  This is my sons first car and I am  trying to help him with this . my son , his wife and their son just moved into their own home recently and money is real tight right now . He'e still paying off the last 1,100 he put into it in December so its very hard for him  to come up with another 1,000 right now . So what i'm asking is if you could meet him half way on the 1,000. Advantage Chevrolet has been the only place we take all our vehicles for service and we would like to keep it that way. Thank you for your patients and helping us to get this far hopefully only one more step to go.

The customer, [redacted], came in on the 13th and meet with our Used Car manager [redacted]. [redacted] agreed to we would pay for 1/2 of the $538 es[redacted]ated of repair on the 4WD system. This issue requires a Jeep dealer to perform the repair. [redacted] and the customer agreed that when the repairs are...

complete we would reimburse the customer upon getting a copy of the repair order.

In order to comply with the [redacted] Commission's Red Flag Rule and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance regulations we run a purchaser's credit regardless of payment method. Ms [redacted] vehicle was financed through [redacted] Bank in order to secure the best terms available. If Ms...

The terms may or may not be as favorable to her as her current [redacted] Bank contract however if that's insignificant to Ms [redacted] we would be glad to facilitate a new loan thru [redacted]. We appreciate Ms [redacted] business and apologize if there was any miscommunication.

Unfortunately on September 23rd and 24th we experienced some technical difficulties on our website with the pricing of many of our new vehicles.As soon as it was brought to my attention our IT department went diligently to work to resolve the...

issue. It was resolved as quickly as possible. We understand and apologize that this caused frustration for some of our Customers.It also caused frustration with our staff and that might have contributed to [redacted] rush to judgment. When I was made aware of the issue I informed the Sales staff NOT to try to push for a sale as I felt that could be construed as a bait and switch tactic. That would probably explain why [redacted] didn't try to sell Mrs [redacted] the car. As a 2015 Revdex.com Torch Award recipient for ethics and fairness we take things like this very seriously.We again apologize for any inconvenience this caused.We appreciate Mrs [redacted] visiting our Dealership and sharing her comments. We will use this situation to improve our processes if something like this should occur again.

Even though the experience is as sour as it can be, and their explanation sounds like a lame excuse, I wish not to pursue any further as I plan to do no business with Advantage Chevrolet. And just so you know, I was the one that made [redacted] aware of such pricess, he then, went on to communicate this to the manager, therefore, no prior warning of not pushing for sales WAS made to him. I truly hope your "technical difficulties" are resolved.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I regret submitting this complaint so hastily.  I should have given the dealership more time to resolve the situation, which they absolutely did to my satisfaction.  I would recommend Advantage Chevy to anyone looking for a new vehicle.  I want to thank Mr. [redacted] and the entire staff for the service they provided and will definitely return in the future when I'm in the market.Sincerely,
