SCAM Company that Does Not Hold Up on Contract
ACL is a crooked business. Took me for $2,394. Promises were made to sell every timeshare week but did not sell even one! In January 2020 Holiday Inn Clubs phoned and offered to sell all 6 weeks to businesses and such for $1,600 each and that I would only have to pay to release these properties. I paid $2,394 and got only 3 offer emails but which you call the places are booked already. I asked for a refund and they said they can't do that. Would Not recommend this company to anyone since they can not deliver on their promises.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of $2,394 because my timeshare was never rented and I gave past the 6 month timeframe they made promises to sell.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Aug 13, 2020

We understand your concerns. We have continuously been providing offers to you in regards to your account. You received an offer Tuesday and we are actively working on this offer for you. Issue you we are working diligently to get the time rented out.

Customer Response • Aug 14, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Not pleased with the company. I called today and spoke to a manager but not even sure this is a real company. They could be giving fake offers that they know that are already booked so they do not actually have to keep their promises. I am very disappointed in this company and will be telling everyone I know not to use this company. I still would like a refund, even if not the full amount. Some sort of refund compensation to stop receiving communication from this company.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Aug 14, 2020

We reviewed the call you had with the manager earlier today, she went over the account with you, and explained that we have extended the account out to ensure more offers are delivered. We are working on more offers and will be sending those to you and following up.

Customer Response • Aug 17, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
You have extended the contract to allow time for more offers but I am not interested in more offers. It has been 7 months. I am requesting some form of refund and to terminate any contract I have with your company.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Aug 17, 2020

The only refund option would have been within the first 10 days of signing up. We have extended the agreement to allow additional offers to present and have noted your account for management to review for further options available.

A real rip off! Paid $2000.00 with a promise to have our RCI rented for $1400 to $1800.00 per week! Linda talked about how they are licensed and got our name from the public records of timeshare owners. Beware of these people. Said we would get all kinds of offers to rent for corporate travel! Never got any renters! Say they are going to extend for 180 days, don't hold your breath. Don't pay anything for this scam!! They will take your money and run! I should of been smarter and known betterð???. What a sad world we live in!!

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Jul 29, 2020

We have been submitting offers to your email in regards to your property. We also have it noted to follow up with a phone call when an offer is submitted to you. Your offer status is pending, once an offer has been sent, we will call to ensure you are notified.

STAY AWAY! This is complete SCAM! I feel I wasted my money and time for this. I hope they provide me refund. don't even want to give one star to this Scam business.. I got sold with sooo promising talks and guess what I hardly got 3 requests where it was not even available on RCI. This is ridiculous! I should get refund for my money when services are not being delivered as promise. Free 6 months extension will only give me 3 more requests which will not be available on RCI, so that will be of NO HELP! I just pray that I get refund so I can get something better for my Kids which was the intention of the profit received but here I am in LOSS and I am suppperr stressed!

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Jul 29, 2020

We have continuously been submitting offers to your email in regards to your account. We have the account noted for a manager to follow up with you to discuss further options.

Totally agree with all the other reviews. I should have done my homework, they guarantee your rentals. Sounded like a no brainer but my bad I did not check into the company before signing up and giving them my money. I have received two requests in 6 months, one I did not actually receive but they said they sent it. the other request was available but still didn't get rented. Now they tell me they will extend another 180 days free of charge! LOL

ACL is a crooked business. Took me for $4000. Promises were made to sell every timeshare but didn't sell even one!
In October 2019 a company claiming to be Travelers XC phoned and offered to sell all 6 weeks to businesses and such for $1500 each and that I would only have to pay to release these properties. I paid $2000 and got only 3 offers which were all booked already. Forgot about them for a while until another company called ACS called me and offered the same thing and said they could get all the money back from the previous company that turned out to be a scam. So I didi it again. Paid $2000 to release 6 properties for $1500 each. Again only got a couple of offers that were already booked. Turns out THEY WERE THE SAME COMPANY!! I called both and got the same receptionist. They said they would be on the sell of my properties as a high priority. I asked for a refund and they said they can't do that. So I'm out $4000 for absolutely nothing!! The companies are Travelers XC and Advanced Corporate Logistics. SAME COMPANY!! Even the same hold music. I'm just sick that I fell for their *** twice.

