I got bill for $6.16 for the Disposable Filter Package Item $ 0.82 and Package Item (I assume this is the Shipping Cost) even though dated March 9, 2022. I didn't order and didn't receive anything! This is extortion!

I have had nothing but letter after letter even thought I call No one want to do their job and find where the O2 container . My husband die )8/26/2021. every one Have talk to have said I fixit no one dose their job. They equipment was pick up on the 08/26/2021 to my memeory all was picked up. I will not use you company if I can help it all I know is no want to find I brought the O2 with me from Fayetteville Nc to Wilson Nc I ask they said just take the O2 he needs it.Now you want to harasse me . When your company took the equipment yes I am repeating self no one want to listen. It in your warehouse Not mine house . Maybe I can call you guys . Maybe they will do there jobs in your company.

Paid my invoice for supplies, which their Customer Service Department said was covered under my insurance. Now receiving late charges for the invoice that was paid. Lastly, being inundated by phone calls, emails and text messages on a daily basis to reorder supplies. Not very impressed

They took over Hubs Home Oxygen and immediately it went in the toilet my wife got a cpap machine in December when all deductibles were met they rented the unit for three months then charged us after the deductibles rolled over so they got 3 months @ $ 150 and charged us $500 so they got $950 dollars for a unit they told me costs $700! Nice loophole!

People at customers service lack the right service in how to deal with people. I encounter many rude, inconsiderate lack of empathy. To make it worse they keep you holding fir over 40minutes just to answer simple questions. People who try to make their living at the expense of disabled helpless people are beyond me. If they don’t want to serve the disabled community they need to close their business. This is unacceptable. I will definitely don’t give up till I see it’s fit.

When Family Medical, this place was wonderful. As soon as Adapt Health bought it out, became a nightmare. Please avoid this company if at all possible.They are not worth the hassle. I notified BCBS and Medicare of the fraud, they still paid 10 days over each sadly. Then I received a bill for $86.52 still with Family Medical Supply name, still fraud, Adapt Health had no place with their name on it. The manager at the new place was a rude man, not even wanting to hear my situation, just said pay it. This is in Durham, NC. Stay safe, praying that all cheated by this company are smart enough to fight.
