Unreliable company. They also do well water tests. Took our water AND $125, NEVER GOT BACK TO US THAT OUR WATER HAD FAILED - HAD BACTERIA IN IT!!!! When we finally tracked them down 6 weeks later and all they said was "Sorry", we lost your info- although our name and address were right on the bill they sent!!!! and "we can chlorinate for $325". Thanks for nothing! Both my husband and myself were having some health issues from this! Never offered to refund us - nothing. COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE!!!

Review: I cancelled an appointment for services. The company told me after I cancelled there would be a cancellation fee. I was never told about the fee in previous phone calls nor did I sign any document agreeing to the fee. I spoke with the manager [redacted] many times about the account. He refused to drop the fees. It was then sent to collections where I am now fighting to have the collection dropped as it is not a legal collection due to the fact there is no signed documentation or contract. Accurate has to drop the collection action themselves in order to remove it from collections and the company has not done so.Desired Settlement: Drop all fees and cancel the collection action

On 4-7-11 [redacted] called about a black widow spider problem. She insisted the service be done the next day. She agreed to the $175 fee and it was scheduled for 4-8-11. On the morning of 4-8-11, within an hour of the service [redacted] called and postponed the service and rescheduled for 4-11-11. At this time no charges were made because the service was rescheduled. On the morning of 4-11-11 [redacted] called within an hour of the service and cancelled the service completely stating something about her husband not wanting it. She was made aware that a service charge would be charged because 3 hours total were made available for her service. She simply screamed at me and hung up.

Our cancellation policy is: If service is cancelled before 5:00 the prior day there is no charge. If service is rescheduled there is no charge. If service is cancelled the same day as service prior to arrival at the home there is a $50 fee. If service is cancelled after arrival to the home there is a $65 fee.

Because of the time dedicated to this service we can not remove the charges. I will agree to settle this matter for a total of $50 which is the original service charge cost minus additional interest and collection fees.
