Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [While the product is awful and does not work, that is not my main issueI tried multiple times to cancel prior to Onagofly shipping it and my emails were ignored along with my phone callswhen I spoke to [redacted] at Onagofly at 6/3/16, he admitted the miscommunication errors and stated it is due to being a smaller companyHe then stated while he understood, the manager was still denying a refundHe stated he would only repair or replaceHe also stated it would be a minimum of weeks for a replacement which I hardly believe since people who ordered in December, still havent received anything I have attached there refund policy from the company website which clearly states you can receive a refund prior to shipmentThey just decided to ship the product instead of cancelling my orderIt also states to reach out to the owner [redacted] but I was told he cannot be reached and they refused to give me his contact informationI have also attached one of the email replies I sent back in March from someone named [redacted] You will notice that at no point did they answer my questionWhile they did ship the product, it also did not include everything originally promised and did not workI have included two links so you are able to notice I am not the only one dealing with this companyI have included a link that another person who had issues created for people for assistance [redacted] You can also go to the Onagofly Facebook page and glance at the comments and Onagofly ComplaintsThere are tons of people with the same issues as myselfIt is clear how they are treating customersI do not understand how they will not refund me when I originally asked for one prior to it shipping, ignoring calls/emails, telling me the owner [redacted] is unreachable, and sending an incomplete package with a product that doesnt do what it was advertised] Regards, [redacted]

In lieu of the list with filing date of August 19, 2016, we, at ONAGOFLY would like to formally respond to an allegation made by MrNelson William with PIU# [redacted] On November 08, 2016, ARI sent several email copies proving conversations with our Headquarters in China that customer has never requested for any Refund and as per his complaint, he only requested through his bank ( [redacted] ***), where as a company policy, every customer has to follow the right procedure to file any claimsAll correspondence to the complaint are printed from our HELLO website Also, with his complaint letter, he has to be fully aware that plastic blades are attached for the dr [redacted] to FLY and this needs not to be explained to an adultThen he now states that the dr [redacted] does not fly? How did he cut his finger then?
