Bruce Yang was our project manager, he did a good job explaining the whole process.
Dealing with the insurance company is complicated and takes time, Bruse made it work.
The roofing crew was very organized and took care in cleaning up everything.
The new shingles are a perfect match to the original ones and some new fascia, great.
The project went as planed and we are pleased with how it turned out.

In June of we had a major hail storm that came through our neighborhood causing extensive roof, siding, gutter and window damage We selected Advantage Contruction and were assigned Evan [redacted]  as our project manager Evan was exceptional He was friendly, knowledgeable and kept us informed He explained in detail what would be done and a time frame for when it would be completedEvan was always available and if out in the field would be back to us within the hour He was very personable and worked well with the insurance company on our behalf He did in depth inspections of work completed by any subcontractors and followed up and had any deficiencies fixed Or neighborhood looked like a war zone with many different construction companies Talking with neighbors really made me appreciate that Evan is an exceptional project manager It exceeded our expectations We would not hesitate to recommend working with Evan and Advantage Construction
