed a contract with OCCA in April 2016. I have had the utmost of service. The Supervisor that I work with Samantha Captain is so true to her word. To this date I certainly do not have any complaints with OCCA. My mind is so at ease knowing that I have them working for me. I am looking forward to many days ahead until our contract has been satisfied. My experience certainly is on the positive end for this business OCCA.

We were initially disappointed with OCCA because we felt neglected and rarely communicated with us. We were clueless of what was happening and no updates were received unless we initiated the communications and follow ups. There was a feeling of scariness and uncertainty. However, when we were handled by our account manager, Rohan B., there was a turnaround. He was very attentive to us and we felt his sincereness in helping us. He was efficient in dealing with our creditors and we were completely confident that he was negotiating for the best of our interest. He gave us clear instructions and received updates when necessary. We feel more confident now that everything will be settled the soonest.

Very knowledgeable account managers, returned all calls promptly and never left me wondering what was happening with my account. Even when I asked the same question 100 different ways, my account manager was pleasant and never lost patience with me. He always made sure that I understood what was happening and all the details I needed to know.

I am very pleased I chose OCCA to handle my problem with Easy Financial. Rohan made it so much less stressful to deal with this very demanding, relentless bunch of collectors. Rohan has a very calming approach and I always felt like everything was going to work out as planned once I talked to him about my concerns. He understood why I was refusing to pay the ridiculous interest rates they charged and was always keeping me informed of the next step we were going to take. I felt completely confident that my account was being handled in the most professional manner with the best resolution.

Customer service is great, but superficial. They didn't work that hard to get me a good settlement, and their fees are astronomical. I ended up with a crappy settlement that cost me more then my original agreement with the bank because of the company fees. This service actually ended up costing me thousands of extra dollars instead of saving me anything. They really just didn't get that hard, very disappointed.

I'm very happy with Josefina she is comfortable to talk about things and gets back to me quickly and I'm very pleased she is on my side I will give a 5