Desired Outcome

I just want my $4000 back. They did not live up to their promises at all and refused to take my calls after the 3rd try.

Timeshare rental services was *** (guaranteed by voice) but not delivered.
On August 23, 2019 Advanced Corporate Logistics (ACL ) contacted with an offer to rent my timeshare for 6 weeks for $1.800 each week over a 6 month period. On Aug 26 and 27, 2019 they emailed me to welcome me for choosing them. On Sept 18, 2019 they emailed me a follow-up to confirm my information.

Then I did not hear from them until I called them in October to question their progress. They told me that they were working on something and to wait.

Since then they only emailed me 3 times (November 2019, December 2019, and January, 2020) requesting a rental date and location that was not available. Each time I presented alternate dates or accommodations and did not hear back from them. I have submitted you all of the emails.

So in these 6 months they never rented my timeshare as contracted.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of $1794 because my timeshare was never rented.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • May 18, 2020

We have been submitting offers to you in regards to the account in which it was contracted. We will have inventory review your account and follow up with an update.

Customer Response • May 18, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is the same response that you have to every complaint that has been presented to you. The inquiry that you submit is never available and you never respond to the alternate available accommodations. You wait until someone complains then you send an offer that is never available. Just give the money back.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • May 19, 2020

Per the agreement, the only refund option was within the first 10 days. We have been doing everything that was explained about the program and are working on more offers.

Customer Response • May 19, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
There is no reasoning with this company. These are standard responses that are given to every complaint. Revdex.com you should give this company an F.

Rip off! I got 3 calls in 6 months and my time share was never available for those dates. Don't waste your money!!!!

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • May 14, 2020

We have been in constant contact with you in regards to your account. We offered to discuss a refund option and you declined. We are working diligently on your account to provide offers to you. We have noted to call once an offer is sent to ensure you receive and respond.

Customer Response • May 15, 2020

You have not been in "constant contact". I did not refuse your offer if a refund. You require me to terminate my visa card inquiry before you will "discuss the possibility" of a refund. If I terminate the appeal and you do not refund me, then I have no recourse. You should discuss a refund before I terminate the inquiry. I have called multiple times this week and have not have the promised return call. This is not a legitimate business.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • May 20, 2020

Per the agreement, there is no refund option on the account. We explained that we would review and discuss one. We have noted your account for accounting to review and follow up once they have fully reviewed and discussed the options.

Customer Response • May 21, 2020

I acknowledge that the contract does not include a refund option. However, the contract Is predicated in the expectation that a service will be delivered, and that service has not been delivered. As a matter of corporate integrity and to protect their reputation and ability to lure new customers, ACL should do the right thing and refund my money for services not provided.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • May 22, 2020

The agreement for services is to provide offers, in which we are doing. You spoke with a manager this morning who has provided an update and you are aware of the progress.

Not recommended! I signed up on 5/21/2019. I received my first "offer" in August, which of course the property was not available for the requested dates. Not sure what was happening for the first 3 months of my 180 day contract. Not much obviously. As indicated in the contract you can extend for another 180 days at no additional charge if ACL doesn't perform. I did extend because the only other option is to cancel and then you are still out $. To date (one year) I have received 6 "offers", of which 1 was available for the requested date. But guess what....ACL called to tell me the customer went with another company. I guess the customer "AKA ACL rep" looked at the wrong date when requesting the fake property rental. If this isn't a scam I don't know what is. I am out $2394. ACL couldn't provide one "offer" a month. I would be fired if my job performance was this bad. You end up doing all the leg work for ACL anyway so please SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • May 12, 2020

We understand your concerns, yet we have been continuously submitted offers to your email in regards to the account. The offer you are referring to with the "wrong date" wasn't an error on our part, you provided alternative dates and unfortunately the corporation was not able to utilize that specific week. We cross reference the alternatives with additional events to allow that opportunity, if possible. We have noted your account to call when an offer is submitted.

