I recently hired Advanced Roofing Team to fix some minor damage to my roof through Tim [redacted] Tim contacted me the same day I submitted my request for a quote. Next day, I had received my quote - which came in at HALF the cost estimate I received from other companies. All I needed was two bundles of shingles (at $23 a bundle plus a couple covers for the pipes ~$50). Some other quotes I received for this small project were as high as ~$900!
Tim did not pressure me into re-doing the entire roof (as others did). The other companies (in my opinion) increased their prices to persuade me to redo the entire roof as it would be close to my insurance deductible. That was not the case with Tim. He informed me my roof still has a few good years left and did not turn away this small project. So when it is time for me to get a new roof, I'll definitely be calling Tim back for the job.
It turned out that we had a chronic leaking issue and seemed to be tough to repair. We haired 4 contactors for repairing but the leaking was repeating every other year. No one really found the real problem until Advanced Roofing was called in. The Advanced Roofing technician (sorry forgot his name) was the only one who actually claimed up to the attic for checking, showing his profesionalizm of customer service. For sure, he found the spot right away. The rest of repairing went smoothly based on the finding. With the last two days of raining, the roof stopped leaking. The result made me very happy now. Advanced Roofing got the job done with an excellent customer satisfaction. It is highly suggested to others who have the roof leaking issue to consider Advanced Roofing for their excellent service.

I get home from work on a Thursday and noticed that a few shingles were ripped up on the roof. I was referred to Advanced Roofing and called Tim. He called back within the hour and said he could be out their on Monday. I was worried about water getting in, and he calmed me explaining the roof paper should keep anything out for a couple weeks. He called on Saturday saying that he could fit me in for an estimate. He showed up an hour later and gave me a reasonable quote. He showed me pictures of the problem. It was his opinion that it may not have been wind, but an animal that ripped up my roof due to the damage pattern of the shingles. In addition, the paper was gone from that section of the roof and plywood was visible. He had some extra shingles in his truck, so he nailed them in place just to protect the plywood. They came out in a couple days and did the repair. They emailed me pictures of everything and the shingles patch matches the roof. I was really happy with the service!
Tim and Advanced Roofing was referred to me by a friend that had his roof done by them. I had wind and hail damage to my roof. Tim came out and assessed the need repairs and even came back when the insurance estimator came out. the whole process went smoothly and was very professional. Tim stopped over the same day I called and assessed the damage on my roof. He was very upfront about repair versus new roof and didn't pressure me in the least either eway. I decided to replace both my flat and shingled roof and am very pleased with the results. Tim helped get my roof done quickly, so I could continue with my house sale. The crew was professional and respectful of my yard, deck and bushes. Tim was very involved and came over multiple times to check on the work being done. A very positive experience.

He added some extra protection for us and did his best to make sure that we received the best products for the best price. I was extremely comfortable in my decision right away.
On top of that, they scheduled my new roof installation within 5 days and on the day that my roof was scheduled, the installation team was very punctual and prepared. The thing that shocked me the most was that they finished our whole roof in about 6 hours.
The roofing team also did their best to make sure they left the house grounds almost completely as we left it. We only found 3 or 4 roofing nails on the house grounds and very little if any shingle pieces.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this company over and over again.

Advanced Roofing Team did a complete re-roof of our house in 2010. They did a beautiful job and the price was very reasonable. Six years later, during a light rain this spring, I noticed a small leak near our skylight. I called Peter and he had Seva come out and look for the problem. He quickly found where the leak was coming from and fixed it. While he was here he also repaired a vent stack that was damaged by squirrels.
They stand by their work and have a great warranty.

The quick call back really impressed me! The contractor (Reed) called me back and scheduled an appointment for the next day! He said not to worry that he would work with the insurance Adjustor and get everything fixed. He was not kidding! He handled the meeting with the Adjustor and completed the job in the time frame given to me. The crew was courteous, neat and cleaned up any mess after fixing the ceiling. We then decided to have this company install siding and gutters since we were so impressed with the service. Once again (Reed) took care of getting the permit and checked on the work almost daily to make sure it was completed properly. You will not be extremely happy if you work with Advanced Roofing.
