Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I agree that Achieve Test has tried to reach me and I them multiple times. I can never get a person on the phone, I am told to make an appointment for someone to call me back and then no one calls back during the time of my appointment. Someone calls me back at another time that is not convenient for me. I agree that I asked not to withdraw so that I could take care of the CPNE test prep option. However, after I agreed to that option I started getting calls regarding my withdrawal and now I have on my credit report that I owe 9600.00.

At Achieve Test Prep, we strive for 100% satisfaction with our customer service, and we regret that this student feels that she did not receive that from us. This student enrolled with Achieve Test Prep for our custom Degree Plan Report for a Bachelor's in Psychology and a package of test prep...

classes. It does take some time to research and plan to ensure that the customer is matched with the proper college, is taking the correct courses, and is able to transfer as many previously earned credits as possible. This process paired with some miscommunication and "phone tag" resulted in this customer not receiving her degree plan in a timely manner, and we apologize for any frustration this may have caused. We have been in contact with this customer, have presented her degree plan as promised, and have even offered some free classes to make up for her frustration. The student ultimately chose to cancel, and we are working to resolve her cancellation in accordance with the contract terms.

I am rejecting this response because:Since Sept 2015, I wanted to withdraw. However, the representative kept saying we can deal the payment and you can rethink this. I already told them I wanted to withdraw from my contract so I can close my account. They even looked into my ttanscrpits, etc.. they kept delaying it until I just said yes to whatever they say. Now, I am exhausted from having to explain myself over and over again which FINALLY they agreed to close my account with a closing fee if $350. If I can't get my refund despite attending to one of their required classes with no other subject classes. I want to have my cancellation contract fee to be lowered to $100. If they do agree, please have them send me where I can submit the payment asap.Thank you.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Achieve Test prep continues to not grant a refund. Achieve has a confusing registration process. After the first blunder, Charlie R[redacted] assured me that his assistant would walk me through the process and ensure registration. We did it together, and once again I was not registered, the class came and went. I only had the one class to take for my degree. With Achieve potentially holding up me finishing school, I took the class through my TRUSTED University. They are in breech of contract, and I want a refund. I had to hire an attorney. Until I get my refund for their breech, I will not accept any response from Achieve until a refund is granted. Achieve has students sign contracts that take away the right to a refund, which is shady business practice. Additionally they make you have about 4 to 5 exit meetings to try to delay any type of refund you may get. I will continue to be Highly dis-satisfied with this company until they do the right thing, and grant my refund. They have resolved NOTHING. They have me currently writing an appeal. This is certainly a "Buyer be aware" business. NEVER sign a long term contract for more than one course with these people. I have read in several forems the same exact thing I am going through. They do not deliver, and keep your money because you signed a lengthy contract that ensures that they get your money, and can keep it with out delivering service. My attorney is waiting to see what the appeals process yields. We may need to draft a law suit with them.

[redacted] enrolled with Achieve Test Prep on 4/28/2015 for a 17 course package towards her BSN degree. [redacted] took an Ethics course with ATP and passed the corresponding exam. [redacted] also took a Speech course with ATP, but she has not attempted the exam at this time. [redacted]...

contacted ATP on 11/30/2015 to request a payment hold due to personal financial difficulties. She spoke with a representative in our finance office on 12/1/2015 who tried to make arrangements for a reduced payment plan with [redacted]. [redacted] said she would not be able to pay anything that month, and we decided to let her skip her December payment. We called and left her a voice message and then sent her an email confirmation confirming this arrangement on 12/9/2015. We informed [redacted] in the email and on the voice message that her regular payment would resume in January. It appears that [redacted] did not receive our email, perhaps due to the spam filter on her [redacted]. We are sorry that [redacted] is frustrated with her payments, and we are working very hard to come to an agreement that meets her needs. We have since offered [redacted] an extended period of reduced payments. We have also offered to modify her existing contract to allow lower monthly payments so that she can continue with her courses. We have offered to allow her to retake her Speech course for no additional charge, and also outline an alternate program option towards her ASN degree. The withdraw procedures have been re-explained to [redacted] in the event that she wishes to end her enrollment with ATP. We hope [redacted] finds our efforts satisfactory and that we can come to a resolution that meets or exceeds her expectations.

