Big scam!
I was contacted by Jeremy with ACL. Did a little research on the company, seemed legit
with hesitation. I fell for it, and totally regret my decision. My contract is over, with 2 bogus
leads and never heard from anyone again. Will never try something like this again. To me
they do not care about who they deal with, as long as they hit their quotas.

Offers have been submitted to you to approve, with no response back. In order for us to utilize the time, we need to have an open line of communication. The contact information we have for your email is do...*** and a phone number of *** If any information needs to be updated, please let us know.

Customer Response • Feb 11, 2020

To be honest you are correct about the offers, but they weren't even close to what was discussed. Plus I had to do some legwork into trying to make these things happen. or somewhere within the same area, which was a joke. there was nothing close and no one said anything about doing all the legwork to make this happen. Will never do this again or endorse this to anyone..

We understand your concerns, we do not take power of attorney so you have to verify and accept the offer. We have to have communication on the offers to allow us to be efficient on our end. We have noted your account to call when we send offers to ensure you receive them.

Untruthful sales promises, aggressive sales practices, no ability to contact original sales representative, and deceptive sales practices.
Contacted by ACL in October 2019 and pressured by Joy to activate 6 bonus weeks from RCI so that they could rent them at 1.400.00 a week. She was addiment that she would not be contacting me if they did not have the demand for the 6 weeks. She talked about big events that needs many rooms. She said by December I would be receiving offers. She did not clearly explain the process either that you have to search RCI for availability. She said she would be in contact because she only got her pay if my weeks got rented, I believe this to be a lie at this point because I have never heard from her. I left three messages on her voice mail none ever returned. I have received three offers to date for one week each in remote places with no availability, so I am out all my money to activate the 6 weeks. I complained and a man called me the end of December saying my weeks were moving to the highest priority for renting. Nothing to this point. This company is aggressively misleading people with their deceptive sales tactics and their customer service is terrible as they do not want you talking to the original sales rep. or anyone for that matter that has any authority. I believe in some cases I was actually lied to but the fact that I cannot talk to Joy to confront her promises and claims I cannot confirm this. Very unethical company!

Desired Outcome

I want my 6 weeks rented before the 180 days are up which is the end of April 2020. This needs to be for bigger events and not the nonsense I have been sent so far.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Feb 06, 2020

We have been submitting offers to you in regards to your account. When you expressed concerns on the account, we reviewed the call, everything was stated as promised. We followed up with you with the outcome and the next steps we would be able to do moving forward to open the search criteria to allow additional offers to present. You declined that option, so we noted the account accordingly and have placed you on high priority.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
In 4 months I have received three offers in IL and MI for one week each and with no other resorts in the areas. When in the sales pitch from Joy she indicated they would not be contacting me if they did not have the demand to rent all 6 weeks. She mentioned my weeks would be in for very large events, which has not happened. The end of December the 6 weeks were supposedly move to high priority to rent, nothing has happened. So the company has completely failed based on what I was told my Joy.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Feb 11, 2020

We have continuously provided offers and are in communication with you in regards to each one. We book for conventions throughout the entire year for conventions and tradeshows. We have placed your account on high priority and will be in contact with upcoming offers.

Customer Response • Feb 21, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have to say no until the 6 weeks are rented. There statement of continuously providing offers is so misleading as they have only sent 3 in 5 months each for one week. When there is only about 5 weeks left in the 180 days I do not see any hope of this ending well for me and this company with lure others into this worthless practice.

We, unfortunately, gave them our credit card information after a while of asking questions. For every question we asked, they had a valid and logical response. After signing the contract and finishing all the paperwork, I felt very uncomfortable and scammed. I read revenues and want our money back. I have called both numbers and haven't gotten an answer. I have left 2 messages and once the charge hits, it will be disputed. I will get our money back! I am too smart to have fallen for this!!!!!

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Jan 29, 2020

You signed up with us on 1/23, and on 1/24 you requested to cancel. With no hesitation, we voided the transaction and sent a confirmation to your email. We understand you did not feel comfortable moving forward, but under no circumstances were we not going to get your money refunded.

