I have spoken to the customer and I understand their frustration. The customer was very nice and very reasonable. Once they received the appropriate documentation they paid the outstanding balance. I did give them a discount for alerting us to our error and appreciate their patience. R....

[redacted] Good Morning Mrs. West, I wanted to follow up and introduce myself. I am the new General Manager here for Church Services in Houston. I reviewed the letter you sent into the Revdex.com and got with Cindy to find out what is going...

on. The best that I can figure out so far is that there was a software issue/upgrade that was taking place at the company we buy our warranties through. We have since purchased your extended warranties and am just waiting on the paperwork to come over to us. I should have copies of that by the beginning of next week. In the meantime I am attaching the warranty numbers for you so you have them for your records. I apologize for all the inconvenience and would like to assure you that I will stay on top of this and as soon as the documentation comes through we will get it over to you ASAP. We strive to make sure your experience with Church Services is the best in the business and going forward I will personally guarantee that we will do everything we can to meet that expectation. Mrs. [redacted],  Let me express my apologies for this situation, after reviewing the information it appears that our technician onsite (Frankie) was not adequately prepared (knowledgeable) to diagnose and recommend repairs for the issue at hand. He did seek out aid from his direct supervisor but...

unfortunately was not given good guidance. We will be refunding you for the charges and the Plumbing Department Manager will be contacting you to express our apologies and issue the refund. We will be using this example as a training action for all of our staff in our next meetings.Please feel free to contact me directly at [redacted] to discuss further if need be.   Again, Please accept my apologies for this situation.