I am rejecting this response because:
The business person whom contacted me said she needed to do further research on this matter and she did offer to have me take a class to see the "ease" of the class and time period but it would cost me approx $900 and they would take off the $275 that I had already paid in a deposit. I am not willing to pay that much more money for a program that I am convinced I was lied to about just to get me to sign up.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Someone from the school did reach out to me today and advised she will be calling back on Monday. They did not offer me the NCLEX review and CPNE courses. I paid in full for those courses. Like I advise the representative today. I have no interest in furthering my studies after completing the associate in nursing with [redacted]. Thus that option of an offset does not benefit me in any way.I stand by my first complaint. The mistake was made my Achieve Test prep and they should honor it. If that mistake was made my me I would have been held to it. I think it is really important the way business is done by this company becomes exposed and I will make sure it happens regardless of the outcome of this situation.  The material is way off from [redacted] college. I did a better job studying on my own.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I’M NOT HE ONE WHO’S CONFUSED…….ACHIEVE TEST PREP REPRESENTATIVE THAT’S RESPONDING ON THE BEHALF OF ACHIEVE TEST PREP IS CONFUSED!!!!Why won’t ATP answer my questions I’ve asked????  Why ATP only want to address one of my questions but talk to me on the phone for the other questions???? I rather respond to ATP via email or through the Revdex.com due to ATP likes to change up what has been said in the conversations.  I have questions I want ACHIEVE TEST PREP to answer:ANSWER THE QUESTIONS!!!!!!! STOP ADVOIDING THEM.1) Did Catherine W[redacted]/admissions rep, make an error and signed me up for the wrong classes (Phase 2 instead of Phase 1) YES OR NO?2) What’s the difference between PHASE 1 classes and PHASE 2 classes?3) How much does the ASN degree cost and how long does it takes to complete?4) How much does the BSN degree cost and how long does it take to complete?5) Did I pay $450.00 deposit in March 2016 and made two payments of $235.41(totaling $470.82) even when I couldn’t register?6) Did Achieve Test Prep sent and email on 7-28-16 about info session regarding [redacted] STATE UNIVERSITY making changes to their entrance requirements for LPN to BSN program7) When I first signed up with Achieve Test Prep, did ATP offer ENGLISH COMPOSITION? Does ATP still offer English Composition?8) What are the other classes ACHIEVE TEST PREP NO LONGER OFFER?9) What is the name of the class that Achieve Test Prep no longer offer due to high failure rate ( a lot of students at Achieve Test Prep failed the class)?10) Did I put my withdrawal on hold and waited on Bridget C[redacted] to follow up with me?11) Did Bridget C[redacted] ever follow up with me after I put the withdrawal on hold (BEFORE 10-06-16)?  When I filed my withdrawal, I did everything that was supposed to be done for the withdrawal process.  After Bridget C[redacted] didn’t follow up with me, I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com.  So to call and follow up with ATP-is REDUNDANT   I put my trust, my money ($920.82) and invested time into Achieve Test Prep and still no resolution to the problem/error Achieve Test Prep admission representative (Catherine W[redacted]) caused.  ATP (Achieve Test Prep) still won’t address the issue and that is I COULD’NT REGISTER FOR CLASSES/COURSES THAT I WAS SIGNED UP FOR SINCE MARCH 2016!   ATP continues to respond with “the student is confused and frustrated, she was having technical difficulties” and keep mentioning “login issues”.  As I previously mentioned in my last Revdex.com rejection response to ATP, I couldn’t REGISTER!  Registering for classes and logging in to my ATP account, are TWO DIFFERENT things.  I could login to my account. After I login, I would look for dates and times when a class I was signed up for was being offered online.  I would push the register button next to a class that I need, and NOTHING HAPPEN!  ATP can keep using “confused” to describe me, but there’s nothing confusing about my response on why I withdraw from ATP,  why I deserve A FULL REFUND of $920.82 and to cancel the contract so it won’t affect my credit or bring down my credit score.  ATP reps are the ones who are CONFUSED, because they don’t know the difference between REGISTER and LOGIN!In my last Revdex.com rejection response to ATP, I explained everything in details with timeline showing dates and names of correspondences/conversations  between me and ATP representatives.   I chose ATP to help further my nursing education/career (out of thousands of online schools/programs), ATP didn’t choose me.  If I didn’t want to do business with ATP, why would I                                    1) pay a deposit, 2) give ATP all of my debit card info for automatic monthly withdrawals,3) make two monthly payments, 4) attended orientation, info class/achieve 101, follow-up phone appointments and 5)talked to NOT 1, NOT 2, NOT 3 BUT SEVERAL ATP representatives            6) and last but not least ---PUT MY WITHDRAWAL WITH ATP ON HOLD and waited on Bridget C[redacted] to follow up with me!  My actions are showing that I was very serious about furthering my career/education in nursing.  Now, to address ATP response “We tried without success to reach this student to address each of her concerns and she has not reached out to us since meeting with our customer service manager on 9/6/16”.  