After researching Mr***’ complaint we have found the following: We charged the resident 50% of the replacement cost of the carpetThe resident lived in the apartment home for months and I have attached his mocondition sheet that does not reflect any issuesThis was calculated by pro-rating the carpet life by years and the age of the carpetI have attached the bill we incurred for your file The pro-rated amount of rent for Mr [redacted] was $973/days in June=$per dayx15=$486.49, we round up to $However due to Mr [redacted] not paying his utilities for the month of June, it cause him to have outstanding rent balance of $ Pest control is charged each month in the amount of $regardless if used Utilities are charged based off of usage, with that said there is always a delay in usage dates verses month rent datesFor Example his last month of June, If Mr [redacted] had paid utilities he would have paid for usage dates 3/22-4/17- leaving 4/18-6/usage left for the final billMs [redacted] , I can appreciate his need to know why he was charged- and I hope I was able to explain the valid charges accuratelyIf you should have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me

Polo Club's response: [redacted] did not give any notice and vacated during new leaseWe corrected the move-out dates, adjusted the charges including late fees, we have adjusted accelerated charges to the date of the new move-inI have attached the new final account statement.In addition, Ms [redacted] did not request a pre-move-out inspection.We feel that we have correct all billing issues fairly, [redacted] Property Manager I moved out on 01-05-18, there's charges on the invoice from October and November, I notified Polo Club and there was no changeAlso the apartments failed to come in and inspect the property before I vacated the premises which again they did not doI have tried to speak to Polo Club management regarding these charges and they will not respond to meAlso they advise once someone moves into the property my balance that was sent to collections was only suppose to be from the date I move out until someone else occupy the unitIf this cannot be resolved will be having to go to small claims court

I have just done business with this company, they removed an old chimney and took away the debrisI found them to be professional, prompt and very politeThe clean up once the job was completed was amazing, they even washed down my deckThe office staff are positive and polite as well, The service was timely and a nice thing was their cell phones never interrupted the job

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The charges for the carpet are the main reason for the dispute and non paymentPolo Club replaced the carpet in the entire apartment because of a high traffic area from the balcony to the living room areaManagement was asked several times and given ample time after they received the move out notice to walk the apartment and let me know of any issues they might haveTheir response was they would check it after move outI expected a bill for cleaning that area instead I get charged for carpet replacement in the entire apartment So simply put I will not pay for replacement of a carpet for a entire apartment for a area that could have been cleaned and not to mention the fact if management had done as asked and walked the apartment this whole thing could have been avoidedI have leased in different apartments in Austin and have never had a apartment manager that was unwilling to do a walk through before move out or charge me for the replacement of carpet in a entire apartment until Polo ClubEvery manager of every other apartment I've leased has been happy to do soI feel that such a request is not unreasonable and at this point I have to wonder how many people they've charged to replace a carpet and if this is common with other apartment complexes or if this is way to keep carpets new at a discount for Polo Club Regards, [redacted] ***

We would definitely like to address and resolve this matter
The custome did walk out of our store w/out her package, (maybe due to cell phone distractions)And the reason the cashiers/manager were unable to find her bag left at register is due to the fact that the cashier inadvertently have that package to the next customerHer problems were compounded by frustration and swearing at our staff
To resolve this matter we would be happy to refund the customer in full for the amount of $12.73, (one time)And if she would like we could mail that to her address provided

I by far had the most unprofessional experience thereDirector of the school needs to be a little more involved with the staff and studentsComputer networking security class room setting is horrible disgusting and it isn't a labThere aren't any computers to work on you do not build your own computer, you do not receive any tools nor appropriate laptops where givenI was there for six months and it was a complete waste of my money and timeI went through so much being there and no one di anything about itI would never recommend this course for this school to anyoneI have recently enrolled in a new school and will be receiving appropriate tool kits, laptop and we build our own desk top from scratch! I am very concerned for the people who are being cheated out of their money at American InstituteIt is a very unprofessional institute and needs to be a little more organized and students should not be given 10" notebooks there isn't a way to do virtual networking on them It has been over 1month and I my current school is still waiting for my transfer papers! So disappointed!

"no hassle day return"...IT says so right on the bottom of my receipt....but the only thing I got ,when I tried to return a product that didn't work, was a HASSLE....First the checker, had to call over another clerk, who had to call the manager, (TIM) of store # 15335..He said cause I used the product, he could not take it backI don't know how I would know if it worked, UNLESS I USED IT!!!!! Manager told me to go talk to the manufacturer.....This is their "no hassle return policy"?Home Depot from now on

I am rejecting this response because: I did take the saw to the other Ace Hardware in Idaho Falls several timesThey at least treated me with respectIf the saw had ran fine, as they say, I would not have had to take it in for repairsThe chain would never stop stretchingIt would be hard to start after turning it off to fuel itI was mislead on their warrantyThat saw cost me far more than I paid for it in lost time due to running back & forth to get it looked at and also the down time it caused meI lost good customers because of the delays this caused
