Our first contact with One Hour Air West Pasco was in June Our A/C needed to be replaced and we were unsure as to whom we should contact as we are aware that there are many disreputable A/C companies in business We called them fully expecting to contact several other companies for estimates but after meeting with the One Hour Air tech, we were so impressed that we decided to look no further On the spot, we contracted with them to do the work Three years later we see that our first impression continues to be spot on and we could not be happier
This company is exceptionally reputable, reliable and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that its customers are 100% satisfied Ed, whom we believe to be the owner, does not stop being the consummate professional after the sale and is always available to make sure every job is done correctly, which they are Kim, who is the primary contact upon calling their office and obviously the pulse of the organization, is always so upbeat, helpful and friendly that it makes one feel *almost* glad that they have a heating/cooling problem! And although each and every One Hour Air employee we've had come out to our home for maintenance has been impressive and has done an excellent job, the technician we had out today (8/26/16), Jeremy ***, stands out far ahead of the rest
As a retired Human Resources Manager, I believe I have the qualifications and experience to judge a person's character by observing their job performance and professionalism Jeremy *** is a polite, professional young man who has a very pleasant demeanor and I'm pleased to say that he has one of the strongest work ethics I've had the pleasure of observing This young man did not let a difficult diagnostic process in the blazing heat of summer deter him from giving his all to find the problem and fix it He is a true credit to an already great company and we greatly appreciate his, Ed's and Kim's efforts to make sure we are completely satisfied We would not hesitate to recommend this company to everyone we know

We had a new AC unit installed by One Hour Air a few years ago and can't say enough great things about them. They are always professional, courteous and super-friendly. They make you feel like family! Best of all, our electric bill is down by about 1/3! I would recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation!