Once again, ATP trying to direct the blame on me, when I waited patiently for Bridget C[redacted] to follow back up with me.  I didn’t file my complaint against ATP until the end of September 2016.  ATP representative that is responding on the behalf of ATP is good at lying, because ATP hasn’t tried to reach out to me until 10-6-16!  Bridget C[redacted] emailed and called me on 10/6/16----A WHOLE MONTH LATER, saying she would like to talk with me about my complaint with The Revdex.com and if I didn’t want to speak with her, I can speak with the Vice President of ATP/Romy W[redacted].  There were NO CALLS NOR EMAILS until 10-6-16.   If ATP attempted to call or email me, I want to know what are the dates and times they called or emailed me.  I kept ALL my emails from ATP and the ONLY time ATP rep/Bridget C[redacted] called/emailed me was on 10-6-16(A MONTH LATER).  Also, why do I need to speak with the vice president of ATP?  I know I’m not the first and surely won’t be the last customer who had problems with ATP.I don’t feel comfortable responding to ATP on a phone due to the fact they continue to lie, change what was said in the conversations, say I’m confused   and it will be my word against theirs.  ATP representatives are for the company they represent and work for.   They could care less about me.  So of course, they’re going to say everything that sounds good and make it seem like I don’t know what I‘m talking about.  But my action speaks louder than words.  My actions show that I did my part! I didn’t just make up every thing I’ve mentioned in my complaint and complaint responses.  My account of everything is very detailed down to names and dates. ATP actions shows that it’s a shady company, when a company tries to keep someone money and keep a contract valid after their mistakes and not owning up to it( ATP breached the contract ) -that shows deceit and I don’t want to do business with  a company I don’t trust. Achieve Test Prep says I’m frustrated, YES I’m frustrated because I was excited about starting a new journey  in furthering my education…So I can provide  a better life  for me and my daughter, have more job opportunities, a increased in pay with benefits and still do what I LOVE DOING.  ATP need to put themselves in my shoes: I PUT MY TRUST IN ATP, I GAVE MY DEPOSIT, I FOLLOW THE STEPS WITH ALL MY ONLINE AND PHONE MEETINGS, I MADE 2 PAYMENTS, I DIDN’T WITHDRAW UNTIL 5 MONTHS LATER FROM THE DATE OF ME SIGNING UP WITH ATP ON MARCH-11 -2016 and EVEN PUT THE WITHDRAWAL ON HOLD, just so they can keep responding back with “she’s confused and frustrated”I don’t trust ATP; it’s a scam because no other accredited school would deal with them but [redacted] State University).  That’s why Bridget C[redacted] didn’t respond back to me after she said she would, because she couldn’t find a school that will work with ATP in Illinois nor Missouri.  It’s a coincidence , that Bridget C[redacted] called and emailed me a month later (10-6-16) and a day before Revdex.com ask for my 3rd response (on 10-7-16).  ATP should just take the loss and used this situation as a learning lesson, not keep dragging the situation on and on.  ATP PLEASE ANSWER THE QUESTIONS I ASKED, DON’T JUST ANSWER 1 QUESTION.  I know why ATP won’t answer my questions, it’s because it will show they breached the contract and show they owe me everything I asked for, which is A FULL REFUND OF $920.82 AND CANCEL THE CONTRACT!!!!!  ATP didn’t pay me, I PAID THEM.  The bottom line is ATP MESSED UP and I COULDN’T REGISTER, SO STOP CHANGING THE COMPLAINT TO “LOGIN ISSUES”.  Just look at my last response to the Revdex.com against ATP---- I said I couldn’t register.  ATP I DON’T WANT TO CONTINUE MY EDUCATION WITH YOUR COMPANY, you’re not trustworthy.I WANT TO CUT ALL TIES WITH ATP; I DON’T WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH A DECEITFUL COMPANY!!!!  SO PLEASE DON’T CALL NOR  EMAIL  ME.   ATP I’M REQUESTING ALL CORESPONDENCE IS THROUGH THE Revdex.com, SO THERE’S NO CONFUSION ON WHAT IS BEING SAID!I’M REQUESTING A FULL REFUND OF $920.82 AND CANCEL THE CONTRACT, THAT’S ALL I WANT !!!!!![redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Achieve test prep is holding me accountable for 30% of the program or I can settle but have to pay 2 more monthly installments. I was misled by this company in every way and I feel I should not have to pay any more towards a program that I am getting nothing out of.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
As I had said in an earlier transmission, I did try getting in contact with ATP.  They said they would respond within 48 hours and did not.  That is when I reached out to Revdex.com.  All I want is my money refunded to me.  They continue to charge me for services not rendered.  Even if you go to an Ivy league school you would only pay for courses you have taken.  You don't pay for an item then wait until the  organization feels its appropriate to give it to you - it makes no sense.  They are ridiculous.  Like I told them, I just want out.  Charge me for the courses I did take, I understand that, but give me my money back for the courses I was not allowed to take.  This is not a lot to ask for.  When I failed my test, no one, absolutely no one contact me regarding any further tutoring, or anything of the sort.  But, they still want more money.  When I contacted them in the past, I was told they could not stop the payments.  This is why I reached out to you, the Revdex.com.  I need help.  This is ridiculous already. However, I must say, I Bridgette from ATP, has been reaching out to me.  We've been playing phone tag, but I scheduled a telephone meeting with her for January 7th.  Which was the earliest date she had available, (December was all booked up) which tells me a lot. Please help me.