Customer Response • May 12, 2020

Continuously submitting offers to my email??? I didn't even get one offer a month. I would hardly call that continously. The offer I am referring to was on Jan 2nd/3rd. I replied "Hi, This is available.", so no alternative dates were needed.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • May 15, 2020

There was an offer submitted in February, which was responded to. Due to the virus, it caused a slight delay, but we have extended accounts to ensure we are able to make up for the lost time. As soon as we have more offers, we will submit them to your email.

Customer Response • May 15, 2020

As stated above, the email was January 2nd/3rd and not in February. Covid was not on the radar at that time. You cannot blame covid for ACL's lack of morals, lack of ethics, and poor business practices. Tiptoeing around a problem is no way to run a successful business.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • May 20, 2020

The offer in January was responded to that it was available, we submitted notice to the corporation and they were unable to utilize it. We did take the steps to cross reference with additional events to match that week. We also got more offers to you in regards to your account.

Customer Response • May 21, 2020

More offers = one. Long story short for consumers reading this... SAVE YOUR MONEY. As evident in this long communication, ACL refuses to take responsibility and can only provide vague explanations. They continue to deny that they have failed the majority of their customers - as seen in numerous other 1 star ratings. Instead of making excuses, they should be asking themselves...What can I do to improve and how can I make the customer whole.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • May 22, 2020

We have been providing services and explained the delay due to the virus, we are working diligently to provide more offers and will follow up once we have an update.

Customer Response • Jul 22, 2020

Received an "offer" July 15th 11:53am, replied July 15th 12:25pm, received no response. Sent email for an update on July 18th 8:27am and July 22nd, 10:33am. Still no response. I will probably get a response to this complaint before the "offer" email. ACL puts more effort into answering Revdex.com complaints than customer questions. They already have our money so why would they put in any effort. They obviously don't care about their reputation or they wouldn't do this to every customer.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Jul 29, 2020

We submitted the offer on July 15th but unfortunately have not received any further emails from you. Your offer status is pending and we have noted the account to give you a call when offers are sent to ensure you received it. If we are having an issue receiving emails, please give us a call to ensure we receive notice of the offer outcome so we can get the weeks finalized and booked.

Customer Response • Jul 31, 2020

Did you even read what I wrote???
*** I replied July 15th 12:25pm, received no response. Sent email for an update on July 18th 8:27am and July 22nd, 10:33am. Still no response ***

Check your emails. Just put in some effort!

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Aug 03, 2020

We read what you wrote, we were reiterating that upon sending that offer, we didn't receive any email replies after that. We apologize for the inconvenience but are taking precaution to ensure it does not happen again.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! I signed up in October 2019 with a rep named Tara West to resell 6 weeks of timeshare rentals with the "guarantee" to sell them. (Have not spoken with her since.) I have called the company more times than they have given me offers. Since Jan 7, I have rec'd only 4 offers for my 6 weeks. What's worse is that I have to do all the leg work, calling to see if week is available and if not, *Ihave to find an alternative for said buyer. On Feb 14, I spoke to someone named Maize who said it is highly unlikely that my units would not be sold by the contract end date of Apr 18.

I paid $399/week - for 6 weeks = $2394 is the amount I am OUT! Today I called and asked for a refund. My contract expires in 3 days and now due to the pandemic, they are stating they will give me another 30-60 days in addition to the 180 days past Apr 18, all for advertising. What have they been doing since October?

PLEASE do not buy into this rental scam! I really wish I had done my homework before I paid them for nothing. Advance Corporate Logistics (ACL) will do very little advertising, if that. I am leaving 1 star only because I have to leave something but they do not even deserve that much.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Apr 20, 2020

We have continuously been providing offers and updates on your account. No one was expecting to go through this pandemic, but we are taking necessary steps to continue to provide services to get the time fulfilled.

