[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

We received your letterCambridge Long Island Territory Manager [redacted] spoke with both the contractor and homeowners for this project and also visited the projectThe color Sahara/Chestnut is exactly what we sell on a daily basis [redacted] explained this to all clearly as well as the fact that the homeowner had the sq.ftof pavingstones installed for their project and after all was completed then stated they were unhappy with the colorOn all Cambridge materials- label clearly states installation equals acceptance of materialPhotography of the product was shared with Cambridge manufacturing and management and all agreed color representation was perfectAs stated in our brochure, pavingstones are made from all natural materials and color variations will occur- this adds to the natural look of the productThe customer's statement which was that :Cambridge is unwilling to return the product or make an effort to fix the problem, what terrible customer service"Product that is installed can not be returnedWe do not sell "used" materialThe [redacted] - could have returned this material when they received the paver cubes after they looked at top layerThis would have been done prior to any material being installed and we would have been more than happy to accept a return and waive the restocking fee for a valued customerThat can not happen now

Our Territory Manager visited with Mr [redacted] today This is an installation issue, not a product issue Contractor sealed the pavers, trapping a white film, known as efflorescence on the surface of the paver He told the homeowner to contact the contractor, whereby, the sealer would have to be removedAlso, he pointed out to the homeowner that the wrong joint sand was used in the installation, which could also add to a blemished surfaceCambridge has no liability, we were glad to help

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below When he asked how I was going to pay, he did not say for what I assumed he ment the entire job! not an charge over and above the job And yes I was rude Regards, [redacted]

I live literally down the street from Bartlett doorIt shouldn't matter if it's yrafter the door was installed they shouldn't give a customer a hard time to do something so easy for them to do as program a customer's car openerThey wanted to charge me extra to come down the street.Bartlett door's customer service is terrible and l will make sure it's all over social media

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Regards,
*** ***

We visited Mr***'s driveway at 9:AM on April 11, Followed up with a phone call, addressed the situation and Cambridge will provide replacement of twelve paving stones to contractor

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Let me start off by saying I run a small business in the printing industryIf I was selling posters of the same design for various customers and told them that “The reason all the posters look a bit different is because the mixtures of the ink and materials used are unique and vary from poster to poster”, I would be out of business very quickly. I could not believe when Chris *** told me this in personHow can you advertise and sell a product and color choice that varies so greatly from palette to palette? If I could upload pictures to this site, you would be astonished how obvious the colors between the two pallets wereAgain, I only ordered two palettes of the same colorOne was much more tan than the other, yet the rep, Chris, explained to me this is how the process at Cambridge Pavers is and stated that they should have been blended to hide thisWhile I will agree that it would have, I still cannot believe how a company can stand by a product that clearly has quality control issues, and had not informed to me as a consumer that this must be doneNote: this was only a sq ft patio I was doingWhat would happen if I was doing a 3,sq ft patio? Would I have to mix and match between different palettes because your product varies in color from each one? Secondly, the most recent issue, is the discoloration of spots on the pavers I’m now experiencing after months of them being downAs stated in my initial complaint, this issue has ONLY arisen and been apparent within the past couple of weeksThis was NOT there last month, nor any time before that since they have been installedThese are NOT “scrape marks” from an unpadded compactor when the patio was installedAs I explained to Chris on the phone, these are porous white spots where the colors of the pavers have been faded or removedThey are around the whole patioI’ll stress this again, they were NOT there a couple of weeks agoAnd they were not hidden by the polymeric hazeThe polymeric haze was gone after the first month of installation (as Chris explained to me the first time I contacted him about the color consistency issue.) Chris has yet to contact me back about coming down and even looking at the issueInstead he tries to blame the installer for, 1: not blending the pavers, and, 2: now that they “scraped” themHow can you make these claims without seeing the issue in person? I feel Cambridge just tries to deny any issues with their products and point blame elsewhere when there is clearly an issue with their quality control of their products. I highly suggest Chris or another rep from Cambridge come down, take some photos of these white color fading spots on the pavers, and replace them before I proceed with legal actionYou have my contact information

In reference to *** ***, *** *** *** *** ny *** #***Mr *** called Bartlett Door on 10/12/to service his garage door, andelectric openerAT THAT TIME MR *** WAS ASKED "How do you care topay??" AT THAT TIME MR*** SAID "CHECK" -Bartlett door does not

We are working this out directly with the consumer

Our Territory Manager visited with Mr*** today. This is an installation issue, not a product issue. Contractor sealed the pavers, trapping a white film, known as efflorescence on the surface of the paver. He told the homeowner to contact the contractor, whereby, the sealer
would have to be removedAlso, he pointed out to the homeowner that the wrong joint sand was used in the installation, which could also add to a blemished surfaceCambridge has no liability, we were glad to help