We regret any frustration this student experienced. Although we became aware of this complaint later, our customer service manager spoke to this student on 9/23/2016 and was able to address and resolve the student’s concerns. The student has advised us that after speaking with the customer service...

manager that she contacted the Revdex.com to confirm that we have come to an amicable resolution. We would never claim that our program is mandatory for admission to any college. In fact, our students find that using credit-by-exam with the support of our live instructor led courses makes their college path easier and quicker. We have spoken to the student again to confirm she is happy with our handling of her complaint, and we hope that the student will consider taking courses with us in the future when the timing is better for her.

We regret to learn that this student has had difficulties with the college in question, and we are in the process of exploring alternative options for her to move forward with her degree plan. A customer service representative had an internet interruption that caused her to drop a call with this...

student, but this call was returned the same day and we have apologized for any inconvenience caused by this brief technical difficulty. This student considered withdrawing in the past before taking any courses and chose to convert to a single course package rather than withdrawing under the contractual terms. Since she has satisfied this arrangement, we have agreed to refund the amount requested and close the account as satisfied unless the student decides to pursue further course options from Achieve Test Prep. We hope that she will consider the alternatives we have outlined, and we would love to have her as a student and help her reach her goal of becoming an RN.

We are sorry to hear that this student is frustrated, and we would love to help her succeed in reaching her goal of becoming an RN. We would like to clarify that the student chose a 4 course package. It was not mandatory. Our pricing discounts do start at the 4 course level; however, we have many...

students who choose to purchase only one course from Achieve Test Prep. This student did not submit her transcripts until after enrolling, so we could not have calculated her GPA. Achieve Test Prep offers courses to prepare students to pass standardized exams for college credit. We do not guarantee that students will be admitted to their college of choice. We have reached out to this student to attempt to address her questions and concerns and left a voice message. We have several great options for helping this student, including a plan to increase her GPA so that she can apply to ISU and an alternate program outline for the [redacted] ASN path.