We were contacted by ACL to sell our "bonus weeks". Thing is, we checked, we don't have "bonus weeks". AND, if I do this, I nullify my own ability to use my vacation time. Hmm... I didn't buy into my vacation club to not be able to use it, first thing. Second thing: I was told I would pay $399 to activate my weeks, a maximum of 6 weeks, and be paid $1400 for week. Sounds too good to be true, right? So, I asked when I would be paid, after activating. 60 to 90 days. So, to I "get to pay" about $2400 and will ultimately net $6000. But, I again check, the vacation club says I don't have "bonus weeks" to sell, only my own time. ACL presented this as "weeks you don't even know you have available to you". Because that's good policy to keep me from using my vacation time? When I pay a registration fee, every time I do? Hm.. So, I had already arranged that they would call me back, after I spoke with my husband. He and I agreed this was not a good financial strategy for us. Got a call back, just now. Told Tara that we were declining the offer, due to the feeling it wasn't sound for us financially and got a snarky response, as she hung up. This did not add legitimacy to their "pitch", I have to say. Felt very much like someone who didn't get to scam me got salty with me. So, if others have had better experiences, more power to you, but I'll be keeping my own vacation time and Yes, I will be paying my maintenance Fee, Tara, because it's a good value for the overall experiences we have on our own vacations. Thanks but no thanks.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Feb 11, 2020

We have reviewed the calls you and the representative ended by you stating you wanted to wait on your wife to get home to go over everything and your representative said okay. We understood your concerns and ended the call. We encourage you to utilize the vacation time with your family and friends.

Customer Response • Feb 20, 2020

First of all, it was not my husband who you ever spoke to, so you didn't "review' any calls. And yes, the representative was extremely nasty to me at the end of the call when I declined your shady offer. And offer that according to the club I belong to would 1) not allow ME to take any vacations on my plan and 2) could well have me suspended from any future use of my plan. So, scam people if you want, because you dangle some $$ in front of them (but they will pay and more than financially, from the get go). So, you're lying in your response and that is very telling about how you conduct business.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Feb 20, 2020

We apologize for your experience, you are not a client and we have removed your information from our database. We wish you the best of luck.

As a follow up to my previous review of this group it's been almost 5 months of the initial 6 month agreement. To be clear, I have received offers, the first one was on November the 13th, for a Feb reservation, just under the 90 day criteria, there was no availability and the alternates were not accepted. The second offer came in December for a March reservation, there was availability, but I was informed that the request was given to another group for fulfillment, and the last offer came in January the 2nd for a March 27th reservation, the alternatives were not acceptable. I have responded within 4 hours of each notification of an offer. So while the verdict is still out on this group, Connor, who is the manager of the help desk has offered to put my name on a high priority list and expand the dates out. My first 6 month agreement is up the 27th of February 2020 so guessing I'll post another review then.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Jan 27, 2020

We have noted your account on high priority and dates further out. We have also opened the search criteria to all additional offers to present on the account to ensure we are doing everything possible for you. We will contact you once we have an update.

Its a scam!!! I gave them $2000 plus with promises of renting for crazy amounts of money. They have sent 2 requests for rentals but I believe they were just " keep people of my back request" because nothing has became of them and both times there was availability with same hour response from me. Really hope I'm wrong but pretty sure im correct seeing how its been over 6 months only 2 bogus offers.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Jan 29, 2020

You signed up with us on 10/4/2019, We are diligently working on your account. We have opened the search criteria to provide additional offers to you. Once we have an update on the account, we will follow up. You are still within the agreement timeframe.

They GUARANTEED they could rent out my time share for $1400 per week. I paid them $1600, for 4 weeks. They have yet to rent it out.
The call came on May 23. The salesman said that ACL could GUARANTEE the rental of my timeshare, for 4 weeks. He said that the offers would begin to come in after 60 days. I paid him by credit card, $1794. I marked my calendar for July 23, and expected offers. None came. When I called, they said it would be 60-90 days. After the 90 days expired, a handful of offers came in. I was told that I needed to confirm the availability of the property and dates requested. Each time I did that, I was informed that the renter chose to go with someone else. This is a total scam. It appears that they are acting like all they promised was to get offers, but then they may or may not actually get it rented.

When I called to request a refund, I was told that I could get back $300, and that was all. They then offered to pay me $575 for a weekend rental, which I accepted. But so far, I have paid over $1600, and only received back that $575 payment. I have since received one more "offer" but the hold time at Hilton went more than 20 minutes, and I could not wait any longer, to confirm availability.

I am hoping that this complaint will cause them to make me whole. They created the impression that offers would pour in, and I would easily rent out the time share for 4 weeks. They lied. It was a HOPE, not anything more. The salesman lied, because he said it was guaranteed to pay off for me. I reached out to the salesman a few times, and he stopped returning my calls.

If this does not lead to ACL refunding the balance of my money, I will file a complaint in court.

