Adcock's Rid-A-Critter

We had the opportunity to use Rid A Critter this month and were very pleased with the job they did. Chris was very professional and punctual and gave us what we thought was a good price to seal off all points of entry for creatures to get into our attic. He took pictures to show us where flying squirrels had disturbed our insulation and the screens on both gables had been torn as well as "droppings". Matt came out and worked the entire day (most of it on a ladder) sealing all the openings under our roof line. He also provided us with pictures of our attic. Then he set traps both in the attic and under the house in the crawl space. About a week later they sent someone out to check the traps and remove any "critters" that had been caught then he deodorized the attic. I would highly recommend then to anyone that has a problem like this.

I contacted this company because the Revdex.com was listed on their website so I figured they must be reliable and reputable. I called the office to set up an appointment. A gentleman named Chris return my phone call in order to set up the appointment. He was very unprofessional. He asked " what is going on?" When I began to tell him the issues I was having with what I think might be squirrels in my attic. I relayed that I had just gotten roof replacement and he interrupted and insisted that I should not blame the roofing company because that is not this problem. He said this before evaluating my home. He continued and relayed that they would "just need to seal the entire home". I questioned why would I have this done if they the squirrels were not inside the attic because I'm not sure. I asked if they will determine if I have squirrels first because I did not want to seal the home if I do not have an entry point. He replied, "we do not do it like that". I would never use this company.

Job well DONE! From contacting to the scheduling everything was done so fast and efficient and we are so pleased. Chad arrived on time and worked all day in the very HOT sun and sealed our house. Price was very competitive and we are feeling relieved now that our house is sealed and no other signs of unwanted intruders!

Our office was having problems with squirrels/chipmunks in our attic crawl space and had tried everything to get rid of them and keep them out!
So we called Rid-A-Critter and the next day they came out and gave us a quote (very competitive pricing) and then in a few days they came out and repaired where they had chewed through the soffits, patched up all the holes, treated the space and attached traps so they couldn't re-enter the space. And today we are critter free! Highly recommend them!!

I called Rid A Critter when my exterminator referred me. The staff was friendly and informative. I knew the price of the service prior to the visit. I needed a bird nest removed from my chimney. Some of the babies had died and this awful smell was in my house. The technician promptly took care of my problem and measured my chimney for caps to prevent a recurrence of the problem. Efficient and very helpful in answering my questions.
