Forgot to mention in the review I wrote in July, that Mike was on top of thingsKept in touch with me and the crews as they were putting on the siding and roofingThe crew also did my neighborsAgain it was a neat and clean job

In June of we had a major hail storm that came through our neighborhood causing extensive roof, siding, gutter and window damage We selected Advantage Contruction and were assigned Evan [redacted]  as our project manager Evan was exceptional He was friendly, knowledgeable and kept us informed He explained in detail what would be done and a time frame for when it would be completedEvan was always available and if out in the field would be back to us within the hour He was very personable and worked well with the insurance company on our behalf He did in depth inspections of work completed by any subcontractors and followed up and had any deficiencies fixed Or neighborhood looked like a war zone with many different construction companies Talking with neighbors really made me appreciate that Evan is an exceptional project manager It exceeded our expectations We would not hesitate to recommend working with Evan and Advantage Construction

I can't believe a year has passed since I met Brandan S [redacted] Project Manager with Advantage Construction Inc Brandan stopped by today 7/15/to check up on the roof done last year after the 6/hail stormI was so impressed that he took time out of his busy day to check on things and say helloWhile he was here I mentioned that I had my tree trimmed and there where branch's on my roof that the wind never blew off would that be a problem He went to his truck got his ladder out and took care of thisWow! even one year later customer service above and beyondThe job done last summer getting the new roof from beginning to end was a fantastic experience! Brandan went over how the job would be done, the timing and how the paper work would flow with my insurance companyHe was knowledgeable on all products he answered all my questions in a very professional manner and with his sense of humor I knew I was in good handsThe stress was taken outI highly recommend Brandan and the whole team at Advantage Construction Their customer service is clearly number one!!

Project Manager Matt [redacted]  and the team at Advantage Construction helped us complete a late-season project to repair the hail damage done to our roof during the summer of The level of partnering and communication displayed by Matt and his team were exceptionalBoth we and our insurer were kept aware of the steps that needed to be completed on a daily basisThis was especially true at the few moments when the project encountered a "speed bump" or two and we needed to make some adjustments in our expectationsDespite working with shorter days (November), the crew never left early or "disappeared" without explanationMatt went out of his way to coordinate all aspects of the project and exhibited great attention to detailThe project site & our property were thoroughly cleaned up once the installation was completedMatt and Advantage Construction were a delight to do business with! We were very pleased with Matt [redacted] who was our project managerIt was a very big project with many things going onI was very impressed with the communications by Matt as he kept us informed all the timeHe was easily available to get a hold of and always was very positiveif there was a problem Matt had the solutionI would use this company as the workers were skilled and did a very nice jobThe workers were easy to talk to and find solutionsThey cleaned the area and left things so nothing was wreckedThey have a good reputation in are area which also helps with the City of Forest lake Mnwith permitsThe ending project turned out very nice and we are very pleased

Mike did an outstanding job, keeping us informed and worked with our insurance company The work done was timely with little impact to us We would highly recommend

Project manager Matt [redacted]  completed roofing jobs for us in the last yearsMatt and the entire Advantage team did a great job They cleaned up the site after and were in constant communication with us throughout both projects Not only were the jobs completed in less than days but all insurance dealings were taken care of by Matt What a great help

Where do I start? This company and the people are the BEST I have worked with in years of home ownershipWe have built houses and worked with a whole lot of peopleThese guys are by far what I wished everyone would beEasy goingNo pressureHandle anything and everythingMatt [redacted]  was our project manager for our roofI saw him this morning and just had to tell him he is terrific and how happy I am and my house is with our new roofWe are now proud! It looks beautifulThe guys did it all in a matter of hoursThey were all pleasant and professionalHe is a gem and so is the companyThanks to all of you and especially MattMy own miracle worker!

Evan was FANTASTIC! Proactive communication and took care of everything The crew did a great job and was very efficient They were extremely careful around our property and cleaned up everything I wish every contractor I worked with was like Advantage!

I was super disappointed in Disadvantagemonths after the date of loss, I received a letter from their attorney and a threatening phone call about putting a lien on my houseDisadvantage never told me what my balance due was or that they expected a payment from meMy last contact (weeks prior) had been being copied on yet another e-mail to my insurer from Disadvantage as they attempted to siphon another price increase in the form of a supplement In summary, stay clear of Disadvantage and if you go near them, make sure to hire an accountant and a bookkeeper

Advantage Construction handled my storm damage from a hail storm this past summerThey did a great jobThey worked with my Insurance company, handled all the work very timely, cleaned up after all projects and were very professionalI would and have recommended them to family and friendsMatt was fantastic to work with and managed all projects

Mike [redacted] of Advantage kept us informed of every step in the processThe weather didn't cooperate, but Mike stuck with the project and saw it through to completion He made sure we were satisfied with the work and promptly corrected any issues that aroseThe completed work looks terrific We have had several complements on the look of the home

I am more than pleased with the expert quality of work from the whole team The work exceeded our expectations, their time and effort to work with our insurance company was SO helpful We knew what to expect each step of the process and Mike was our salesman who deserves an A+ I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and honest contractor

Advantage Construction was highly recommended to us from some friends of oursWorking with Mike [redacted] was a really great experienceHe explained everything from the start, and was always available and quick to answer any questions/issues we had along the wayWith getting multiple projects done from roof, siding, gutters, garage doors i’m glad Mike was there to make sure it was all done the way we wantedI would highly recommend advanced construction to anyone

This company recently completed a roof replacement and deck repair to our residence Mike [redacted]  assigned asw the project manager, Mike handled the entire project so professionally from beginning to completion He was in contact throughout the entire process both in person and by phone We highly recommend this construction company and Mike [redacted]  in particular

If you need work done on your house, you need to call Mike [redacted] !! He is a project manager with Advantage Construction Mike is knowledgeable and great to work with I am super picky and Mike made sure everything was done to my satisfaction You won't find anyone better!!