Desired Outcome

I paid $1794, and have received back $575. I need to have the balance refunded to me of $1219. I also believe they need to pay compensatory damages of at least another $1000, to compensate me for my wasted time on this hoax. But if they will refund the balance of what I have paid, I will accept it.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Jan 14, 2020

We have continuously submitted offers to you in regards to your account. The weekend rental was facilitated, and you were provided another offer for the full amount. Since then, we have not received an update in regards to that offer. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the hold time with Hilton, however, you are able to check online for the requested offer. We are still actively working on your account to provide upcoming offers.

Customer Response • Jan 16, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The problem with the response is that they essentially verified truth of my complaint. I was GUARANTEED that I would have my time share rented, they reply that there has been "offers". But not one of the "offers" has led to a rental. This made their guarantee worthless. They lied, because they could not live up to their promise.

I did not give them money with the HOPE, that they would rent it. I did so, because it was a promise, backed up by a GUARANTEE, that it would lead to rentals. 7 months after they took my money, they have not rented it out a single time.

I need a full refund. $1217 will make us even.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Jan 27, 2020

We have continuously submitted offers to you in regards to the account. We understood your concerns and opened the search criteria outside your account to allow additional opportunity. In doing so, we got a 3 day/2 night rental for you. We are still working on your account at the full rental price, but with the additional opportunities for you.

I was skeptical when I was approached be ACL, but the sales pitch sounded great. But after reading the reviews, I became worried. So, when I called, they answered quickly and referred me to Steven. He listened to my concerns, and assured me that the company was legitimate. I still wanted out and he said he would void the contract. Within a few days I received a notice that the contract was voided and I received a credit. Thank goodness. I appreciate the prompt return of my money.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Dec 26, 2019

We absolutely understood your concerns, we agreed that at this time, the program was not the right fit for you and voided out the agreement. We hope in the future if you are looking for a reputable company, you contact us. We hope you have a wonderful New Years!

This company took my money and has failed to provide the service they promised.
You do the work and they take the money.
In early July their sales rep called me to tell me I have 6 weeks with Interval that I can sell to other users. How they got that information I know but she said I could earn at least $1800 for all of the weeks and paid within 60 to 90 days. After I inquired she later told me I would have to pay them $400 per week to rent them but they had huge demand since it was the 4th of July weekend and it would happen fast. I reluctantly fell for the scam gave them my credit card. after several weeks with no calls or e mails I called them and asked what is going on,Only then a few weeks later I received an e mail with instructions for me to call my timeshare and try to get a particular week in a particular resort area. Of course due to short notice none were available. I responded to them with that information and have not received another call or e mail. This is a scam and I will be making other people aware of this. This company should be put out of business and would not be allowed to operate such a scam in most states. Small claim courts have little recourse in Florida. What a state!! I hope you the Revdex.com will do something about this.

Desired Outcome

I want my full refund for $2500 that I paid the services not provided. I think they are lying to companies on one end promising discounted weeks for corporate events which they cannot deliver and collecting fees from unknowing time share owners for services they will never provide and don't do any of the work themselves. It is a flat out lie.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Oct 31, 2019

We spoke to customer today. He currently has a rental for one of his weeks pending. As soon as we have more information we will update this complaint.

Not receiving final week rental.
I have signed up with Advance Corporate Logistics about 5 months ago to help me rent out 4 of my weeks. Since then they have managed to rent out 3 out of my 4. Since receiving my last check from them, I have not heard from them and have not gotten any offer from them to get my last week rented out!!! I want my last week rented out and my money sent to me NOW!

Desired Outcome

I want my final week to be rented out so I can receive all the money I was promised.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Sep 06, 2019

Customer Response • Sep 10, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I would like to apologize, during that time I was on vacation and did not see the offer email come in. Since then I have spoken with your customer service department and they help me locate the offer and get it booked in and my final rental check! I would like to thank ACL for all of their help and rental of my property! I would highly recommend this to any and all! Thanks again!

Time will tell. I signed up to have them remarket my Interval International unused bonus weeks. I wasn't really aware I had these. They are making some pretty big claims and I'll only know if they're true once I get the checks and cash them, otherwise I'll be out $2400 and this will be the last timeshare person I will ever speak to again. I'm waiting to see and I'll update this review. I'm shocked there's not more out there about them on the Internet.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Sep 06, 2019

We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you.

