She did come into our store with her husband and sister in law for a demonstration of our products. She made an initial purchase of $756.00 for two Lionesse White Pearl Facelift Fillers. This product tightens as it dries plumping...

up lines and wrinkles. It offers immediate results, which they saw and long term affects being reported with continued use over 3 months. At no time does anyone ever guarantee results. We all respond differently to any product making this impossible. After receiving a demonstration of the full line seeing fantastic results, they decided to buy a complete kit for $6480.00, 1 for each of them and requested shipping. We shipped the products to them. They refused the products and they were returned to us. Unfortunately, her sister in laws purchase of $6480.00 was not returned to us as it was lost by an independent shipping store she took it to.
Each $6480.00 package included cleansers, exfoliators, moisturizing treatments, eye serums and creams, masks and finishing powders; a complete system.  We told her she would see “results” after 3 months of use which they didn’t do. At no time do we ever say the results will be “permanent” or guarantee any results. It takes 60-90 days for new skin cells to make their way to the surface and exfoliate the dead cells.
We will reship their products and accommodate her and her husband with the partial refund we previously offered but cannot offer a full refund. We have been in constant contact with this customer via a stack of email correspondences and many phone conversations. Our “NO REFUND EXCHANGE WITHIN 14 DAYS” policy is clearly stated on the credit card receipt, invoice and sign in the store.

Hello [redacted],
font-family: arial, sans-serif;">[redacted] called me two months ago to get a refund due to a reaction that she said she had from one of the product she purchased. She couldn't provide me with a receipt.
I asked her if she took a picture of the reaction, in order for me to determine if indeed it came from our products. The sales person said that Nicki was in the store for over an our and left the store satisfied with no reaction at all on her face. I then suggested that I will be more than glad to replace the products with a different line of skin products, which she declined. I also mentioned to her that we have a "No refund policy" Exchange only within 14 days.  She was rude to me on the phone and hung up the phone.
I tried to call her back many times thinking maybe we got disconnected, She did not answer.
As a Customer service director, I try my best to accommodate every customer, I also tried to offer her some products as a token of appreciation. She refused. She filed a charge back with the credit card company.
At this time, I will be glad to exchange products for her.
Thank you [redacted], looking forward to hear from you.

Review: I had an allergic reaction to their personalized facials twice. Unfortunately, for me I purchased their products, and was not told my entire purchase was non refundable & good luck! I advised the personal at this shop I would like to return the products, they declined 3 times. They said it was impossible. Then [redacted] tried to sell me more products at a cost of $ 5000.00 dollars , [redacted] said it was a misunderstanding. [redacted] threatened me that if I did not allow her to give me a 50% partial refund ( for not telling me that all products are non refundable) that I would be sorry. Originally I paid $4600.00 for products I cannot use nor do they give me a non surgical facelift as Adore promised. They are very aggressive and purposefully avoid telling customers that their products are not what they say they are! It is astronomically priced and they target seniors that live in [redacted]. Or tourists that never return. Help.Desired Settlement: Original cost of 4365.00

I previously submitted a complaint about Adore products that cause me a serious allergic reaction. This was on or about March 16, 2015. I thought my case was resolved when Adore, refunded my purchase price of $4428.00 to my master card. However, a few days later they charged the same amount of $4428.00 to my master card. The refunds and charges were done without any communication with me, nor was I present in the Adore shop, in [redacted] Ca. [redacted]. I was never advised of their no-refund policy,at the time of original purchase. Adore employees attempted to sell me $5000.00 more of the products that I am allergic too and cannot use. I have mailed copies of the receipts to your San Diego office of Revdex.com, describing the incidents and I am adding this to my complaint. Adore wants you to keep quite about the price they prepare for you, and not to tell anyone. Because each amount they charge to a client is not the same to each customer. Adore doesn't let you see the receipt you sign for more than a few seconds, making it impossible to spead read the no refund policy. They surround you with employees who are telling you are so beautiful, and purposefully distracting you, nor do they ever mention their products are Non-Refundable! Buyer Beaware.I want a permanent refund of 4428.00 , and to return their products.I have an allergic reaction to Adore products.

Review: I was lured into the store and offered free treatments. I was given a hard sale and confirmed that I could return unopened product by the sales person. I verified his claims by checking on the website he showed me over and over during the hard sale and it clearly states the unopened products are returnable. There is no signage stating otherwise in the retail store. I spent $4200 and would never have done that if it was a final sale. When I returned to my hotel and shower all effects of the product disappeared and I was left with a red rash on my neck and chest. When I called and told the store to cancel my order and not ship it they only offered to send me more product. I have been shuffled from one scam artist to the next and they either try to convince me to keep the product, yell at me for not wanting it or try to give me a whole bunch more free of charge. I believe they even had fake customers buying in the store when I was there based on the reviews by others on the internet. I was told I would be 100% satisfied and could go onto Yelp and read the reviews and if not I could bring UNOPENED product back. He then sent me to customer service and Betty only yelled at me and told me I should have been told my the salesman that all sales were final! She could not refund the money but could give me more product. I do not want the product and they shipped it anyway.

I have contested the charge as the salesman now tells me that I signed a shipping receipt that said No Refunds. I was never aware that that would be the case.Desired Settlement: This company is very much involved in very very deceptive practices and they prey on older aging women. I strongly believe they will be gone from business soon enough but will reopen under another name. There needs to be some action to put these people out of business. I have just received the shipment and will be sending it back without opening the box and need them to fully refund my credit card.

Hello,

Review: On 2/22/15 I made a purchase of product from Adore after having some sample product applied to my face. I did not take the product with me, nor did I have the receipt. It was supposed to be shipped to me.About an hour later, I had a red rash on the areas of my face where the product was applied. I called the store, but they were closed, so I left a message, asking them to not ship this product, as I was obviously allergic to something in it.I was surprised because the salesperson kept telling me how "organic" and "pure" this product was, but it obviously was causing an allergic reaction on my skin. They never returned my call, so the next day, I again called the store and was told that the store had to contact their [redacted] office, and someone there would get back to me. No one ever did, so I did some research and found the phone number and called and spoke with "[redacted]" in [redacted].She was very pleasant until she understood I did not want the product as I could not use something that contained an ingredient that was causing an allergic reaction. She offered to change it to a different product, but I asked her why she simply couldn't process a refund, as I couldn't go around with a rash on my face. She said she would research this and get back to me, but she never did.I waited several days and then filed a dispute with my credit card company. My credit card company now informs me that Adore has provided them with a receipt which states, at the bottom, that the product cannot be returned.I know nothing about that. It was never discussed, there was no notice posted anywhere in the store, and I don't remember seeing any such notice below the signature line.I have never received this product because I refused the shipment as advised by my credit card company. It's not as if I had the product, used it and wanted to return it. I don't understand why a reputable company would want to sell someone something that gave them a rash.Desired Settlement: I don't have the product; I can't use it because I'm allergic to it. I would like Adore to simply process a refund so I can move on from this very unpleasant experience.
