I have spoken with Ms*** on two occasions now. Her vehicle has now been properly diagnosed and being repaired. All charges will be covered by extended service contract, less deductible. Explained to Ms*** unfortunate vehicle was not properly diagnosed earlier but
Automax had to send over to Ford dealership for proper diagnostic. As with many manufacturers, some repair codes are proprietary and can only be found with Ford Dealer equipment. Ignition coil was found to be faulty. Automax regrets customer dissatisfaction but believe we have redeemed ourselves and hope to enjoy positive relationship with Ms*** going forward. She has my direct contact number should issues arise in the future.Automax considers this case resolved and should additional information be required, my contact information is supplied.thank you

Customers loan has been reinstated to amount Automax paid previously. Compass bank has verified this information to myself. No other action is required by Automax

In keeping with highest standards of customer satisfaction, Automax has agreed to rescind transaction. Admitting no guilt Automax has voided transaction with Mr*** and he has returned Hyundai Equus and has taken possession of his Cadillac STS. We trust this satisfies

Customer has been in direct contact with Automax Dodge Chrysler Jeep Service Manager.  To reiterate what was conveyed, Automax will be glad to service vehicle if malfunctions occur while in dealer possession.  Service Manager explained this to customer and advised to call roadside assistance in vehicle again malfunctions.  To have roadside assistance tow vehicle to dealership so dealer can then document and ask for warranty to cover repairs.  Bottom line is Automax regrets customer dissatisfaction but without vehicle exhibiting issues while in possession there is no warranty assistance.  As far as fuel, dealer will refill any used portion while in possession.

Automax understands complaint and is processing refund as we speak.  I am not offering excuse just did not execute as we normally would.  Automax regrets customer dissatisfaction and hopes we can earn customer's confidence back with proper execution going forward.  The Service...

Automax Auto Group attempts to maintain customer satisfaction at highest level.  This particular issue can only be resolved IF the actual service code can be read by scanner at time vehicle is being serviced.  IF the code can not be read there is no way to determine repair procedure. ...

As a result, Automax was unable to get full amount financed which initially included tag, title and license. This amount was estimated and communicated to be $1,000.00 However since Automax was unable to gain approval for both over-allowance AND TT&L, as a act of Goodwill and customer satisfaction, Automax will offer customer $500. This offer is no admission of wrong doing but in effort to assist customer financially.
Please let me know if customer is willing to accept Automax's offer and I will have check mailed to address on file.

will accept.but if I didn't want [email protected] payed for I would not have had it in the 1st contract.unhappy that 2nd contract was changed without telling me.this feels like a bait and switch.automax ought to man up and honor what they said they would do.if all they said was true and was explained to me when I came in to sign the 2nd contract I would not have bought the car as I told everybody that I was dealing with that i'm on a fixed income and could not afford a 1,000 for the [email protected] thats why they were to pay for it.it,s a shame that a company like automax would put a hardship on a 76 year old when all they have to do is the right thing and stand behind their word.this put's the dealership in a bad light for other people to see.

Shawnee Automall declines customer request.  I personally have spoken with customer in attempt to satisfy but was met with profanity and threats.  Shawnee Automall strives to keep customer satisfaction at high level but in this case we are unable to come to terms. ...

Furthermore, aside from language used by customer, Shawnee Automall is under no Federal or State Statute to accommodate such a request.

Automax has been in contact and had several conversations with customers.  Automax is working with customer to resolve situation.  This is one of the many problems due to Oklahoma Tax Commission trying to enforce increase in tax BEFORE July 1st sales dates.  Everything OTC sent...

dealers and was on their website, stated sales transactions on cars before July 1st would be exempt from increase.  Automax will rectify situation with customer and have communicated this and customers have agreed with our plan of resolution.  Automax considers this complaint closed but are still working to resolve issue with OTC>