I am rejecting this response because:As I mentioned in the complaint , I missed only 2 classes and I received the recorded classes for that. As I failed on the test , [redacted] college put me on probation. I don't want to take a chance. The test questions model from the Achieve test prep are entirely different from the actual test by [redacted] Now I found that this company is a scam (from [redacted]). I am not satisfied by their response.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:This reply is untrue and the person responding to this
complaint is not the person I spoke with when I enrolled with the director of
admissions. So my question is how does she know what was disclosed to me in
conversation?   My enrollment process was
with Clint G[redacted], not Bridget C[redacted] Actually, I made a call to Mr.
G[redacted] himself and he did not deny not relaying me this information but
simply said “I thought I did”. He told me he would get back with me.  That too has not happened. That says a lot
about his accountability. The requirements were NOT discussed in detail as she
stated, which exactly my complaint is.  I
did receive a call Friday, October 23, 2015, from Bridge C[redacted] and she told me
she would be responding to my Revdex.com complaint.  I told her that Mr. G[redacted] did not advise
me to contact the college or State Board of Nursing PRIOR to signing my
contract on Friday, September 25th.  Also,
the 72 hours required to cancel my contract would not have been enough time to
investigate further if I felt the need to do so, as I started my class Tuesday.
The only business day to contact these organizations and give them enough time
to answer any questions I may have had was Monday. When I relayed this
information to her, she simply said “Well you should have asked more questions”.
My response was, if your company solicits their services, they should be able
to provide me all the details specific to my situation, as I don’t know what
questions to ask, especially if they are collecting my hard earned monies.  I, the consumer, oblivious and green, trusted
that their organization was providing me all the pertinent facts.  Her uncouth, unprofessional response was “Well
when you buy a car, they don’t tell you that you have to buy gas and change the
oil” but you know it has to be done and the same goes for business and asking
more questions.  Then she says, “How do I
know that you just didn’t miss that part of the conversation?” I was so adamant
that he didn’t not tell me this important detail,I asked if they could retrieve
my call from their recordings. Her reply was “Only the customer service calls
are recorded”, not the enrollment call. How convenient is that? I wish the Vice
President, Romy W[redacted] would listen to our conversation so she could see how
much Bridget C[redacted] proceeded to talk over me most of our conversation and how
unprofessional their so called “Quality Assurance Manager” was. She fictitiously
voiced over and over again how sorry she
was that I was in this situation and that she understood my argument, but
stressed that I was not going to be able to get my money back,  even as I’m waiting for the appeal.   I told her
that they have the capability to refund my money, they are greedy and simply
refuse to and won’t, although their employee made a critical error. Their
option to “swap” for another class I have no need for is absurd and ridiculous.
Of course it would be at no extra cost because they’ve already collected
payment from me for a class I withdrew from.  Who has time to take a class they don’t need
and I’m not interested in taking a class for my own interest. I don’t have time
for that.

I am rejecting this response because: Yes, I was offered both options to finance or pay out of pocket.  I chose finance because I was told was guaranteed financing if my credit was 600 or above and because I could not afford to pay out of pocket. The other programs they offered were more expensive and was not fast pace