On September 25 2019, I was approached with an opportunity from this company to advertise and promote my vacation property and it was a scam.
On September 25, 2019, I was approached with an opportunity for ACL to advertise and promote my vacation property. They guaranteed advanced and aggressive vacation property advertisement and that my vacation property would be rented in 60 to 90 days and could earn between $1400 to $1800 in a week. They allegedly use all social media outlets and they are advertising 24/7. When they called however with offers, I was supposed to be able to negotiate the rental of the timeshare directly with any prospective renters. The weird part is that in the entire 6 months, none of the offers were successful. They guaranteed this aggressive advertising but was not able to deliver one successful offer. I paid $1794 in good faith that this company would deliver the services promised but their sales tactics were very deceiving. Most customers would be 30 to 60 days in before they realized that something was wrong. When I started asking lots of questions they would give me the run around. I finally realized that I had been taken advantage of. There is no telling how many people they have scammed. Their refund policy is within10 days of signing their contract and there is no way you would know anything until you begin to get offers which is usually after 30 days. The offers are not legitimate. My intention for submitting this complaint is to bring awareness to the general public.

Desired Outcome

I would like the money that I invested to be refunded. I also want to bring awareness to the general public.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Apr 09, 2020

We understand your concerns. We have been submitting offers to you in regards to your account. When an offer isn't available, and alternatives are provided, we do provide those to the corporation. Unfortunately we are not able to force them to use it, however, we also cross reference with upcoming events to see if we are able to utilize the week. We are providing services and are keeping in communication with you in regards to updates on your account. We will reach out to you once an offer has been submitted.

Customer Response • Apr 09, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They have been saying the same thing for 6 months. I want a refund. They haven't delivered one successful offer in spite of their "aggresive" marketing. They have no intention to offer good offers. They only want to take advantage of the consumers. It is clear that Several others have the same concern. A D-rating with the Revdex.com is nothing to boast about.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Apr 14, 2020

We have opened the search criteria on your account and are awaiting results. We will follow up with you when we have an update on your account.

I would like a refund. ACL has been saying the same thing for 6 months. They haven't delivered one successful offer in spite of their "aggresive" marketing. They have no intention to offer good offers. It is clear that Several others have the same concern. I have been very prompt in providing the information they have requested. This is a scam.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Apr 17, 2020

Unfortunately, the only refund option was in the first 10 days, we will have accounting and inventory review to see what options are available.

Can not recommend this company. Signed up with them in January 24, 2020 to market 6 weeks. I have had no communication since signed up and now with the pandemic this money is lost. DO NOT get involved with this company.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Apr 07, 2020

We apologize for this incident. We have checked our call log and we have been in communication with you several times since signing up. We left you a message a few days after signing up to make sure you received your Welcome Email. In February, we sent an email update to you in regards to your account. You responded and asked for us to give you a call so we did and explained the offer process. You are in your turnaround time and will be receiving an offer anytime.

It's nothing but a big RIPOFF! Do NOT waste your money! My story would be the same as most of the other reviews of this company. You do all the work for free. They will not willingly refund your money.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Apr 07, 2020

We have continuously been submitting offers and providing services. The last offer submitted was not responded to. We want to get the time booked in but we unfortunately are not able to move forward without communication from you.

