order.  We ask that she allow a few days for her credit to be visible on her credit card.  She was previously given a merchandise credit because her return was received outside of our stated return policy window; however we do understand the situation and have removed the merchandise credit and refunded her entire order.  Our customers should expect courteous, respectful and professional customer service as well and prompt follow up to their concerns. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  We have spoken to the customer and explained our return policy when items are bought from our flash sale website.  As a courtesy we have refunded this customer and explained how final sales work and how shipping labels must be uniquely applied...

to each package.  Our customers should expect timely and friendly service.  I appreciate this matter being brought to my attention.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  We have spoken to the customer and provided her with a refund.  She was unfortunately not happy with our policy and as a one time courtesy granted her a refund.

Last week, I purchased two dresses (Order #[redacted]) in the amount of $373.15. I had to return them because they did not fit. The company's website lists that it can take up to *14 days* to process a refund. I shipped my package 2-day priority ([redacted] tracking # [redacted]) and it arrived at the facility at 10:30 yesterday morning. I just called and spoke to a representative who told me it could take up to *30 days* for me to get my money back! This is not what the website advertises.
To make matters worse, because I DID love one of the dresses so much, I ordered the same one in a size bigger. I was operating under the same assumption that their refund policy was 14 days as indicated on your website. Unfortunately, that dress did not fit either and I just shipped that return today (order #[redacted]). The [redacted] tracking # is [redacted].
I am now waiting on almost $500 to get back and customer service is atrocious. They do not care that they are advertising the wrong policy and cannot guarantee my refund will be there in two week. I am getting married and going on my honeymoon. I would have never ordered from this site if I'd known they had a shady policy. After reading online reviews and these complaints with the Revdex.com, I see I'm not the only one!
I also tried to fill out the “contact us” form on the website. But that to appears to be broken on their site.

We have spoken directly with the customer and will be sending her a new dress and a prepaid return label to send the dress she currently has back to us.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience we caused [redacted].  [redacted] has been fully refunded as of yesterday and her credit will appear on her statement in the next few days.  Our customers should expect a prompt and courteous response.  We will use this feedback to improve our...

I ordered two dresses and did not want them. I returned them and had to pay $25.00 to do so. No problem. A duplicate order was sent to me. I was told by a customer service representative that I would get a free shipping label to return the duplicate order and have yet to received it. I called today 6/**/15 to find out what happened to the free shipping label that was supposed to be e-mailed and was "given the run-around". I would like to return the dresses without paying for it since I did not ask for a duplicate order.