We try very hard to exceed the expectations of our customers, and we care deeply about their success.  We keep great records and audit advisors regularly to confirm that we are providing the best possible customer service and accurate information to students. This does not mean that we never make mistakes, but rather that we have quality control procedures in place to help us ensure high quality service and help us resolve any identified issues effectively.   However, even though our company’s culture revolves around our customers being our #1 priority, we reluctantly agree with the adage that it is impossible to make 100% of our customers happy 100% of the time.   And we are truly sorry that we could not make this student happy despite our repeated efforts to resolve her concerns.    We have given this student several options for continuing and for withdrawing, and we attempted to contact this student again 10/13/2016 to resolve her withdrawal. We understand that she would prefer to resolve this matter in this forum, and we are sorry for her frustration.  Before responding directly to each of the questions outlined by this student, it is important to clarify that Achieve Test Prep is an independent company and does not have affiliations with any college.  This is by choice as it gives us the freedom to help students by giving them honest advice about their college choices and not due to any agreement or arrangement with a particular college.  As requested, below are responses to each of this student’s questions: 1.      Our investigation confirms that Catherine followed the proper procedures for enrolling this student.  2.      “Phase 1” and “Phase 2” are references we use to help students understand the order of courses that we suggest.  Phase 1 consists of pre-requisites, and phase 2 consists of the rest of the courses that students can test out of.  Although we do suggest starting with phase 1, it is not a requirement, and many students do take phase 2 courses before completing all phase 1 courses. 3.      The cost of the ASN program is variable and depends on many factors including their payment plan and how many credits they need to satisfy to earn their degree. Achieve Test Prep only charges directly for our test prep programs and provides estimated costs for exam fees and college fees, which are subject to change. Cost estimates are included in the quote we sent to this student. How long a student takes to complete any program is dependent on their own progress, how many courses they need to satisfy the degree, and how many courses they take per semester. 4.      The cost of the BSN program is variable and depends on many factors including their payment plan and how many credits they need to satisfy to earn their degree Achieve Test Prep only charges directly for our test prep programs, and provides estimated costs for exam fees and college fees which are subject to change. Cost estimates are included in the student’s enrollment agreement. How long a student takes to complete any program is dependent on their own progress, how many courses they need to satisfy the degree, and how many courses they take per semester. 5.      The student made her contractual payments based on the enrollment agreement and could have registered for any course on her enrollment agreement or swapped into any other course we offer by easily filling out a swap form. 6.      When we had confirmed the ISU program changes and details, we sent an email to all students enrolled for the BSN program offering to attend an information meeting.  During these meetings we discussed the exact changes and their potential impact to students, and included a forum to address specific questions from students. 7.      Achieve Test Prep offered the prep course for the English Composition exam when the student enrolled, and Achieve Test Prep still offers the prep course for the English Composition exam. 8.      We have not stopped offering any courses for any reason since this student enrolled. 9.      I am not aware of any courses that Achieve Test Prep has ever stopped offering due to low pass rates. We have absolutely not stopped offering any courses due to low pass rates since this student enrolled. 10.  The student did not officially confirm her withdrawal during her appointment. She was provided with several options and chose to hold off on confirming her withdrawal.  11.  We admit not reaching out to this student in the 6-7 day window promised after her withdrawal meeting. While we regret this oversight, this small delay does not void our contract. The student could have easily reached out and received help as she had our customer service manager’s direct phone number and email as well as our toll free number, main email, and the opportunity to submit a request for support online or schedule an appointment with any manager at her convenience.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Once again, ATP (Achieve Test Prep) continues to deflect fault back to me, the consumer! It’s perfectly clear, that ATP admission Rep/Catherine W[redacted] made the error with signing me up for the wrong classes, which hindered my progress and wasted my time.  I don’t understand why ATP made the statement “we are truly sorry that we could not make this student happy despite our reported efforts to resolve her concerns.” What “EFFORTS” are they/ATP talking about?  I never ask ATP to make me “HAPPY” all I wanted was to be able to register for my classes/prerequisites to start my BSN-RN degree.  I want what I PAID FOR! ATP couldn’t figure out the error or why I couldn’t register for my classes until 5 months later.  I don’t know anybody who’ll pay for a service, continue to pay for a service and attend ALL phone and online appointments, but doesn’t receive the service or product they paid for!!!!ATP says they gave me “several options and I chose to hold off on confirming my withdrawal.”  I feel like this, if I wasn’t attempting to work with ATP- why did I have so many follow-up appointments with different reps (that shows I was communicating with somebody at ATP)?  ATP stated I “chose to hold off confirming my withdrawal”, that action alone shows that I was still willing to work with ATP.  Evidently, I was waiting on Bridget C[redacted] to follow back up with me and SHE DIDN’T!  I spoke with Bridget C[redacted] on 09-06-2016, about looking for schools in [redacted]-(near me, she even asked me the mileage I was willing to drive for school) that would accept ATP‘s prerequisites or classes.  Bridget C[redacted] respond back to me not  in 1 week, not in 2 weeks but on 10-06-2016- A WHOLE MONTH LATER!!!! Bridget wasn’t even following up on what we talked about, she wanted to address my Revdex.com (Revdex.com) complaint and that was on 10-06-2016.  