ACL contacted me and managed to get me to sign an agreement. I have canceled the contract, but they have refused to provide me the promised refund.
I was contacted by ACL in October 2019 to sign a rental agreement with them where they promised to rent six weeks of vacation rentals (from RCI) at a profit of $1,400 or more per rental week. My fee was $1,794. The representative guaranteed I would sell all my six weeks due to the upcoming college bowl games, NFL Pro Bowl, and the Super Bowl. This was a "great time" to get into this deal, I was told. Still, it took several phone calls before I actually signed the contract due to the vagueness of the contract in terms of cancellation and refund. The contract vaguely says that I can cancel at any time if I don't receive "an offer." Confused and suspicious, I declined the contract, but received additional calls. I recall our final phone call from that time where I pointedly asked the representative on the phone, "So if I cancel within six months and haven't received any rental money from this contract, will I get my money back?" The representative said almost rudely, "Of course, sir. That's what cancelation means. You will get all your money back." With that verbal assurance, I signed the contract. Since that time five months ago, the company has contacted me three times stating some party unknown to me might be interested in renting from my program. I followed their instructions to the letter every time to conclude the deal. At no time was I "offered" any money or any kind of a deal with another party. At no time was I "offered" a chance to say "I agree," to give approval, and to collect payment. Instead, each of the three contacts I received from the company were to check availability of rather obscure properties in non-prime locations during odd times of the year but I never received any kind of an offer for anything which led to any kind of a deal. In short, I have not received a penny from this company to date. So after nearly five months in this relationship, my frustration has grown and I have watched my six-month contract come close to the end of its time period. On March 16, I notified the company I wished to exercise my right to cancel and receive my promised refund. The result of this request was rather predictable. They declined to refund me anything. Over the past ten days, I have exchanged several emails with a customer service representative who claims I am not entitled to a refund. After hearing my side of the story, the rep stated he or she would review all phone calls from last October related to my sale to verify my claim about what was promised to me. I was feeling that if the rep could verify what was promised to me by phone, then and only then would I get a refund. But then came the final answer that I will not get a refund. Further, there was no mention by the company that they actually reviewed any of their phone calls from last October or that they even had the capability to do so. All I want is for this company to honor our agreement and refund my fee. Anything you can do to support me in this endeavor would be greatly appreciated.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting a full refund of the fee I paid to the company, $1,794. I suppose I would be open to a settlement of a slightly lower figure, if we can quickly bring this matter to a close. I am retired and have no way to recoup this loss through employment.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Mar 30, 2020

Upon review of the calls prior to signing up, you were explained the process. They explained the cancellation policy which is within the first 10 days, that is also written on page 4 of the agreement. If you have not received offers, you can cancel at any time, but no refund. We have been continuously sending you offers. We will have an accounting representative and inventory review to see what options we are able to move forward with.

Customer Response • Apr 01, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This response is 100% unacceptable. At no time has this company made me an offer. According to the Merriam Webster dictionary, an "offer" is "a presenting of something for acceptance." I defy this company to present any evidence to the Revdex.com or to me of any offer they made at any time since the signing of our contract where I could have accepted something. Never once was I asked to say "yes" or "no" to accept an offer from this company or from a third party. Why on earth would I have ever declined to accept an offer? If there was an offer, I would have accepted it instantly. So would anybody else. That was the enitre point of this arrangement. This response from ACL is fraudulent and a complete falsehood. Further, when I spoke to their representative by phone, I was assured that I could cancel at anytime within six months for a full refund. I was told by phone, "That's what cancelation means a refund!" If the company will not refund my fee or any portion of my fee, can the Revdex.com assist me in contacting the legal authorities to report this crooked enterrprise?

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Apr 03, 2020

We reviewed the calls and the cancellation for a full refund is within 10 days. Yes, you can cancel but not refunded. When the resort is not available and alternatives are provided, we send those to the corporate clients to see if they are able to utilize that request. If they are not able to, we cross reference with additional events and clients to see if we are able to match it, as well as continue to send more offers to you. We will contact you as soon as we have an update on your account.

Customer Response • Apr 03, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Once again, this company is lying. They have never sent me a single offer. Not one! I challenge this company to make public a copy of just one offer where I was asked to accept or reject a legitimate offer for a rental property. Never happened! The most ACL did was ask me to research to see if a property might be available during a particular week. But not once did they offer to pay one red cent to rent the property. This company is a complete scam and should not be allowed to operate.

