Our roof was completely redone years ago by another company and recently we noticed there was a small "bump" in the shingles due to plywood that had raised up and was knocking shingles out of placeThe original installers are out of business and No one else wanted to help us for such a "small", yet very important, job!!!! Advanced roofing team was the only ones willing to come out and help us and they did a great jobVery friendly, efficient, and they fixed the problem quickly for us!!!! We are very thankful for them!

I came home from the gym the evening of 5/9/It was pouring rain non-stopAs I entered the kitchen I heard the sound of water drippingI turned on the light, and saw water dripping from one of our can lightsWe put the bucket down to collect the water, and started to search on-line for assistanceAdvanced has 24/service, and they called me back within minutes of my phone callThe owner offered to come out within minutes to toss a tarp on roof, and stated that someone would stop by the follow morning to fix the leaking roofThe owner stated keep the kitchen lights off for obvious reasonsWe decided to use the bucket overnight and at 8:30am (as promised) the technician arrivedHe had all supplies with him, tore down the old damaged shingles that looked like a raccoon used for dental floss, and replaced with new paper or felt & new shinglesI must mention the technician removed his shoes as he entered our house to see where the leak occurredI didn't even have to ask him to remove his shoesWithin minutes the roof was repairedOur roof is at least yrs old, probably closer to Advanced will 100% be seriously considered when we decide to replace our roof

I had four reputable roofers come out and quote. My home is in Elmwood Park. I chose ARTC on Edison in Rolling Meadows to replace the entire roofing not just repair the porch leak. I felt the out of pocket cost would ultimately be less addressing the leak and wear on the roof all at once. The entire experience was positive. All questions and concerns were answered before I signed the contract. Cost was reasonable. The work was done by a six man team, completed in one day with not a staple to be found any where once job was done.I think their team did a great job. Especially want to commend the crew foreman. He tirelessly worked along side his men while effectively managing everyone.
We re very satisfied with this company. They came at the appointed time and finished the work within 8 hours. Very professional and even thoroughly cleaned up after their work. We would definitely recommend Advanced Roofing for dependable, reliable and excellent service. Thank you Peter!

I have to mention that I am very surprised by workes, those people work so hard I would not belive If someone told me. Three man crew did my hole reroof in less then 10h. I was amazed, guys thank you very very much awesome work. I really appreciate your hard work! Last but not least ,few days latter gutters guys showed up and did my gutters. It was super important since we had a lot of trouble with overflowing water , not right amount of downspouts or wrong pleaces,(I wasn't even aware of that before they explained to me). Our basement was flooded few times. Now after we had lot of rain and everything works like it should,correct gutter pitch perfectly placed spouts I got to say thank you to those workers , very knowledgeable and professional job guys. I am really happy no more trouble.

We had interior leaks & contracted Advanced in a rush this summer; not knowing what to expect, but our rep assured us we would be protected
A sudden, big storm was coming in but they said they'd come out at first opportunity & take the necessary precautions to protect our home. They were able to complete half the roof the first day before the quick moving storm came in & provided tarps for all the exposed areas they couldn't finish, protecting our house!
They promptly came out the next morning & finished the job and its wonderful!
No leaks, looks great and would definitely recommend!
