the phone, the hotel erroneously revealed our direct billing rate; which is only available to us as a wholesalerWe have attached a copy of your confirmation that details the total charge displayed at the end of the transaction and that was also sent to your email immediately after purchaseWe take your concern of being overcharged very seriously but do see that you selected and agreed to this package rate online yourselfIf there was an issue with the $booked we could have been contacted somewhere between Jan-Mar to assist with finding a lower-priced optionAgain, we do apologize for the hotel's mistake but do see we have provided you with the exact pricing you selected at the time of booking

have looked into your claim regarding not being advised of the $cancellation
fee and we do see that our cancel policy with fee is noted prior to completing
the booking.
Our
terms and conditions you agreed to online informs you that all cancellations
must be done through our service and states the time needed for notice with its
associated feeListing the hotel's one day notice serves as reference to the
final day we can send a cancellation and does not release you from said terms
The fee itself is not in place as a penalty, but as a way of covering the cost
associated with producing the order.

I would be willing to discuss it also. Please send me a contact number and name, but in the mean time I am sending copies of my bills to Revdex.com.  Also, if hotel stay is not something easy enough for you I would be willing to take some free tickets to [redacted] for 5 adults and 1 child or 4 adults and 2 child tickets.
