TERRIBLE COMPANY,
ORDERED and received crappy merchandise, returned with the tracking 3, company HAS received it as of DEC 13, 2019, company states on return sheet "you will automatically receive your refund within 3 to 5 business days" that hasn't happen. Emailed them 5 times, plus Walmart sent email, states they will reply within 1 business, nothing, has been MANY MANY days. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them, I didn't know I was because I ordered thru WALMART, BEWARE! Would not ever give them 1 star except I can not post this without rating.

Do not buy anything from Action packaged inc. They are every where as a 3rd party seller and they are bad. I ordered a 350.00 robot dog from them off of the Wal-mart.com website. I used the return form inside the box as instructed. I've not received my refund and walmart is of no help. I'm trying to locate my return confirmation from the United States post office, but not sure I can find it. It's been over 6 weeks. I'm so frustrated I could scream.

Ordered two Worx batteries from Sears Market Place, fulfilled by Action Packaged, Inc. Only 1 battery was shipped but I was charged for two. The received battery was an opened package and was not correct battery. I sent it back. I have contacted Sears and Action Package, Inc and so far no refund. You can only leave voice mail and they will not call you back. The say to leave email address. They never sent me an email after leaving my address twice. Do NOT order anything online fulfilled by this company. Sears has let me down too many times.

Horrible! Ordered some water filters from Sears due Nov. 20 it is now Nov. 25 and has not even shipped. I filed a dispute with Pay Pal for unfulfilled order.

Satisfaction rating: extremely NEGATIVE!
It is wrong that you won't allow a negative rating and the only way to post a review is by giving them a star which they don't deserve
Action Packaged, Inc is the worst on-line distributor.
My order of 3 Vizio 50" TV's was placed thru Walmart.com.
Walmart order confirmation and shipping status, and UPS tracking all showed 3 TV's but all had the same tracking number. I only recieved 1 which has screen and sound issues. Nowhere on the ad did it say refurbished but I believe it is. I have screen shots of the entire purchase and shipping status with Walmart and UPS.
Walmart has made several phone attempts to contact them and emails requesting they contact me, all went unanswered.
I will not stop until I receive the other 2 TV's.
I will write negative reviews and file complaints on this company everywhere, including the BBB.

My complaint involves an unfulfilled, internet order.

On June 4, 2019, I ordered and paid for a Linksys router with Sears, using the internet. My order was acknowledged by Sears, and was delivered in a timely manner by Action Packaged. Details of my order are this:

The router I received was deficient in three ways; it was not "new", the power adapter was not compatible with U.S. electrical outlets (it was European)' and the Linksys product lacked the Setup CD. Without the CD, I cannot configure the router, rendering it useless. I tried installing the router without the CD, but I was unsuccessful.

My first contact with Action Packages was on 6/6/2019, when I sent this message by e-mail:

"I did not get the Linksys CD with my order. Without it I cannot set up my router. You also sent a European power adapter. Why these deficiencies? Please send me a replacement CD."

I did not receive an acknowledgment, reply, or replacement CD, so I returned the router following the instructions for doing so, and using the post-paid, addressed shipping label provided by Action Packaged. I included a detailed account of all the deficiencies in the return package. I did not receive an acknowledgment, reply, nor a replacement router.

My second contact with Action Packaged was a phone message I left on or about July 6. The recorded message requested my phone number, which I gave, along with the order details. There is no option to speak with a person, only a pre-recorded message. Again, I did not receive an acknowledgment nor a reply.

I also attempted to contact Sears about my problem, but Sears apparently washes its hand once an order is placed through a Sears' Marketplace seller.

I ordered an over-priced reconditioned VCR/DVD. The only reason I paid as much as I did was because it was through Sears. I have always had great experiences with Sears both purchasing online and in the store as well as with returns... until now that is. I received the item. Trusted that it would work when the time came to use it... and it did not (VCR would not accept the tape... right out of the box) I contacted sears customer service and they in turn put me in touch via email with the company - Action Packaged. Action Packaged informed me that I did not return the item before the 30 days was up... I informed them that I was never made aware of the 'Shlocky' return policy and that I had just assumed that I did not purchase a piece of junk... especially from Sears...I did send them proof that I had indeed had a UPS label made up and the package was sent before the 30 days - however they are sticking to "they did not receive it with-in 30 days" I am a successful former small business owner of many many years. I have performed warranties on many items over the years on the items I sold (both large industrial pieces of equipment (new and rebuilt) and new smaller parts for other peoples own machines) and I did have many situations where parts and equipment failed just outside of warranty (not by a lot - a few months or so) many, many times I would still honor the warranty just to keep my customers happy. If my customers ever felt that I was not being fair with them I would warranty the part (and many times even the labor). These people at Action Packaged have no clue as to how to run a successful business or how to deal with customers... how do you sleep at night? They are not going to last long with that kind of behavior. Buyer beware. Sears should be ashamed of themselves for being associated with such a disreputable company.
