The window they installed is crooked and the lock is defective. I've called he company on numerous occasions with no result.
I purchased windows from Achievers September 2015. One of the windows was installed crooked and the carpenter returned. Small adjustments was made however the windows still remains crooked. In 2018 the lock no longer worked. After numerous phones calls, they finally sent someone to repair the lock. A screw was loose and they installed a bigger screw. In 2019 I called achievers 3 times explaining the window lock is again defective and every time I spoke to them, I've been told I would be receiving a call back and they would look into it. I would like the cost of the window refunded as I will be replacing the window with a different company that honours their warranty.