Buyer wants to cancel membership with full or partial refund of $1,495.00 fee.
A phone solicitation for a business membership to Advanced Corporate Logistics (ACL) was made on February 3, 2020 with the knowledge that there was a 10-day cancellation period by Florida law. The business promised to rent out my extra time share weeks at a minimum rental price of $1,400. However, later conversations with my timeshare companies showed they had no knowledge of Advanced Corporate Logistics. Further, an investigation in the Revdex.com record of ACL shows a business rating of D-. Their terms indicate that if "I have not received an offer I have the option to cancel at any time upon written request." I made that written request on February 28, 2020. In my conversation with their Customer Service office (XXX-XXX-XXXX) on March 23, 2020, Manager Rodney *** indicated they would not make any refund of the membership fee of $1,495.00, even if I were to cancel and had not yet received an offer. I am still hoping that the membership can be cancelled AND that I receive a full or partial refund of the membership fee. My membership # is

Desired Outcome

Full or partial refund of the membership fee of $1,495.00.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Mar 24, 2020

As indicated in his review, he spoke with Rodney and was given an accurate update about the account. You do have the right to cancel, but within the first 10 days for a refund. After his call with Rodney, he was given a call by our Inventory Manager. She explained the process and then gave him an update, as well as the additional measures being taken on his account to ensure he is notified immediately of the submitted offers. He acknowledged and was satisfied moving forward. We look forward to working with him during this program to get the time facilitated.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
They are promising offers within 60 days. I will see what happens. If offers are not forthcoming, I will submit another complaint.

Customer Response • Jun 09, 2020

This verbal response was taken by Revdex.com.

Consumer has stated he has not received any offers or heard from business. Their guarantee of an offer within 180 days expires on 7/3/2020.

I want to thank the staff at Advance Corporate for their prompt response to my request to cancel my contract. I was a recent customer and was concerned of the impact of this pandemic might have on the Hotel industry. I explained my concerns and within 48 hours I received a full refund!
Not bad for a Company taking such a hard hit with questionable reviews. When things settle down I would consider re-joining them.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Mar 23, 2020

We want to thank you for your kind words. We appreciate your willingness to move forward, but of course with everything going on, we understand your concerns. We would love to work with you in the future!

To anyone who wisely decides to do some basic due diligence on this company which I regrettably and stupidly did not do and reads these reviews, DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE PEOPLE. THIS IS PURELY AND SIMPLY A SCAM.

My story is basically the same as the many others you will read about, i.e. I was approached by ACL with an offer to rent out my unused RCI promotional weeks for at least $1,400 per week. Their sales pitch is purposely misleading, as they never make it very clear as to what the rental process entails. The pitch basically guaranteed that I would clear about $6k for my 6 promotional weeks, within a period of 3 to 6 months, and mentioned nothing about the fact that I would have to do all of the leg work in terms of getting those weeks booked. It's been 4 months and I've gotten only one "offer" from these people, which couldn't be fulfilled because there was no availability for the requested date/location. In my reply to ACL about the offer, I complained about their practices and, unsurprisingly, have heard nothing back.

Losing $2,400 in itself is obviously not pleasant, but worse than that is how betrayed and foolish I feel for having fallen for this scam. This review is only my first step in trying to prevent this company from continuing on its destructive path with no accountability. I'll pursue every option available, including legal ones, to make that happen.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Mar 09, 2020

We understand your concerns. Reviewing the account, it shows we submitted an offer to you on Jan 20th. On Jan 30th, you called us in regards to the offer, we explained the offers are time sensitive, so being 10 days later, the offer had expired. You then called RCI to get available resorts in the area to cross reference with upcoming events. You responded with an email on Feb 16th, now 16 more days have passed. We are doing everything on our end to get this time taken care of, but need an open line of communication to ensure the weeks are rented. We have noted the account and will be getting you out more offers soon.

