Kevin [redacted] provided courteous, professional service and had knowledgeable insight and advice for my 12 year old air conditioning unit. I was very pleased with this service and would highly recommend this company and employee by name.

Kevin came and examined the unit to diagnose the problem. He determined that the unit's evaporator cil was damaged and required replacement. I agreed to the repairs nd it was performed Wednesday, 4/6 with the assistance of Cooper. They were efficient and professional, they were careful and performed the repairs on schedule. Thank you for your professionalism and courteous attitude.

Outstanding HVAC company. We had purchased a system from them 2 years ago. We selected them because they provided a thorough and well explained proposal. No gimmicky sales pitch, straight forward. System was professionally installed in a timely and punctual manner.

Recently has a small problem with a float switch. Their technician, Jason D arrived and quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. He was professional, friendly, knowledgable, and thorough.

One Hour Air Conditioning is awesome. My A/C went out following hurricane Hermine's aftermath. They came out on Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. Cooper was amazing at how quick he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Highly recommend them.

One Hour Air replaced my AC last year and have been back for re-checks. This is a very nice company to deal with; they are concerned and responsive, prompt and informative. Techs are respectful and knowledgeable (and they even put on little booties before they come into your house!). Highly recommend.

Jeff arrived on time, he is knowledgeable and answered my many questions. Jeff also made reasonable recommendations on how to best protect my investment (heat pump).