As I considered using ACL to rent out my "bonus" weeks from RCI, I started doing some research and of course came across the reviews here. I noticed that all are people that DID NOT sign up, except one, and they seemed to have had buyers remorse and appears to have been quickly refunded their money without hassle. (If you have ever dealt with refunds of products and services you know that they can be a real pain and take weeks if not months to get IF you ever do.) Now on to my review as it is. I'm dealing with two people, Joy and Stephen. Understand I put them through some painful conversations as I too am a HUGE skeptic of services like this. I was burned on a "guarantee to sell your timeshare in 90 days" so services like this tend to turn me off. After several conversations I decided to test my trust in people and give this a try. ACL has an A rating with the Revdex.com and has been in business for close to 20 years, the best I can find, with a 93% success rating. This coupled with the people I talked to also answered the phone when I called back and gave me their direct number to call when I needed to. I'm sure they are waiting on my calls due to the extensive discussions I had with them before finally signing up. My experience so far has been stellar, they answered my questions, while I didn't get an iron clad guarantee to fully rent out my weeks, (no one would give such a thing otherwise they would just give me a low offer to buy for themselves to start and buy my weeks to resell and make a big profit for themselves) I am confident they will do exactly what they said and are fully prepared to make this happen as we discussed. I look forward to adding another review in 90 days or sooner as ACL averages 60-90 days to receive and process offers to their customers. So I'm a customer and a skeptic but I'm trusting ACL in what and who they say they are. I'll let you know as it goes so that others can see from a real customer how this works and not from someone just looking to find reasons to write bad reviews for reasons that are not clear or reasonable. I'm betting they come through with flying colors, IF not I'm out my membership money and will have diminished my trust in other companies that offer similar services.

My 3 star rating is a positive neutral as so far all has been good I'll adjust the rating as time goes on.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Aug 30, 2019

We appreciate, not only the neutral review, but the trust you are giving our company to get the offers out to you. We work hard to provide dedicated services and accurate updates. Each representative keeps the accounts updated and we have a knowledgeable customer service staff that is here to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to reach out to us. If you call after hours or all staff is on other calls, please leave a message and we will follow up. You may also write an email and we will email back with a simple response, if something needs to be explained in detail, we will follow up with a phone call to ensure all information is addressed.

They almost got me....very shady company! Thankfully they refunded my money so they appear to be somewhat of a real company. But after further reviewing their website several red flags pop up, the one that really got me on their terms page was "IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF -- USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE." Just screams scam! I called my timeshare to figure out how this outside company knew my affiliation to them and were able to call me and they had me fill out an entire report they were so concerned! I had to cancel my card and get a new one, if it sounds to good to be true it probably is!

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Aug 16, 2019

Ms *** signed up, and then requested to cancel. We did so, with no hesitation. While going through verification, she was aware we are not with her home resort or exchange company, so no affiliation at all. She has been refunded and the account has been cancelled out.

I concur with the review from Laura B. ACL contacted me indicated that I had weeks that I could purchase from Interval International that were not being used and that they could rent them for me. After the rapid push for information and pressure to sign their contract, I paused and called Interval International who informed of several disturbing issues:
1) ACL is not an affiliated company and the II representative had never heard of them.
2) Interval International does not allow renting of weeks and will freeze your account if you do so.
3) The number of weeks that ACL said that I had did not agree with the information that Interval International had on file.

Proceed extremely carefully with ACL and make sure that you confirm their information with your timeshare provider prior to executing a contract.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Aug 23, 2019

You went through a verification department that states and you understood, We are not affiliated with your home property or banking exchange company. You answered YES that you understood that. Intervalworld.com will tell you that you have unlimited access to the getaways, we put a limit on how many we take into our inventory. We have never heard of any ones interval account getting "frozen" due to this. At this point, you never signed the agreement, your card and account information has been voided and is no longer in our system.

Be careful when dealing with this company. They are not affiliated with your timeshare or vacation ownership. If you sign their contract you are agreeing to a membership fee where they advertise your vacation weeks. Even though they pitch on the phone that they have guaranteed corporate renters ready and waiting, no names are provided on the call, when you get the contract, there is no guarantee that your vacation week(s) will be rented. The contract focuses on the marketing they will do for you for the fee. The biggest issue for you is that you will void your vacation privileges with your timeshare provider as this transaction is deemed as commercial. It seemed too good to be true and it was, once I read the contract.

Advance Corporate Logistics Response • Jul 17, 2019

We let you know in verification that we are not with your home property or exchange company. We also make sure that you understand we do not have anyone matched up with your weeks. We make sure that both of those are clear before moving forward and sending you an agreement. You on that recording verbally agreed that both were true and you were fully aware. You never signed up with our company, and have no review on how our company conducts and achieves rentals.