ATP doesn’t have any proof or record showing them trying to reach me earlier than 10-06-16.  I have emails, phone records and voice-mails proving everything that I’m stating. So time is still passing and ATP has the audacity to still charge me a monthly fee of $235.41 plus late fees and I’m still not taking any classes with ATP.  Now since Bridget couldn’t find an accredited school that would deal with ATP or accept ATP’s courses/prerequisites----ATP want to clarify that ATP ISN’T AFFILIATED WITH ANY COLLEGES. But ATP sent an email about ISU (Indiana State University) program changes and details that CAN potential IMPACT STUDENTS ENROLLED FOR THE BSN PROGRAM.  ISU changes for their BSN prerequisites shouldn’t affect ATP since ATP isn’t affiliated with any colleges, right?  ATP is a fraud and very MISLEADING, because every response from ATP reflected around ISU entrance requirement and what ISU would accept.ATP says there’s a PHASE 1 and PHASE 2, just like I previously mentioned in my last responses.  This shows I had to speak with someone to even know about the 2 categories. ATP reps continued to state I was “confused”.  Now ATP agrees about the 2 phases and that I could’ve taken any courses in no specific order.  If that was true, why have categories like “PHASE 1 and PHASE 2”???? ATP has copy of my LPN transcript from Beck Career Center.  I didn’t have any college credits, no nursing prerequisites and ATP didn’t accept any of my classes from Beck Career Center.  I was starting from scratch.  So why would I start courses/classes from Phase 2 when I needed Phase 1 classes to do phase 2 classes?  That doesn’t make any sense whatsoever!  ATP says I “could’ve swapped out any courses on my enrollment agreement”, but my payment plan was set-up to a monthly payment I could afford and my issue was this : not being able to register for any classes,  so, swapping out classes wasn’t going to resolve not being able to register!ACHIEVE TEST PREP is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY, they breach contracts, make mistakes that they don’t own up to, misled me into thinking that they were working with [redacted] State University, continues to charge monthly fees without the product, no values, no accredited colleges works with them and blames me the customer when I catches them in their lies and no longer wants to do business with a company I don’t TRUST.  The reason why I stop accepting calls from ATP and only corresponded via email was because ATP reps would say one thing to me over the phone but in their Revdex.com responses they say another.  ATP continued making contradicting statements.  Straight flat out LIED!!!  Here’s a perfect example of ATP lying: ATP Revdex.com response on 10-20-12016 number #10 on their outline states “The student did not officially confirm her withdrawal during her appointment, she was provided with several options.”  But on 09-27-2016, ATP Revdex.com response stated “We agreed to postpone the withdrawal and take time to search for additional college programs that may meet her needs, the STUDENT HAS CHOSE TO WITHDRAW and we can FINALIZE HER REQUEST.”  ATP stated “we can FINALIZE her request” but ATP still hasn’t finalize my withdrawal request. I emailed, mailed and stated over the phone my request to withdraw from ATP, requested a Full refund and cancellation of the contract ATP breached.  ATP wouldn’t honor my withdrawal and didn’t rectify the situation, so I chose to use the Revdex.com forum to state my case and to warn other consumers  like me who put their trust in a company and don’t receive what they pay for.  People will see ATP patterns, and that is to mislead the consumer into believing ATP can help a student achieve their nursing degree in a shorter amount of time than traditional colleges by testing out of exams.  What ATP fails to tell the consumer is, ATP isn’t affiliated with any colleges and the student/consumer will have a hard time finding an accredited college that will accept ATP courses/classes for nursing.  So when it all boils down to it MY ACTIONS SPEAKS VOLUMES, here my actions:1) I signed up with ATP on March 2016 to start the journey of becoming an RN.2) I paid $450.00 deposit for classes/courses at ATP for the BSN RN degree3) I gave ATP MY debit card info for automatic monthly withdrawals of $235.414) I attended ATP new student orientation5) I attended ATP 101 info class6) I followed up with ALL my phone appointments 7) I informed ATP that I couldn’t register 8) I waited 5 months after signing up with ATP before requesting withdrawal from ATP9) I made 2 payments ($470.82) even with having difficulties registering10) I even waited for Bridget to follow up back with me.  Those actions I’ve mentioned above shows that I wanted to further my career in nursing and tried to go through ATP for help with achieving my goal.  Let me put this on record, I love nursing with a passion.  I’ve been in the nursing field for 16 years; I was cna for 3 years and an LPN for 13 years.  If I wasn’t serious about taking the next step in my life to further my nursing degree, why would I even sign up with ATP and give ATP money.  ATP response was “she’s confused and frustrated”.  I’m never confused about how I spend my money, I wasn’t confused when ATP received $450.00 deposit, I wasn’t confused when ATP took 2 monthly payments off my debit card, and not confused now with wanting A FULL REFUND OF $920.82 and CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT.   Frustrated was an understatement, paying a company and they blame you for their error.ATP where’s your values or morals???ATP knows I was calling and emailing them for a resolution.  I didn’t just give ATP $920.82 just because I like ATP or just for the heck of it.   ATP stop with the shenanigans and give me back my MONEY and cancel the contract.  ATP stop with the senseless responses because all you’re doing is making your company look bad.  ATP don’t have a legit reason on why they should keep my money, when ATP made the mistake with my application which stopped me from registering.  So ATP we can go back and forth, but all my evidence and actions shows I was serious about my career and my money.ATP stop being a FRAUD and do what's right!  so we both can go on with our lives.

As was discussed with this student, the signed contract includes a clear withdrawal/refund policy that dictates that the student is legally obligated to pay Achieve Test Prep 36% of his total program cost. This percentage amount is significantly more than the $250 early termination settlement...

amount that was mutually agreed upon. Despite this settlement agreement; however, we will release this student from his $250 obligation and void his contract.
