We have a very bad experience with Acorn stairliftThe chair gets stuck and there is no support from the companyOnly after three weeks of installation the company wanted $to come and fix the problemAt that time we figured out ourselves that the problem was very old batteries in the "new" remotesNow the chair is stuck downstairs, the only one technician in WA state is no where to be found, no phone number on record, and the company says you can get him only by "wire" whatever that isOur suggestion is not to do business with this company
Your sales rep George C [redacted] was wonderfulNo pressure, kind and very informative! Your installer Carlos was just as greatVery fast and efficient! He was very patient and made sure we completely understood the safety features of our chair lift
We have had the stairlift for days & absolutely love itIt has changed my lifeI am no longer confined to my bedroom & my husband can send meals up and laundry down stairs!
Acorn Stairlift is an excellent product and we have had no issues with it at all It does it's job My son would not be able to go to the basement to do his laundry without it It allows him to be independent Dan E [redacted] was the tech that service our Acorn He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly He answered all my questions to my satisfaction
From the moment I spoke to the phone person for the sales rep to the installers I felt very comfortableI felt comfortable in my condition and all affects to ensure the perfect fitThe knowledge of the product from the sales person was of a mom full of experience not a "script reader" and the installers were very kind and answered all my questions
My husband and I received our Acorn Stairlift for a Christmas gift from our sons in a very unusual and original mannerWe were presented with a box containing several plastic acornsWe were bewildered, to say the least, until we found enclosed at the bottom of the box a picture of our new Acorn What a wonderful surprise! It has been, and will continue to be put to good useNeedless to say, it will make our life much safe
