We at Adonis certainlv aporogize for the feelings that this customer harbor towards us, but, as ineverything, there are two sides to every story.To begin, the customer states that she received a Uquote" about one year ago for the use of a vehicle"all day". All of our vehicles are rented by the hour....

It is difficult to imagine a company staying inbusiness if the rate for 18 hours of service would be the same as one hour of service. Where and howthat "quotell originated, we have no record, and the customer never provided any documentation.On 6/14/14, the reservation was created for the customer for services to begin at 2:15 PM and ending at5:15 PM. The vehicle assigned to the reservation at that time was vehicle 501 (our 14 passenger "white"party bus). Perhaps there was some miscommunication at that time concerning the color of the vehicle.If that is the case, we certainly regret this. From the onset of the reservation, the assigned vehicle neverchanged.On Monday 9/22/14 the wedding the customer contacted us via email. This was the first time we hadany communication with her since the booking was created on 6/14/14. The customer wanted to add tothe times of service. The new service times were to be 1:30 PM until 6:00 PM. This reflects a 50%increase of rental time. It was at this time that the customer was told that there would be an increaseto the cost of services. The customer became very upset and claimed that her rental was for "all dav",and there should be no additional cost. But through a series of phone calls, an additional $100 wasagreed upon. On 9/24/14 the service contract was amended to the new pick- up and drop off- times,and $100 was added to the contract. We did this to appease the customer even though the additionalcharge should have been about $250.We regret that the customer was disappointed. We don't provide unlimited service in terms of hours.Ves, we do often waive any charge for a small addition in terminal time. In this case the additional timerequested within days of the service warranted an additional cost.• Attached to this document is a print out of the Reservation or Trip Log. This log shows when thereservation was created, every time it was just viewed, and whenever any changes were madeto the time of service, vehicle assigned, or cost.

Review: About a year prior to the wedding I called Adonis Limo and got a quote based on a referral and was quote for the same service. As time went on I havent heard back and tried calling the company and no one ever answered and the voicemail was always full so I couldnt leave a message. After about 2 months I had gotten a hold of [redacted] and he said that they made changes and assured me that I would be able to reach them and that the office person had been fired and replaced. At this time I had updated [redacted] on the locations we needed to be taken to and [redacted] asked for an estimate of time. Since we were quoted for the entire day I didnt think any thing of it. Once the wedding day drew closer I sent a confirmation email od the time frame. At this time [redacted] said we had to owe him an addtional $250 for the additional time. Even though we were quote $420 for the entire day. His office manager [redacted] was helpful but it was ultimatly [redacted] that I had to work things through with. He said he would chanrge us an additional $100 instead which still didnt solve the problem. His lack of cus[redacted]er service and continous lying and talking down to me was unnecessary. But I agreed to pay the additional money because it was a week before my wedding and I needed a bus. His prices were lower than any where else but I would have rather paid more and gotten better service and not have had stress on my wedding day.

On the day of the wedding when the bus showed up it was white. I had ordered a Black on Black bus. That is not what I got. When I called that day they told me that bus had gone in a Monday for Service. (my wedding was on saturday and that should have been something that they communicated prior to my wedding day, since I had to pay extra). Dealing with [redacted] is something I hope no one else has to experience esp. on their wedding day like it did.Desired Settlement: I only wanted to pay what was quoted to me. I wasnt asking for it to be free but following through with your word and qiote via email is all I wanted. I have not heard from them since but an appology goes a long way.

Classic bait and switch operation. Promised free limo for bride and groom as part of larger transportation rental package. Cancelled the free limo the morning of the wedding, and declined to provide service unless additional charges paid.