Customer Response • Apr 06, 2020

So much for open lines of communication. It's been a month since your reply, and still no offers. Coronavirus pandemic notwithstanding, one offer in 4 months is not even close to fulfilling your commitment to "market" my RCI weeks. The 6 months of this marketing agreement are up in May, so from where I'm standing, you have breached that contract/agreement by failing to provide the promised offers. I ask that you refund my fee, otherwise I'll make a formal complaint about ACL to Florida's Attorney General for deceptive business practices. I'm sure they will have no trouble finding many willing, former customer of yours to corroborate my story.

An offer was submitted to you on March 13th, after your initial concern. We have yet to hear in regards to this offer. We want to get this time booked in but need a response. We have noted the account to call when sending offers to ensure you are notified immediately to check your email.

ACL is a BIG SCAM... ACL reached out to my husband and I to inform us that we had 6 weeks vacations that we were not aware of. This company stated that they would market our vacation time and we could earn $1,600-$1,800 per week. ACL also stated it would cost market our vacation there will be a one time fee for $2,400 in which they waived $399 only charging us $2,000. So we though great we were told we could earn anywhere from $8,000-$10,000 at 1st we were a little skeptical but they seemed to very knowledgeable and professional. This is elaborate scheme please beware of this. Yes we did receive an email with directions on basically how to not tell our vacation club what's actually going on and to only inquire abt availability ð?¤?for the week requested in the email. I called ACL to asked the representative questions in regards to the email and this seemed to have annoyed her. She tried to rush me of the phone so that I can contact Interval international and be guided by the ACL email. I contacted interval International because I'm now skeptical. interval advised me that this was not legit and was not apart of our contract. We would basically be violating the terms of our contract had we listen to ACL. We called ACL and was placed on hold and transferred 3x's.. ACL actually back pedaled. ACL made it seemed as if they were going do all the fancy foot work instead you will have to do the work. ACL will email you 1 month after the deal just to keep you sold and then they will email you a 2nd month to say we found 1 prospect to buy the 1st week. Ok wait what happened to the 6 weeks in bulk you promised. when you have figured out this is a SCAM and request a refund now here comes the ***. We promised to find you a prospect with 160 days.. WE WANT OUR $2,000 BACK. these crooks need to be behind bars hopefully sooner than later...

We understand your concerns. We contacted you in regards to renting out the getaway weeks that you issue guest certificates for. We have been providing offers on your account, not directions on how to keep it from your exchange company. We reviewed the calls in question, and customer service explained that we do not take power of attorney and can not verify on your behalf. We have notified inventory and accounting to review and see what options are available for your account. We will reach out to you.

Can you add no stars? So, the service itself, sounds amazing! However, they won't take any steps with you to verify that it's legitimate! They took me to their website, which looks like my 10 year old son put it together! They tell me they require a credit card before I'm able to see the Docusign documents for signatures. I told them I'd like to read the contract first before giving my credit card but they indicate there's no way to do so. After I asked the first representative if I could call back after doing some due diligence, she transferred me to her manager. This dude was a straight up ***. He kept pushing me and telling me it's all legal and legitimate, which made me question it even more. I'd love to see someone actually post a good review, but I doubt it will happen.

We reviewed the call, you stated some concerns that you had, to make sure they were addressed properly, she transferred you to her manager who attempted to explain the process and concerns. You then stated you did not want to move forward and would follow up if you decided too. We ended the call and that was it. We apologize you felt like you were being pushed, we have noted your account and it is removed from our database.

Me and my wife have had a wonderful experience. Every representative we have spoken with had been knowledgeable and helpful and the program is very beneficial.

Mr., thank you for your kind words. We strive for our staff to be knowledgeable and courteous in all areas of the program and provide the most accurate update each time. We look forward to working with you again.

Huge Scam! They tried to get my parents who are in retirement to pay $2400 up front to activate their 6 bonus weeks through RCI and they were promised a $6000 return in 60 to 90 days - what a crock. I was glad I was there to hear about the transaction before anything happened. They are barking up the wrong tree with this family.
